Re: [redacted] *** This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Mr***’s Revdex.com complaintWe cannot promise any particular results in this type of work We make that clear However in this case the bureaus reported the removal of items to us in the and 1/months this customer utilized our service We cannot understand why a person would hire us to do work, agree to our fee, then state he is doing the work himself and claim responsibility for the results That decision would be his and not ours Customer agreed to pay us for our service, which includes, but is certainly not limited to challenging his negative items He need not file a complaint to have his case closed and no more telephone calls from us His request to not be billed however is troubling to say the least We do notice he has been declining our charge for work done prior to his cancellation We will waive these amounts in the interest of customer satisfaction, and expect him to admit we've resolved the matter in his favorClaudia I [redacted] Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext20056E:[email protected]

This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Mr [redacted] ’s Revdex.com complaintLexington Law Firm regrets that Mr [redacted] did not have a more positive experience with our firm Mr [redacted] engaged Lexington Law Firm (“LLF”) on April 7, 2015, through an online sign up Once Mr [redacted] had provided LLF with up-to-date credit reports, it was determined that Mr [redacted] did not have any negative items reflecting on his credit reportLLF’s mission statement is to fight for every client’s legal right to a fair and accurate credit profile LLF accomplishes its mission by challenging or requesting validation on negative items that client deems unfair, inaccurate, or for which client wishes to seek validation Although LLF offers its clients value beyond the challenging or requesting validation for negative items, when a client does not have any negative items, he or she is typically not an ideal candidate for LLF’s services As such, LLF reached out to Mr [redacted] via email on April 10, 2015, and instructed in part as follows: “Upon reviewing your case I see that there are not any negative items on your credit reportsYou do have some Inquiries listed, which you did state you were interested in challenging with our Inquiry Assist feature on the client websiteOnce you have challenged those Inquiries please let us know if you would like to keep your case open on your current level of service.” At that time, Mr [redacted] did not contact LLF to cancel or otherwise alter services Mr [redacted] continued to email and chat with LLF regarding his credit profile and had made several inquiry challenges on his own behalf using LLF’s Inquiry Assist letters; these Inquiry Assist letters are provided to our clients for use within their own discretionMr [redacted] cancelled services on May 28, Mr [redacted] ’s last invoice for work completed was on May 12, As such sixteen days had passed between the cancellation date and his last invoice date, which would account for the final invoice Nonetheless, in spite of this, the paralegal with whom Mr [redacted] interacted should have simply waived the final invoice for client satisfaction purposes Once again, LLF regrets that Mr [redacted] did not have a more positive experience with our firm LLF has waived the final invoice of $for client satisfaction purposes; Mr [redacted] will have no further charges from LLF What is more, LLF has further agreed to refund Mr [redacted] ’s two payments of $for client satisfaction purposes The refund should post to Mr [redacted] ’s payment account on file with LLF within three to five business days of June 2, Lexington Law Firm wishes Mr [redacted] well and considers this matter resolvedThanks, [redacted] | Managing Executive Assistant, Lexington Law Firm

Re: [redacted] This is Lexington Law firm’s formal response to Ms [redacted] ’s Revdex.com complaintCustomer's allegations are extremely unlikely given the sign up protocol we have in place Accordingly, the recording of her sign up request by telephone call was located and reviewed As we suspected, this customer specifically and clearly agreed to be charged the so that we could provide the consultation regarding her specific situation This charge enables a third party to provide us with her credit report and is necessary to discuss her situation We retain the recording as proof, as well as the specific text messages that she provided to us, agreeing to this charge It is a fact that she was aware of the charge, aware it was billed by a third party provider, not us, and she specifically agreed to it We did agree to hold off on her first work fee of $24.95, until December 3rd, but she fully understood the would come out immediately Claudia I [redacted] Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext20056E:[email protected]

Below is the response we received from the business regarding your complaint: Re: # [redacted] This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to [redacted] ’s Revdex.com complaintMost of our clients don't require such intensive disclosure of our proprietary techniques Also we'd need to know what you want to know They simply trust us and we get the job done You should also mention that we asked you several times if you had any questions, and we were available at all hours of the day for any new ones How would we know what you would like to know?
