Hi Mr***, As per both our telephone conversations on September & ,The procedure for obtaining the authorization code was outlined and you verbally agreed to understanding what was explained and the steps that were mentioned Once the domain is purchased and transferred to another (Domain host) from Vistaprint, your service will not be disrupted once you are using the original website host (Vistaprint)It is only when you change your (Website host) that your email and website with Vistaprint will be impactedAs the contents of the website and domain cannot be transferred to the new website host from VistaprintThe website and mail boxes will need to be recreated on the new website host server As stated via our telephone conversation you were not in office on both occasions and it was agreed that you would checkout with the domain name that is currently in your Vistaprint shopping cart and contact our digital department (###-###-####) once you get in office to have the authorization code sent to you while on the line with an agentI sincerely hope this response and our telephone conversations has resolved this issue*** *** Coordinator

Thank you for the reply I am not satisfied with this offer As a member of your "Pro-Advantage" program this is NOT acceptable packaging for our purposes I understand the reasoning for all the packagingBut think if you would have stacked those posters inside of some cardboard and and shrink-wrapped them, I am pretty sure they would have gotten to me undamaged AND there would not have been one box lost among the boxes shipped In my years of graphic design I have never seen anything like this If I was a consumer ordering a couple posters, I would be incredibly appreciative of the detail to packaging but in our case placing large volume orders, this is not practical So, you're telling me that my time is not worth anything? That the humiliation you put yourself through to my customer is not worth anything I shared with them my photos, my experienceI told them you were 100% unempathetic and unwilling to work with me I may lose a customer over this at this point because this delivery is done and over with for me Their first impression is everythingWhen I couldn't deliver timely because of the extra time I needed to unpackage and make this presentable, when I gave them low quality magnets because of your carelessness in packaging, and when I shorted them posters because of your carelessness in packaging.What is more frustrating is that I can read post after post on your *** page of people being refunded for no reason at all For their own mistakesBut yet you have a "Satisfaction Guarantee" and you won't even compensate me for being unsatisfied with my order I will be looking for a new printing coming going into the new year Thank you for allowing me to make this decision.

This is the same answer we have received from vista print since we started calling them to ask them to work on thisOur web site still doesn't operate correctlyWhile we appreciate not being charged the monthly service fee, it still does not take care of the moves that we have lost do to our site not working or the inconvenience of it still not workingWe have consumed a number of hours on the phone with customer service assuring us they are working on this, and they also claim that they will stay in touch with us as to there progress and still neither has taken placeOur site has not worked properly since August 12thmonths of frustration.

After reading the response I'm truly baffled at how incompetent this company truly isThis is not the first time I have ordered from you so I know full well that you do use a reputable shipper like *** as that is who was used in the past when I ordered my business cards and was given a tracking number and received my items without any problemsSo stating that it is due to my location is nothing more than a lieIf it is an issue for you to ship here now then you should not have allowed me to make the purchaseWith regards to the overnight shipping that is not my problem that you do not do overnight shipping as you need to figure it outThe date given to me is a promised date as stated by your companyAlso as shown in the photo that I have attached it states that you do day shippingSo that is what I should have expected to get with the re orderNot you resending it through the same carrier that is clearly as incompetent as vistaprint isSo by sending the items through them again is already setting you up for failure once more
