I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
This response is false.1) Monthly Invoice were never mailed through regular mail at the same address as the Lien was mailed. 2) Lien Process was not initiated on February *** after payments were missedHowever, an unfiled Lien (as per the DMV records) was mailed as a threat - which is a violation of section of the FDCA.3) The Laz Parking employee responding to this complaint called us at 7pm on a private line but did not identify himself except as "*** ***'s Boss - he only mumbled his name, and spoke threateningly. 4) We never tried to negotiate a reduced amount to pay with *** ***, however, the amounts billed to us varied substantially from email to phone call. We were forced, in response to the Lien, to send a legal response with a Garageman's Lien request for the account ledger to verify the debt 5) We did receive an on March *** email after we were forced to reach out to the regional *** of Laz Parking. It did not address our concerns about the Lien, however. He was unable to provide a contract which he said would not exist.We have requested that proof be provided that the vehicle is still in their possession , and also where they are accepting payments because we were advised that monthly parking bills could no longer be accepted at the facility where the vehicle is stored.

I should be refunded at least from March *** - April ***I contacted Laz/Nycha as soon as I was transferredI was given a safety transferWhen I applied I saw a statement regarding a refund if transfer or move took placeI see now the rules are listed clearer and I believe this is due to the constant issues with these parking lotsJust because you get a lower rate does not mean you are due decent service

The customer is mistaken, he was charged the correct rate for parking on that day. The rates on the weekends are frequently set as flat rates, and do not change based on the amount of time a customer is parked. Rates are clearly posted at the entrance machine, directly below where a
ticket is issued or a credit card is scanned to enter the garage. Unfortunately it appears the customer did not see it. We are replying to the customer directly to thank them for their feedback, explain how the flat rate process works, and to apologize, but we are not able to issue a refund

Hello,LAZ Parking has followed up with *** ***, regarding complaint #***We have sent him an email informing him that parking fee notice #*** was cleared and all related fees were waivedHis correspondence was originally received on 11/10/14, at which time LAZ Parking cleared
the notice and had sent a letter to *** *** for confirmationI have attached a copy of *** ***, vehicle history, showing that the notice was cleared on 11/10/14.Thank you,*** ***LAZ Parking*** *** ext. ***

Laz Parking provided a courtesy one time exemption by reducing the cost of the ticket to 1/2% of the original priceUnfortunately, we can't void or cancel violations for customer who pays the incorrect space

Customer received a reminder on the *** of the month (August) to update their commuter permitThis particular permit expired on 8/**/16. On September **, customer received a violation (noticed) of $for the usage of an expired hang tag. On 9/**/16, customer received a second
violation (noticed) of $at 9:28am, but payment of permit was received at 9:37amSince payment was received on the same day, a credit will be issued to customer

I parked at a LAZ lot in San Antonio at 321 S. Main for my jury duty summons. I don't dispute that I was there past the 8 hours but there was no way for me to get out. I paid the $20 parking but now for 1 hour past the 8 hours I get a notice I owe $75. If I fail to pay it gets turned over to a collection agency. $75 is excessive considering 8 hours for $20 and the threat of collection agency makes me feel like this is extortion.

Laz Parking voided his first violation for entering the incorrect number as a courtesy, and was advised at that time at any future similar incidents will result in payable violationsTherefore, the new violations after the courtesy provided by Laz will need to be paid. Thanks,
