package over to the Post Office on the 13thof DecemberNo further tracking details are available. VistaPrint closed my previous Revdex.com complaint #*** with out settling the claim that they committed toThis is for Vistaprint Investigation #***I have received numerous emails assuring me that I would receive PaymentI have notAnd therefor the complaint cannot be considered closedSince Vistiprint continues to assure me that I will be paid, but refuses to take action this appears to me to be negligent and willfulMarch 25, I was told by *** *** that I could expect a call on March 26, at 8am eastern to get a disposition on this claimI have not received this call March 15, *** sent me an email telling me to expect a tracking number and an expedited payment within the next weekThis has not happenedMarch 12, *** and *** told me to expect an expedited payment by March - this did not occurAt this time I requested that I receive the payment by overnight mail as I am not satisfied to be cheated out of my money any longerMarch 11, - I received a check for a partial settlementI sent an email requesting the full payment and a return phone call to explain the problemI recevied no call or payment Feb 27, - I resent Vistaprint an email with my address so that I could be sent a check, even though they have had this information since Jan when I initially called to request an investigation Feb 23, - I called VistaPrint to get an updateI was told that the billing error was found in the investigation and I would receive a refund Feb - I called Vistprint to follow up on the Investigation since I had not received the response I was told to expectthe agent had no knowledge of the claim and I had to repeat all details to begin the Investigation Jan 23, - I called VistPrint customer service to explain all the detailsI was told to expect a call back in - hoursThis did not occurImmediate refund check - overnight mail
