this is my first time hearing of thisAt LAZ, we understand there are reasonable misunderstandings when it comes to parking and the citations that sometime follow as a resultIn looking at the citation you received, it appears you did not pay to park on the 3rd level of the garageThere was signage at the time you parked indicating the garage required payment, and no new signage was added after you parked like you alluded to in your dispute. As I mentioned, we understand there can be misunderstandings and we are always willing to work with our customers in this wayPlease know that I will have the citation voided effective immediately, but in the future we may not be able to offer the same courtesy for a similar occurrence. February at the same address as the Lien was mailed-Lien Process was initiated on February *** after payments were missed for QAs *** *** mentioned, I reached out to him on March *** When he picked up the phone, I introduced myself and I explained his bill to him and the surcharge for the Lien processI notified him that the lien process will continue until vehicle is sold or payments are made in full-Prior to all this, *** *** tried to negotiate a reduced amount to pay with *** *** and he was informed that this was not an option- On March *** the following email was sent to *** *** “*** (*** of *** * ***) has stated that he provided you with the charges owed and you both agreed that there would be payments madeI’m not sure which version of the parking agreement you filled out, but in many cases there is a credit card number listed and we are not allowed to keep that documentationIf it was done on-line then we wouldn’t have any physical documentation at allI must insist that a good faith payment of at least half the balance be made today and the rest made by next week, so you have the opportunity to review the chargesIn the future, all payments must be made monthly on the *** as with all other parkers in the garage in order to avoid late fees and the lien process which is our only alternative when payment has not been madeI apologize again for the confusion.” Payment was still not made

We do understand why you desire a refund for the month you did not live in the development where you purchased a year long parking passHowever, as the parking management company for the New York City Housing Authority it is our responsibility to uphold their rules and regulations, and in this case that is related to their parking permit cycle of one yearWe apologize for any inconvenience, but we have made every effort as has NYCHA to make this yearly cycle transparent in any and all documentation related to parking

Although the parking fee notice was found to be valid, LAZ Parking has decided to clear notice #***, in good faithIn the future, please be sure to park in spaces that are designated for UTC Shopping Center employees only, as we will not be clearing any additional notices

I use LAZ 4 days a week at Yale and this last incident broken the camels back. The other day they brought my Wife's Mercedes S 500 to me and when the valet got out he ran. Usually they ask you for your ticket stub to compare, not this guy; he was gone in a flash. When I went to get in the car I looked down and it looked like someone threw a bucket of mud on the floor. I showed the attendant at the door and she said " oh thats not right".. as per the attendant I took pictures and spoke to the MOD the next day. Her words were the same but with an added footnote that one of their lots is very muddy and they should have used a paper floor mat when they got the car. The MOD filled out a report and sent it in to the home office. Today I get a call from some i***t that tells me they are not going to clean the car as it was raining that day and thats what happens. He was very rude and told me to deal with it.
I would be very careful with this company they do not back you in any way. I have had money stolen, car delivers back filthy and always always very late.
its really to bad the old company was great and appreciated the business.
