case it appears that based on Mr. [redacted]’s email, it was not immediately clear which case the email was referring to, as the email was attached to more than one case. A paralegal tried to reach out to Mr. [redacted] based on his last email but was unsuccessful in reaching him. Upon receiving the Complaint from Mr. [redacted], an attorney has reached out to Mr. [redacted] via phone and email to attempt to resolve his concerns.
