[redacted] *** This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Ms. ***’s RevDex.com complaint. Thank you for your clarification. We can see where the confusion lies now. Lexington is not a prepaid service, we actually only bill after each cycles work is complete. Some customer's in the past have also become confused in this way, as our first work cycle is the case set up only, and is completed within five days, and billed soon after signing up. The case set up fee is the same amount as the service plan you selected, and you may have assumed it was an advance charge for your first month, rather than the case set up fee which is earned the first five days. We can offer you the documentation to show how we billed correctly, and the contract which explains in more detail if you desire, but we will also simply issue the refund as a goodwill gesture and so you are not harmed by any confusion, and hope you understand we were not trying to retain fees you did not agree to. Please contact us and ask to speak with one of the attorney's if you have any further concerns. The $77.38 will be refunded to the payment method used with us. Thank you again for explaining your concerns so well. Claudia I [redacted] Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext. 20056E: [redacted]

Re: [redacted] This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Mr. [redacted] ’s RevDex.com complaint. As you know we cannot simply remove accurate items. The creditors may verify accurate items, or even return them to your report at a much later date, if the... item still falls within the rules for such. This is why we advise you not to dispute items that are yours, but only the ones you know to be inaccurate or do not recognize, and would like verified. It is also possible that a creditor is simply abusing the system. Our records show that as of our latest updates, from the bureaus themselves, show 1 deletion from Equifax, 3 from Experian, and 2 from Trans Union. There was never a time when all of your items were removed, and we have no indication that anything was replaced by any bureau. You also agreed that we do not get paid for 'results', but from the work we perform on your word. You received emails notifying of work done on your case, and you may request a complete copy of all of our work if you simply ask. However we never agreed to 'remove' items, as we are not in a position to, but only to challenge those items you believed were incorrect. If they have returned, and we have no indication this is true in our records, then the creditor feels they are accurate and has convinced the bureaus of such, or possibly they are abusing the process, and you need a more intensive service that will litigate for you. Litigation is not possible for our extremely low fee. In the end your signature and attestation show that you agreed to all of this before we accepted your case, and we ask you to acknowledge this and resolve the complaint. We are of course sorry that you did not get the results you hoped for, but you are aware we could not promise any particular results, as that depends on the investigation conducted and your accurate assessment of each trade line in our case valet, where you tell us what is wrong with any items you believe are incorrect. We hope this resolves any concerns you may have and reminds you of the actual agreement made. Thanks for your understanding. RE: *** *** *** This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Mr***’s Revdex.com complaintWe are sorry you did not get the results you hoped for. As you know we cannot promise any particular results, only to advance your stated position with the
bureaus. They may have simply disagreed with your view of your accounts and their current standing. We cannot force them to remove your items, only invoke the law that requires an investigation when you allege something is incorrect. You may have been incorrect in your assessment, or may have to take a more aggressive legal approach than our service offers. In any case our service is a necessary first step even in these more adversarial situations. We sent no less than communications on your behalf, supplied you with information consolidation and access for your convenience, and updated your reports into our system for your use. We met every promise made to you, and in addition gave you at least $in discounts. You paid us a total of $for this entire service, after our discounts. Additionally your credit score could not have been affected in any way by our work. As you stated, nothing was changed, the bureaus disagreed with your position, and no aspect of your score could have possibly been lowered as a result of our work on your behalf. This type of punishment is simply illegal. You however have many ways to lower your own score, by applying for credit, by charging up your revolving accounts, acquiring new lines of credit, paying late, too many accounts, not enough income for the debt you take on, etc. Our work certainly did not lower your score, as invoking your rights to challenge is not a score factor. We hope this explanation helps, and you are able to understand we did everything we promised for you at less than half the price you agreed to pay. RE: *** *** *** This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Ms***’s Revdex.com complaintWe have carefully reviewed and researched Ms***’s concerns. We believe that Ms***’s telephone number was inadvertently entered into our system when
digits in the telephone number were errantly transposed. We have removed Ms***’s telephone number from our system. Ms*** will not be contacted by our firm again. We believe that this addresses Ms***’s concerns. Claudia I***Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext20056E:[email protected]

RE: *** *** *** This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Ms***’s Revdex.com complaintLexington Law Firm regrets to hear of any problems that may have occurred while Ms*** was a clientAfter an individual becomes a client with Lexington,
he or she has five days in which to terminate representation without incurring any chargesAfter the fifth day, the client owes a first fee that is associated with setting up the case, pulling all credit reports, starting the identity theft insurance, and giving online access to credit coaching and other toolsAdditionally, a client may terminate representation at any time after that and will only be responsible to pay for the work that has been completed up until that point. This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to MrAnthony C***’s Revdex.com complaintMrC*** opened his case with Lexington on May 18, At that time he was informed the billing procedure was to bill on the same day every monthHe was told that in his initial call
That billing procedure is outlined in the Engagement Agreement he signed That payment schedule was also confirmed a 3rd time when he had his welcome callOn three separate occasions he was made aware that the billing procedure is based on automatic payments not on his confirmationThus the billing was proper based on the work that has been performed. However, in the interest of client satisfaction we have issued him a refund in the requested amountLexington considers this matter closed. Sincerely,Amy RudolphExecutive AssistantLexington Law Firm

RE: *** *** *** This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Ms***’s Revdex.com complaintLexington Law is sorry to hear of any issues Ms*** may have had during her time as a clientLexington takes all concerns seriously and strives to resolve
them in a timely manner and to both parties’ satisfaction. Ms*** was a client of Lexington Law for slightly more than monthsWhen she signed up Ms*** signed an engagement agreement that detailed exactly what services Lexington would be providing for her going forwardThe main service provided was addressing negative items that appeared on Ms***’s credit reportsDuring her time with Lexington, Ms*** saw negative items removed from her reportsThis number represents all but one negative item on her reports. Based on her credit reports, Lexington was unable to obtain a credit score likely due to the fact that Ms*** did not have any positive accounts on her reportsPositive credit is outside the control of Lexington as only negative items affecting its clients are addressed, as stated in the engagement agreementMs*** did have access to the client website and Lexington's website, which attempt to counsel people on issues regarding credit, including trying to establish positive credit. Lexington Law is again sorry for any bad experiences Ms*** had while with LexingtonAn attorney from Lexington has reached out several times to speak with Ms*** but has not been able to get a hold of her and has not received any return calls at the time of this response. RE: *** *** *** This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Ms***’s Revdex.com complaintMs*** was transferred to Lexington from a third party to address the negative items listed on her credit reportsLexington challenges questionable negative
items with the credit bureaus and sends letters to creditors on clients’ behalf in order to ensure each client’s credit report is an accurate portrayal of their credit history. Ms*** signed an engagement agreement on September 5, that allowed Lexington to represent herThe engagement agreement set forth what services Lexington would provide as well as the rights and payments she would owe to LexingtonLexington began representing her by sending communications on her behalf for only two weeks until Ms*** decided to terminate the representationIt is unclear why Ms*** believes that Lexington ruined her credit or otherwise did not perform during those two weeksDuring those two weeks, in addition to communications sent on her behalf, Ms*** also had access to online credit and budgeting tools, a FICO score, identity theft insurance, and more. Upon receiving this Complaint from Ms***, an attorney from Lexington reviewed her case and initial call with Lexington to ensure she did authorize Lexington to represent her and understood the service and payment obligationsLexington has reached out to Ms*** via phone and email to discuss her Complaint in more detailAs of the time of this Response, Lexington has not been able to speak with her about this Complaint, but would urge her to contact Lexington as indicated in the messages to discuss and resolve her Complaint.
