Re: [redacted] This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Ms [redacted] ’s Revdex.com complaintWe understand your statements yet they appear to misstate our terms and policies "This company advertises credit repair, they dont provide the service" We challenged your items that you told us were incorrect, as agreed in our engagement agreement, which was digitally signed by you after you attested you read and understood the terms The credit bureaus themselves have notified us that as of February, after months of providing you this service, they removed at least items from your reports We cannot promise any results, and you agreed to this How could we? We prompt an investigation that you tell us is appropriate to your situation, and any removals will depend on your accurate assessment of the item appearing on your report Even though we could never pretend to promise any particular result, only provoke the investigation, we achieved those deletions for you Thus your statement 'they don't provide the service, is quite inaccurate to say the least"and even after cancelling they continue to take money out of your account without your permission, refusing to give it backStealing from people who have cancelled" As you agreed, we cannot charge in advance for any month you choose to have us work, we can only bill after the month's work is completedYou were informed of this and signed a document memorializing your understanding of this important term We do not charge in advance Your complaint pretends that we bill prior to any work being completed, and so you complain about the bill for work done your final month prior to your cancellation Due to your complaint we reviewed the charges we made to the payment method you agreed would be honored by your bank, and all charges are appropriate and as agreed We note that we had continual difficulty with funds not being available on the date you selected, so we accommodated you with several date changes for your convenience, and even waived the late fees as a courtesy for you “Their customer services reps are rude and hang up on you” Our notes show our agents helping you with issues, granting you discounts, providing explanations, and being generally helpful The only odd call was where you attempted to blame us for your lowering credit score The agent explained we cannot control certain factors such as all of your credit cards being over the limit This will drastically affect your credit score and the agent was correct to help you understand we can't cause your score to decrease, and most importantly negative trade lines only account for about 1/of the total score you have been assignedOur service only addresses these factors through education in the form of an easy to use website discussing these factors and what you can do There is no way to fix this issue but pay down your balances Additionally, we have no record of any agent hanging up on you, regardless of your demeanor towards them We expect you may remember the many courtesies that were extended to you, however, including waiving late fees for the hard declines your payment method caused, and kindly changing your billing date several times at your request“They have advertising stating they repair credit but after signing up they tell you that’s not what they doOnce asked to provide proof or documentation of what your paying for they hang up on you.” We do what we say we will There is no advertising You do not supply the ad you mention, and we don't believe any exist Your results are proof of our work, and so is the entire case file with documentation of all the challenges on your behalf You have not made a copy request, but you may at any time, including after your case is closed We urge you to make this request if you have any legitimate doubts in addition to your statements aboveDesired Settlement: RefundTo correct their advertising and to have them refund the money they stoleWe certainly did not steal any money from youSince your allegations are simply false, and we performed as agreed, and you agreed to honor our charges if we worked for you, we cannot return our earned fees without a valid reason We hope this explanation helps with any legitimate misunderstanding, and you enjoy those incredible results we achieved on your behalfClaudia I [redacted] Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext20056E:[email protected]

[redacted] This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Ms [redacted] ’s Revdex.com complaintCustomer was billed five days after her sign up on 9/ This was the agreed upon price for our set up fee Her first monthly period of service was therefore 9/04/to 10/03/ She was aware that if she did not cancel by 9/03/2016, we would bill for this She did not cancel, and we billed for our case set up We then performed our monthly work on her behalf She called us to cancel on 10/03/2016, after allowing us to work on her case the entire month, not just part of it, but the whole monthShe was informed that of the final bill at the time she cancelled her case We only bill after the work is done, not in advance We wonder if customer became confused and on her own initiative thought we billed in advance It seems so from her text We advise customer to look at her bank statements and see that we only were able to successfully bill for the set up fee, and we have been left without payment for her first month's service Customer's remaining fees owed to us will be waived in the interest of resolving this complaint howeverClaudia I [redacted] Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext20056E: [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I pay $ plus times $ plus $ for a credit report, I have to bad reports on my record and they only removed of Equifax because expierian and TransUnion are kept hurting my credit, lexington law eliminated Equifax bad credits in more than months? how many years need to delete the rest? I still maintain 14/bad reports, they did not fix anything, I can not get evidence because they suspended my account , I need a full refund of my money or I will spend thousands to bring this case to court, the most important evidence that I am not the first to complain about this service, edit your ads "LEXINGTON LAW fix your credit report in years or more paying $a month" this is ridiculous Sincerely, [redacted]

RE: [redacted] This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Mr [redacted] ’s Revdex.com complaintWe only challenged items you asked us to You filled out the web form we supplied for that purpose on 11/13/2016, also on that date you called in to confirm our arrangement and your next bill was discussed We then have your call from 12/13/16, where we discussed the two removals we had achieved in your case At that time you were behind on payments, as your bank was declining our charge on the date you selected for such, and told us you would call us back, presumably to speak with your bank We continued to remove items on your behalf You never discussed cancellation with us Then on January 6th of this year you called in attempting to tell our agent that you had provided notice of cancellation on the last call, instead of discussing removals and receiving a case update That agent did take your demand seriously, but this would be very unusual, so our agent listened to the entire call, and informed you that you were mistaken Our floor supervisor then listened to all the calls we’ve received from you, and made detailed notes on what was discussed, and there was no request for cancellation ever made However our supervisor then offered kindly to simply close your case and waive the amounts we had not collected yet We hope you will understand that we have already supplied courtesy discounts for you in this matter, even though you were not correct in your assertion that you ‘cancelled’ Please understand that we did our best to help you in your situation, but you did not provide us any notice of cancellation, and we spent much time listening to the calls in order to know for sure We appreciate your understanding of the situation Claudia I [redacted] Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext20056E:[email protected]

RE: [redacted] This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Ms [redacted] ’s Revdex.com complaintIt is unfortunate that there seems to be some misunderstandings regarding what is possible with our service We do have a copy of our terms that you appeared to digitally sign prior to our allowing you as a client We ask that you read it when you have concerns or questions, as this is our agreement in full For example, it is not possible to 'expect' removal of an accurate itemIt is also not possible for us to pretend we know the outcome of the investigation you ask us to prompt into items you simply tell us are inaccurate A customer may be mistaken, and obviously we are not able to know this prior to enrollment You are responsible for providing us accurate information Additionally our work did result in deletions of negative items from your report We notified you of these as they occurred Also please understand our supervisors are not being rude when they attempt to correct a misunderstanding A Supervisor cannot alter our agreement with you, or pretend to provide a service we do not For example it is not reasonable to expect we will continue to provide you service after you cancel it Finally, it is not possible for us to add negative marks to your report as you have claimed Mostly it appears that any confusion or questions you might have had were simply answered by your own incorrect assumptions of our service, and our answers were viewed as untrustworthy We cannot accommodate this, but only explain our various service levels and how you may choose which fits you best However it is abundantly clear that your misunderstanding has led to a complete breakdown of trust, as you feel comfortable calling us a 'fraud' without any factual basis Accordingly we are issuing a full refund of all fees you paid us We have then worked at your request, on your issues, for free We understand this will resolve your complaintClaudia I [redacted] Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext20056E:[email protected]
