I have already spoken with your customer service personnel multiple times and they claim providing the auth code will "break" the website and email as I have said One of your customer service folks told me that $fee could be waived, but my real concern is with you discontinuing the service that I have and am paying for because I am requesting an auth code for my domain name I pay Vista Print $per month, which is times more than 99% of other web hosts (who, incidentally provide FAR better service) but apparently that is not enough money to own and control the website I built and the domain I chose I disagree that you own the domain, you are the registrar for the domain I am the one who selected and asked to register the domain The fact that you engage in shady business practices (like disrupting the services I am paying for) that most other reputable registrars and hosts in this industry is the reason I'm making this complaint and the reason that I am transferring my service. So, you can continue to argue about technicalities all day or you can try extending some modicum of decent customer service and actually be helpful I won't be satisfied until you actually provide the appropriate service for what I'm paying

After reading the response I'm truly baffled at how incompetent this company truly isThis is not the first time I have ordered from you so I know full well that you do use a reputable shipper like *** as that is who was used in the past when I ordered my business cards and was given a tracking number and received my items without any problemsSo stating that it is due to my location is nothing more than a lieIf it is an issue for you to ship here now then you should not have allowed me to make the purchaseWith regards to the overnight shipping that is not my problem that you do not do overnight shipping as you need to figure it outThe date given to me is a promised date as stated by your companyAlso as shown in the photo that I have attached it states that you do day shippingSo that is what I should have expected to get with the re orderNot you resending it through the same carrier that is clearly as incompetent as vistaprint isSo by sending the items through them again is already setting you up for failure once more

Dear ***,Upon research we found that you created multiple accounts
with different email addresses that Vistaprint has cancelled including the
current account which is also now cancelledThe current website has not been
paid for since 12/31/as you consistently receive free months which
would
be applied by our customer service agents when you callYou mentioned that there
was an issue with your payment system however we have no complaints from any of
our other website customers as once an issue in this nature is reported we
ensure we fix the issue if it is on our endYou have the option of using either
a credit card or a *** account for the payment medium on your website
Unfortunately due the number of free months applied the website has been
cancelled and cannot be reactivated at this time

experience.I can image how frustrating it must have been since you had to get both *** and Vistaprint on the phone to find out where your package wasThough our records show the package was shipped is was shipped via *** *** *** *** *** is a service of *** that utilizes the *** *** *** *** for final delivery of customer packagesPackages are accepted by ***, processed by them and then handed over to the *** for final deliveryIt seems it was not picked up though our records show it was, I am happy that a reorder was done however we did not have the option for overnight delivery hence a business day reorder was done though our fastest turnaround is business days.Since I was unable to speak with you in person I refunded the remaining balance charged for the Invitations as you were only refunded the shipping cost along with a free reorderI have refunded to your credit card that was charged which will reflect on your card in to Business daysHowever it may take a few billing cycles to be reflected on the actual printed credit card statement.I hope by the time you received the invitations they were of good quality and you were able to send them out on time for the event on April 02, I am truly sorry for the inconvenience as this is not a typical Vistaprint experienceIf you have any additional questions please feel free to reply directly to this email or contact us at *** for direct assistance.Sincerely,? ? ? package was held at the local post office in Axton, VA, the closest to your zip code (United States Postal Service,*** *** *** *** ** ***, USA) ? In the event an order cannot be completely delivered by ***, they work with the post office to hold it for the customer for a few days and attempt delivery a few more times? Your tracking information shows the order has been held at the post office since March 1st, the hold is usually for a few days and then returned to us if they have not received a response from the customer? There has been no recent update on the tracking information since March 1st however we can assume they will be processing a return if they have not already attempted delivery to you once again? We are happy to assist with replacing the order with expedited shipping if you have not received it or provide a full refund and cancel the order?
