RE: [redacted] This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Ms. [redacted]’s Revdex.com complaint. As previously stated, before Ms. [redacted] became a client, she signed an engagement agreement that set forth what services Lexington Law Firm would provide. The engagement agreement was emailed to Ms. [redacted] after she signed it, and an additional copy was sent to her today. Ms. [redacted]’s complete case file is also being sent to her so she can review all the work that has been performed on her behalf. Lexington Law Firm does not work on consumers’ debts. Lexington addresses negative items on credit reports, which only make up thirty-five percent (35%) of a consumer’s credit score. The other 65% of a consumer’s credit score is comprised of factors completely unrelated to the services Lexington provides and is solely in the consumer’s control. For these reasons, Lexington makes no guarantees about credit scores. An attorney from Lexington has contacted Ms. [redacted] in writing per her request and is more than happy to address any other concerns she may have about her case. Therefore, Lexington considers this matter closed. Claudia I[redacted]Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext. 20056E:[email protected]

credit bureaus after allowing the creditors time to respond.  A customer may not challenge accurate items.  All cust6omer's agree to this prior to sign up.  We do not understand how customer can reasonably blame us when we performed the work we agreed to, and customer retains full control over whether to continue the service each month.  Customer is in the driver's seat on what to dispute and what not to.  We simply follow his instructions regarding each item, and cause an investigation, but again, we are unable to promise specific results.  If customer's wish to use us to test items they don't recognize, they should understand that the outcome is not predictable.  Customer agreed in writing after attesting he fully read and understood these terms.  Please understand we advocate your position to the credit bureaus, and if item is incorrect it should be adjusted or removed. Claudia I[redacted]Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext. 20056E:[email protected]   --

I am rejecting this response because:When I still had access to the backend, it showed 1x removal for myself and 0x for my wife.I do not know where you are getting 10; at least, that's not what my end showed. Also, the fact that a customer representative that YOU PAY TO...

REPRESENT YOU told me, on your behalf, that the initial $60 would be for setup, and the work performed in the 1st month. My issue is with the false information your company provided me via your paid customer service representative.

To: "[email protected]" <[email protected]>This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to [redacted] Revdex.com complaint. Customer has asked us to work on her case since 2013.  She is well familiar with our billing and our terms of service.  Our work has...

resulted in the deletion of over eighty-seven negative items appearing on her report that she felt were inaccurate.  She additionally specifically agreed that we are not responsible for any particular results, only to perform the legal work that will result in inaccurate or unverifiable information being removed.  She agreed specifically that we do not provide a score or hinge our work to one.  As all customers, [redacted] was sent frequent progress reports and chose to stay with us as long as she did, knowing that each month she could simply cancel.  But she did not, as we were achieving remarkable results on her case no doubt.  We are extremely surprised to hear this complaint, and cannot understand what would cause such statements, as her facts are simply incorrect regarding our service, her agreement with us, and the incredible results she received from our work.

Below is the response from the business regarding this complaint: Re: #[redacted] This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Mr. [redacted]’s Revdex.com complaint. We are unable to issue you a 'full refund', as you demand.  Please read the contract that...

governs our arrangement, and the response we recently prepared.  These fully address your personal notions about our service.  You now state that you've received your refund from your bank, without our permission.  This naturally means they've reversed any charges we were able to collect and we no longer have the amount to refund if you are stating the truth.  It appears you have your resolution, but understand that we will likely require you to make good on past arrears if you wish us to help you in the future.   We are sorry for this disagreement but we cannot simply change the terms of our arrangement because you want it to be different later.   Additionally you have been sent our acknowledgment of cancellation, and you may rest assured it has been. Thanks,Kristine G[redacted] | Managing Executive Assistant, Lexington Law FirmStatement of Confidentiality: The contents of this e-mail message and any attachments are confidential and are intended solely for the addressee. Re: #[redacted] This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Mr. [redacted]’s Revdex.com complaint. Customer has not been successfully billed by our company for his service.  His payment method declines when we attempt it.  Additionally, we informed customer that...

his information provided was not sufficient to acquire his Equifax report as he could not provide validating information that Equifax would accept.   We can work around this and advised client to upload the copy he stated he had in his possession, to our website.  He became confrontational and used abusive language.   We note that customer agreed to provide us reports and when he became combative and demanded we do things we cannot do, we were forced to close his case.  He simply refused to accept the terms of service and refused to reasonably work with us. There were no fees paid to us for this work and we have waived the amounts owed as a business decision.  Customer was informed he was not welcome back as he has also left us with a bad debt from a previous usage of our service in addition to his verbal treatment of our agents attempting to help him.  We ask this matter be resolved as we have no funds to return, and customer's complaint is disingenuous in that he knows he agreed to provide us with his reports so that we could work on his behalf.  We have always been professional with him but we reserve the right to refuse service to those who make the representation too difficult or refuse to honor our agreement.   His specific request to reinstate him is not something he can expect at this point.  A full waiver of owed fees is all we can offer.  Thanks,Kristine G[redacted]|Managing Executive Assistant, Lexington Law FirmStatement of Confidentiality: The contents of this e-mail message and any attachments are confidential and are intended solely for the addressee. RE: [redacted] [redacted] This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Ms. [redacted]’s Revdex.com complaint. Lexington regrets to hear of any problems that may have occurred when Ms. [redacted] engaged Lexington to represent her as a client. Ms. [redacted] contacted Lexington on...

August 29, 2017 and ultimately became a client after signing an engagement agreement. As a resident of South Carolina, Lexington offers specific prices to residents of that state. Lexington also informed Ms. [redacted] that if another person engaged Lexington around the same time as her then both people would receive a discount on the first payment owed to Lexington. This discount applies to the first payment, which is a fee to set up a client’s case, including pulling additional credit reports, having access to online credit tools, initiating insurance for identity theft, and other things. After the first payment, each client pays an amount for each month of work performed by Lexington. Upon receiving this Complaint from Ms. [redacted], an attorney from Lexington reviewed her case and the initial call when she spoke with a representative from Lexington. Lexington has verified the correct information was conveyed to Ms. [redacted] on that call regarding billing and the amount of payments and discounts. An attorney from Lexington has emailed and been in communication with Ms. [redacted] and has taken steps it feels should resolve her concerns in this matter. Lexington will continue to correspond with Ms. [redacted] if any additional action is needed. Claudia I[redacted]Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext. 20056E:[email protected]

Re: [redacted] This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal response to Ms. [redacted]’ Revdex.com complaint. Ms. [redacted] was transferred to Lexington from a lender in order to speak with her about negative items on her credit reports holding her back from getting a loan....

Lexington assists clients in challenging negative items to ensure their credit reports are an accurate portrayal of their credit history. After Ms. [redacted] was transferred to Lexington, a representative went over the service Lexington offers as well as the cost of the service, which Ms. [redacted] understood as indicated in her Complaint. Ms. [redacted] provided her information to the representative, including her social security number, and authorized Lexington to pull her credit reports for her. Ms. [redacted] also continued the process to engage Lexington and signed the engagement agreement that details the representation. Each client has a five day right of rescission, within which a client can terminate the representation with Lexington and pay not fees. Ms. [redacted] ended the relationshipwithin two days and was not charged by Lexington. Upon receiving this Complaint, an attorney from Lexington reached out to speak with Ms. [redacted] regarding the details of her Complaint. As of the time of this Response, Ms. [redacted] and Lexington have not been able to discuss her concerns. Lexington is eager to speak with Ms. [redacted] about her Complaint and would urge her to reach out to Lexington as indicated in the voicemail or email sent to her. Claudia I[redacted]Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext. 20056E:[email protected]

assistance with credit repair, and specifically to address the negative items listed on his credit reports. Lexington assists clients by sending both disputes to credit bureaus and letters to creditors, if applicable, on the clients’ behalf. Lexington relies on the address listed for creditors as indicated on clients’ credit reports. If any client receives a letter back to them then Lexington should be made aware so it can attempt to send it to a different address. Regardless, Lexington still sends disputes directly to the credit bureaus to verify items they are reporting on credit reports are correct. After receiving this Complaint, an attorney from Lexington reviewed Mr. [redacted]’s case and reached out to him. After speaking about his concerns, Lexington and Mr. [redacted] have come to an amicable resolution to his Complaint. Claudia I[redacted]Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext. 20056E:[email protected]

credit consultation, which includes a brief summary of what may be hurting them on their credit report. Based on this initial consultation the person may continue to engage Lexington to represent them or may end the call with no obligation. If that person decides to proceed as a client they must sign an engagement agreement that sets forth the client’s rights and obligations as well as what services Lexington will provide on their behalf. The engagement agreement also states the pricing for the service level the client chooses as well as the client’s right to end representation and how that may be accomplished. Clients should refer to the engagement agreement, which is located on the client website or by requesting a copy of it, for any questions regarding pricing or billing policies. Upon receiving this Complaint and attorney from Lexington has reviewed Mr. [redacted]’s case and a representative from Lexington has spoken with Mr. [redacted]. RE: [redacted] [redacted] This is Lexington Law Firm’s formal Response to Ms. [redacted]’s Revdex.com Rebuttal. Lexington reiterates what it wrote in its original Response in regards to the timing of the payment drafted as verified in Ms. [redacted]’s initial phone call. Lexington is confused as to Ms. [redacted]’s comment that she did not sign the engagement agreement, yet confirmed with the Lexington representative that a payment would be drafted. Clients with Lexington sign the agreement electronically by responding via text message or agree orally when the agreement is read over the phone. Ms. [redacted] agreed to the engagement agreement and Lexington began working on her behalf. An attorney from Lexington has not received any response from Ms. [redacted] regarding her Complaint even after sending multiple emails and calling the number she listed on her Complaint. Lexington has sent another email to Ms. [redacted] in an attempt to discuss her case and this Complaint. Lexington would urge Ms. [redacted] to contact the firm as indicated in the emails to discuss any further concerns she may have.  Claudia I[redacted]Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext. 20056E:[email protected]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I never signed a contract that states I would have to call or email to cancel my subscription. I also have asked more than 3x to get copies of all the letters sent but no one ever sent me anything up to date. Furthermore, I...

followed up with the credit care directly - whom are the reason of the score dropping - and they said they never received anything from anybody regarding dispute.of course Lexington law would claim that they have done what they promised to do but no one received any letters and I never received copies of anything. and lastly, there are a lot of reviews online with the same complaints like mine about Lexington Law. I can't believe I fell for it. ??At this point I just want my full refund.
Sincerely,

and on a month to month basis. A client can terminate the representation at any time by calling, emailing, or chatting with a paralegal at Lexington. While a client, Lexington challenges negative items directly with the credit bureaus and sends letters to creditors on the client’s behalf to ensure each client has an accurate credit history. Lexington also offers online tools for credit coaching, credit monitoring, and in some instances budgeting tools and a FICO score. Lexington received updated credit reports directly from the credit bureaus and makes them available to each client online or through requests to track the work being done on their case. Ms. [redacted] was a client of Lexington for a little over four months. During that time Lexington sent out a number of challenges to the bureaus and letters to creditors as it stated it would do in the engagement agreement. During that time Ms. [redacted] saw twelve negative items removed from her credit reports. After receiving this Complaint from Ms. [redacted], an attorney from Lexington reviewed her case and communicated with her via email and have come to an amicable resolution to her complaint Claudia I[redacted]Attorney StaffAdministrative AssistantLexington Law FirmNorth Salt Lake P: (801)297-2494Ext. 20056E:[email protected]
