To: "[email protected]" This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to [redacted] Revdex.com complaintCustomer has asked us to work on her case since She is well familiar with our billing and our terms of service Our work has resulted in the deletion of over eighty-seven negative items appearing on her report that she felt were inaccurate She additionally specifically agreed that we are not responsible for any particular results, only to perform the legal work that will result in inaccurate or unverifiable information being removed She agreed specifically that we do not provide a score or hinge our work to one As all customers, [redacted] was sent frequent progress reports and chose to stay with us as long as she did, knowing that each month she could simply cancel But she did not, as we were achieving remarkable results on her case no doubt We are extremely surprised to hear this complaint, and cannot understand what would cause such statements, as her facts are simply incorrect regarding our service, her agreement with us, and the incredible results she received from our work

We received the following message from the business regarding your complaint: Re: # [redacted] This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Ms [redacted] ’s Revdex.com complaintCustomer attested she read and understood all terms, then electronically signed a contract so that we could work in advance, and bill after the fact We have proof that customer agreed to our billing and to the late fee if she failed to pay We are legally entitled to bill her card and retain the proof of this authorization Customer knew she could cancel within the first five days and not be charged Customer signed up on 7/22/16, and then cancelled on 8/8/ This was well past her 'grace period' Additionally we performed the work as agreed, challenging the items she told us were inaccurate There have even been removals according to our latest update provided us on 8/13/ We also have her written and signed contract on file which she can request at any time, along with records of the challenges we made Customer can easily contact us for any other details she would like Thanks,Kristine G [redacted] |Managing Executive Assistant, Lexington Law FirmStatement of Confidentiality: The contents of this e-mail message and any attachments are confidential and are intended solely for the addresseeIf you have received this transmission in error, any use, reproduction or dissemination of this transmission is strictly prohibitedIf you are not the intended recipient, please immediately notify the sender by reply e-mail and delete this message and its attachments, if anyEmail is covered by the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, USC §§ 2510-and is legally privileged

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I will be their client and all resolved Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:When I still had access to the backend, it showed 1x removal for myself and 0x for my wife.I do not know where you are getting 10; at least, that's not what my end showed. Also, the fact that a customer representative that YOU PAY TO REPRESENT YOU told me, on your behalf, that the initial $would be for setup, and the work performed in the 1st month. My issue is with the information your company provided me via your paid customer service representative Sincerely, [redacted]

Re: [redacted] *** This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Ms***’s Revdex.com complaintMrs***’s reply states, “you are wrongtelling you I was contacting the Revdex.com isn't a threatAnd I have mentioned it time.” Between 10/15/and 12/14/2016, Mrs [redacted] stated she would file a complaint with the Revdex.com on three separate occasions:• In an email on 10/15/2016, “If this isn't taken care of I will cancel mine as well as my husband's account that we have set up with youThen contact the Revdex.com and file a complaint with them!”• In an email on 12/14/2016, “I will be contacting the Revdex.com and filing a complaint with them to get my money back into my account.”• On a phone call with a Lexington Law Firm paralegal on 12/14/when the paralegal was attempting to explain to Mrs [redacted] that an email to change the billing date on her case does not also apply to her husband’s case due to attorney-client confidentialityLexington Law Firm’s third party billing policy allows paralegals to solely discuss billing information with the card holder who is paying for a caseMrs***’s credit card is on her husband’s case; therefore, Lexington Law Firm paralegals were able to discuss charges and refunds occurring on Mrs***’s credit cardAny time paralegals discussed case sensitive material or made changes to her husband’s case, Mrs***’s husband gave verbal consent on the recorded phone callMrs [redacted] also states that her first payment was taken twiceAs previously stated in Lexington Law Firm’s initial response, Mrs [redacted] authorized Lexington Law Firm to charge her credit card for both her and her husband’s casesBoth cases have the same monthly draft dates, which Mrs [redacted] agreed to when the cases were openedTherefore, a payment for each case drafted at the same timeWhen Mrs [redacted] contacted Lexington Law Firm to inquire about the charges, the paralegal noticed that the Friends and Family discount had not been applied and immediately fixed the errorIn addition, as a courtesy, the paralegal applied a discount for the next monthLexington Law Firm has already gone above and beyond to address Mrs***’s concernsDespite this, to ensure a speedy resolution of this complaint and due to the very minimal amount Mrs [redacted] paid Lexington Law Firm, it has decided to honor the desired settlement Mrs [redacted] proposedLexington Law Firm considers this matter closedClaudia I [redacted] Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext20056E:[email protected]

RE: [redacted] This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Ms [redacted] ’s Revdex.com complaintLexington Law Firm is sorry to hear of any problems that may have arisen while Mrs [redacted] was a clientWhen Mrs [redacted] enrolled with Lexington she had her husband enroll as wellLexington offers half off the first fee each client must pay when two individuals enroll togetherThis discount is only for the first fee and not for each monthly payment thereafterIt seems that this was not clear when Mrs [redacted] enrolledUpon receiving Mrs [redacted] ’s Complaint an attorney with Lexington reviewed her case and reached out to her in order to address her concernsAfter speaking on the phone Mrs [redacted] and Lexington have come to a resolution that is satisfactory to each party so all can move forwardClaudia I [redacted] Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext20056E:[email protected]

RE: [redacted] This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Ms [redacted] ’ Revdex.com complaintCustomer claims she agreed to our service, but alleges we billed her in a way that was not agreed upon That is not possible in this situation Customer agreed to our set up fee to be completed and charged within days, and to be billed each days thereafter as long as she wished to retain usWe have reviewed the billing and customer should have a copy of her written agreement where it clearly states what she will expect as far as billing She supplied us with a text message verifying she read and understood the terms, before we would agree to work on her issues Perhaps customer became confused about the sfee, and now believes it was for the first month? If so, we do have her agreement on record that at the time of set up, she did understand this We appreciate her business and her feedback, but we only worked on her behalf due to her agreement to pay us for that work Additionally this customer has been utilizing our service, now for several years going back to This is her third sign up with us, and she has experienced our billing process over that period of years Additionally we have waived most of her fees for her, due to her refusal to pay us on many occasions There are dozens of declined payment attempts, and we have not received anything near the price she agreed for all of our labor on her behalf We apologize but we can see that customer not only agreed to our billing, but received many waivers and discounts along the wayWe can also see that customer still owes us a significant amount If she agrees to resolve this complaint, we will not attempt to collect the amount owed, and she may be relieved of this obligation Claudia I [redacted] Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext20056E:[email protected] --

Re: [redacted] *** This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Mr***’s Revdex.com complaintAs you were informed, we cannot simply 'postpone' your payment, when you make a request on the day it is due Your bank is already processing the payment by this time We can sympathize with your 'personal matters', but they do not alter the agreement you made with us, nor would it be reasonable to expect so We were working on your behalf and you agreed to pay us However, you also know we provided you with significant discounts already Our agent even explained to you at one point that no one hung up on you purposely We are sorry if you insist on believing otherwise, but it remains an untrue belief We also do not believe it poor customer service to point out facts to you, when you are attempting to dodge our agreement Whether you disagree or not, we must inform you when you are mistaken Had you called us a few days in advance, as allowed in our written agreement, we could have provided more assistance for your 'personal matters', but we cannot accommodate your request the day payment is due You are aware and agreed in writing to all of this, so we ask that you simply understand we have provided over deletions for you in the few months you were with us, you were never billed outside of your explicit written agreement with us, and we allowed you a courtesy discount of $ You may consider the discount of $to be for your perceived belief we gave you 'poor customer service" Again we don't close cases unless a customer makes it clear they no longer will honor the agreement that makes our work possible Claudia I [redacted] Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext20056E:[email protected]
