I have stated and sent a prior answer on this matter Whether a salesman is still employed or not is not the issue when there are succinct contracts and agreements signed by both parties at the time of sale These documents are attached While we are in compliance with all signed agreements we at Stealth Solar would like to go even further to reach out to our clients We have taken a long hard look at the letters by our client and have extended another offer over and above our contractual responsibility We have attached this offer and sent to the client for their hopeful agreement so they too can become a satisfied Stealth Solar client

The other office and myself have been unable to get in contact with Ms [redacted] She has not responded to calls from the office or my emailsI’m not sure if there is any further action that we can take until she contacts your organization again

The people at the business is very unprofessionalPicking up workers off the streets with no qualifying or work experience with tax's working with people social security number bank account numbers, putting information on tax return

In response to [redacted] ***, it is exactly as I explained whereas; [redacted] was very rude to be screaming and swearing at my Staff and then with me I only Terminated his Camping Privileges as I explained; after [redacted] became rude when screaming and swearing As for our paperwork, we call our sign in form a Camp Contract " Not a Lease" as our Camp Contracts is a Legally Binding Contract and it can be Terminated without Refund when a Camper Client is Non Complaint and or acting in a manner that is not acceptable [redacted] did just that to become hostile as he made his threats and demands We have another Camper Client that can testify that [redacted] knew about all the Costs as he talked with them about it and told them that he didn't think it was right that he and they all had to pay on our Sunsational Family Campground property investment To further note by the Camper Client: [redacted] on a few occasions Drank at the campsite of which the Camper Client informed us of to say; [redacted] seemed to have a few to many drinks to be acting in a manner of being Out of Control and rude even towards them at there campsite At this point in time [redacted] seems to believe the Camp Rules / Contract Does Not Apply to himWhereas; [redacted] ***'s Camping Privileges were Terminated without Refund according to our Camp Rules, Policies in our Camp Contract that I provided to you as [redacted] signed and Our Campground Attorney ( [redacted] ) was notified of this situation too ( Letter Attached ) [redacted] seemed to believe that since he was a Forester that he could come back on our land [redacted] was told that he is not welcome to return, that he is not permitted to trespass on our property at any time or he will be arrested for Illegal TrespassingAs the owner of this campground, I, Irene *G [redacted] have provided all information to be True and Correct to have followed our Camp Rules, Policies when Terminating the Camper Client: [redacted] to Terminate his Camping Privileges Without Refund as so Stated in our Camp ContractThank You KindlyIrene *G [redacted] / ownerSunsational Family Campground

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below My wife, [redacted] , and I read the response from Stealth SolarWhat a pack of liesMy wife called our phone company and got proof of her phone calls to Stealth with times and dates, so their claim that we never contacted them is falseNot only that, but her first call was to [redacted] ***, who was their salesman at the timeWe find it rather peculiar that when a person has a problem with a service, it seems that the person who made the deal no longer works for that companySeems to be the rule rather than the exceptionIt was Mr [redacted] who gave her the next number to callThat number was none other than [redacted] the owner of Stealth SolarMr [redacted] was quite put out that she had the audacity to call him rather than Customer ServiceMakes one wonder if bad blood had developed between boss and employeeMr [redacted] then transferred the call to Mr [redacted] in Customer ServiceI will at this a time refer you to an enclosed note that [redacted] composed describing this menagerie of affairsThere are a great many things about this fiasco that bother usWe were led astray by the sincerity of promise we were given through the presentation of this technology which was new to usFacts were misconstrued to make this deal Seem like it was the answer to our electric bill problem and also to make us feel that we were helping with the "green" movementNow we are being told that we signed an agreement to produce only 17% of the electricity we useLogic tells us that paying $per month on a year lease is probably more than the 17% covers On top of that we are required to clean the panels on a steep tile roofAt years of age, that along with fighting and cleaning up after pigeons nesting under the panels it is certainly not worth the trouble involved If no improvement or agreement can be reached, we will be forced to do something elsedon't know exactly what at presentWe are hoping someone can advise us Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com Re: Complaint # [redacted] Mr [redacted] / [redacted] First I'd like to say that I appreciate the opportunity to respondI of course am limited in the how full I can respond since this involves confidential informationHowever since it is Mr [redacted] who has initiated this complaint, I will take this as his permission to at least discuss in broad strokes his information Yes, [redacted] had his taxes prepared by my officeYes, I did charge a fee to prepare and file his his taxes Yes, his refund has taken longer than daysMany Tax returns are funded by the IRS within days [redacted] even referred to knowing this in his complaint This however is not a guarantee that his refund will happen in days or lessIRS Best Practice Guidelines as well as my franchise by laws all prevent me, my staff from making this promise insinuated or otherwiseThis is also clearly stated in the documentation [redacted] signedAs to why his refund was postponedHis return seems to have been stopped to request additional informationOne of many reason why I cant guarantee a refund dateThe IRS is not restricted to the use of only one phone number1-800-829-happens to be the easiest to remember and is the general contact number for the IRSThere is also more specific numbers to specific departments posted on the webRegardless of the number used by [redacted] the IRS is known for having a long hold time and confusing repetitive promptsI am unclear how the fact that the IRS has more than one phone number or has long hold times is a point of contention with me and my officeI have no control over their automated system or the hold time offered to ***To change this it would literally take an act of congress Bad address on his tax return? The only standing guideline from the IRS regarding the address to use on a tax return is that it is in fact, their addressThere is no IRS requirement to use only the address used on the W-Case in point, [redacted] like many others have multiple tax forms including w-2’s that all have different addressThere is no way to have a requirement for the same address to be used if there is often no consistent addressPart of the process of having taxes prepared with Liberty is having the client prepare what we call the Client Data Sheet or CDSThis form is where the client’s specific information to file the return is collectedThis is always done by the client filling in the information themselvesThe statement the client signed at the bottom of the CDS states it is with this information that there return will be preparedThis record provided by the client is the master reference and is used to verify against prior the submitting to the IRSThe address used on ***s return matched the address he provided as his address The issue with that address not being accurate is due to the client himself supplied the wrong address Letter stating he did not use the Healthcare market place [redacted] indicated on his signed CDS that he did not have Marketplace/Obama care insuranceHis return was prepared according to that answer and no additional forms or letters were sent to the IRSA letter stating no market place coverage IS NOT a standard requirement set by the IRS There are only two possible reasons the IRS would request a letter of this nature since First possibility being The IRS has records under his name and tax ID that the client did have coverage through the marketplace at some point in timeThis information may be inaccurate and [redacted] is the victim of ID fraud (this would also lend to the IRS requiring him to prove it is him calling about his refund by verifying his address on his returnSince he provided the wrong address to be used I can see how he could construe this as a requirement to match his w-2) or, [redacted] actually did have health coverage purchased from the marketplaceIf this is the case, then the IRS is requesting the associated forms be completed and submittedI would also have no reasonable way of knowing in that the client provided inaccurate information or was the victim of identity theft Second possibility [redacted] was randomly selected like many filers to be auditedIn the case of an audit the IRS will request additional documentationIf this is true than I again would have no reasonable way to know the IRS would select him for an auditWe did however advise [redacted] of the possibility of an audit at the time of signingPerjuryIn our communications I had at one time pointed out that I did in fact have the documents signed by him affirming the information on his returnHis response to this was “Yes we missed it when signed but we were just shown where to sign and we did Shame on us for missing it.”I responded that one of the documents he signed actual stated "Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have examined a copy of my electronic individual income tax return and accompanying schedules and statements for the tax year ending December 31, 2016, and to the best of my knowledge and belief, it is true, correct ..."I told him I didn’t see the rational he usedIn claiming that he didn’t check what he was signing then he was actually committing perjuryTo me it seams outlandish to use this as a defense While I can sympathize with Mr [redacted] ’s situationAll of his complaints are rooted in him providing inaccurate information, his choice to and admitting that he signs documentation without reading or verifying it first, and/or for reasons outside of my controlWhile in my second response to him I may have curt in my reply but I was somewhat taken back by his insistence that we somehow should have known that he had supplied wrong information and that we should have somehow “catch” his mistakesThis amounts to mind reading and I stated such in my response My offer still stands from my original responseAs part of my guarantee we offer correspondence and audit assistanceI will need the copies of the letter from the IRS as to draft an accurate responseI will not however be bullied into refunding a service fee for doing exactly what was promised for the clientFile his tax return with the information he provided Martin C [redacted] CEO/ ERO Liberty Tax Service

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have called the corporate office times and the third time, the Liberty tax corporate office stated that a member of upper management would be contacting me by my cell numberTo this date, 3/3/16, I have received no call or any other contact by a member of the Liberty tax corporationAlso since my work schedule is so crazy, my wife called the owner of the Liberty tax office in Palmyra, PA and left a messageShe never received a call back to this date: 3/3/The times my wife had talked to the owner in Palmyra, he stated to her that the only reason he called us because his corporate office made himMy wife also stated that he sounded like he really didn't care about resolving our situation Regards, [redacted]

This morning I filed a complaintThe business I complained about has reached out to meWould like to give them time to resolve issue before formal complaintIs there anyway of deleting complaint? Have no problem giving them a few more days and cooperateSorry to be bother, but thank you for the quick responseHave a nice day??

When I didn't receive the items on a Monday I reached out to Customer Servce through their email systemWith no response I reached out again on TuesdayOn Wednesday I received an email stating the website was wrong when I ordered the humidors and they're actually out if stockI had already purchased $worth of cigars to go in these humidors as gifts to my customers that weekI paid the extra shipping to get the items by that Monday as I flew out of town that Tuesday morningBoth of my emails on Monday and Tuesday Requested they ship to my hotels in two separate cities that week so I could give to my customersFurthermore I begged them to let me know ASAP if they could NOT do this so I could find an alternative solutionI got an email on Wednesday simply telling me the items had shippedAt that point I figured I would ship the Christmas presents to those customers and have the remaining humidors to hand out to additional customers this weekWhen the shipment arrived the humidors were not includedWhat I received was the free giftsI quickly checked my email to see they had refunded the money to my accountNot having enough time to have anyone ship a similar product to me, I flew out the following Monday, December 15th unable to provide the Christmas presents to those customers as wellI attempted to contact [redacted] ***, President of Cheaphumidors.com to no availHe has himself well insulated and apparently does not want to be bothered by the likes of a customerI'll have the time over the holidays to post every where I can online about this horrible experience with cheap humidors.comI depended on them like I have in years past to deliverThey did notBut here's the worst part; it's never about the fact you made a mistake of failed a customerIt's ALWAYS about how you recover from itIf someone had got back to me on that Monday and offered an alternative solution or at the very least let me know they couldn't deliver, I could have found an alternative solutionInstead I got strung out and had nothing to give my customers as I traveled different cities over a two week period of timeAnd if anyone at cheap humidors.com bothers to read this, I'm certain they'll dismiss it and move on with their dayIncluding [redacted] ***

June 14, To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to dispute complaint ID number [redacted] , filed by Dr [redacted] *** Dapper Codes values our reputation in the community and I wanted to take this opportunity to address Dr***’s accusations and explain why they have no merit Firstly, Dr [redacted] claims that we failed to provide the agreed upon service Dr [redacted] signed a contract with us agreeing to have us perform Facebook Ad Services on an ongoing basis Essentially, Dr [redacted] was to pay the agreed on fee on the 15th of each month that he wanted service, and we would provide services from the 15th of that month until the 15th of the next month Dr [redacted] did pay the first monthly fee on the 26th of March for us to begin service on the 15th of April In good faith we began work on April 1st, fourteen days earlier than scheduled for no additional feeWe continued to provide services until May 22nd, although Dr [redacted] did not respond to our requests for the next month’s required installmentOn May 22nd we halted service and paused the Facebook Ad that was running Our services for Dr [redacted] included running ads that were created by us and approved by him, as well as monitoring the success of those ads We provided Dr [redacted] with a report documenting the status of the ad campaign and on the 19th of May Dr [redacted] did dispute the documented success of the ads by attributing the sales that were reported to a webinar that he performed Since we were not aware of the webinar at the time it was presented we agreed that we would have to look into how things were being trackedAt that time we asked to speak with Dr***’s IT person to figure out exactly what the issue was, and stated that we would pause the ads until such time to avoid any detrimental effect from running unmonitored ads Dr [redacted] responded with one email stating he did not want the ads to be paused, and this was after the ad had already been pausedWe responded by informing Dr [redacted] exactly how unmonitored ads could be detrimental to his business At this time we were working without being paid, as Dr [redacted] was seven days late on payment and had not addressed when, if at all, he would pay for the next month’s service Dr [redacted] had full access to his accounts and could have unpaused the ads himself, but requested that we do it, without offering to pay us for our services We made no unauthorized decisions or purchases on Dr***’s behalf We ran ads that he authorized on a Facebook account that he granted us access to At no point did Dapper Codes spend any money for purchases on Dr***’s behalf, except those that were explicitly authorized by Dr [redacted] himself To say otherwise is a serious allegation and completely inaccurate Dr [redacted] seems to be unhappy that an ad campaign resulted in a minimum of one sale over the course of a month Ad campaigns aren’t always successful, especially when ran over such a short period of time, and we are upfront about that by, for instance, placing language in our contract informing a client of that With that being said, I feel that this campaign was successful The goal of Facebook Ad campaigns, including this one, is to generate “opt-ins,” not necessarily to generate sales This campaign did generate many opt-ins Regretfully there was an issue with tracking the success of the campaign, but that was due to Dr***’s development team improperly setting tracking up This could result in errors in the reports we generated However, those errors could not have been detected by us until we had a conversation with Dr [redacted] and his development team to determine the existence and cause of the error If Dr [redacted] wanted to continue services and pay us for those services we would have been able to direct the development team to fix their errors, making our reports more accurate Dr [redacted] is not entitled to a refund We provided the services Dr [redacted] paid for, as well as almost a full month of additional services for freeWe explained the unpredictable nature of results of a Facebook advertising campaign adequately As for Dr***’s claim regarding Dapper Codes qualifications for performing the services we perform, I will let our otherwise stellar reputation speak for itself In fact, Dr [redacted] himself found us qualified, as he used our services in a previous campaign a few months prior to this most recent campaignSincerely, [redacted] Dapper Codes, LLC

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: At no point or time, did Liberty Tax Services provide ANY of the information that they claim to have said to me in any form or fashion of written documentationFurthermore, I stated in my conversations with Diania multiple times that I would pay any back taxes I owed, due to their mistakes when they filed my taxes in 2012, as long as I was provided with the information in writing stating the amount owed, as well as indicating that this would clear up any debt pertaining to the back taxes, which I would have paid in out of my tax return if they would have filed it correctlyLiberty Tax Service failed to follow through on their written guaranteeFurthermore, when my wife and I met with Mel on February 6, to file our taxes; Mel stated at that time she had spoken with the state of Kansas, and that according to their records we did not owe any back taxesOnce again I requested this information in writing stating that we did not owe any back taxes, and Mel stated that she would contact the state of Kansas again on February 8, and have them fax over a letter to her office stating that we were free and clear of any back taxes, and once again Liberty Tax Services failed to follow through on their verbal claim The common theme here is simple: A Liberty Tax Services spokesperson claims one day that I owe one amount, then it’s a different amount on another day, then it is a zero balance on yet a different day, and then there is yet another amount due on another day; and each time they have failed to put ANY of these statements in writing No person with a sound mind would take them at their “word” when they continually operate in such an untrustworthy and unprofessional mannerAny reputable company would simply put the information in writing to cover themselves, as well as cover the consumerThis would avoid any he said/she said disagreements if they would have done this as requestedThe owner Mitch B [redacted] is fully aware of this, and if the proper steps would have been taken, as well as if the first preparer would have performed their job correctly, my family would not be in the emotional and financial distress that we have been under for the last four years due to Liberty Tax Services mistakes I gave written permission for Liberty Tax Services to operate and contact the IRS and the state of Kansas on my behalfI contacted the IRS in February concerning my tax return which was withheld due to the errors made by Liberty Tax Services in I also received a letter from the IRS in March stating that my refund was withheld due to back taxes from So, for Liberty Tax Services to imply that my refund is being withheld due to any other issue besides the ongoing issue of my income taxes being prepared incorrectly; is completely and utterly false, and I have “WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION” from the IRS stating as muchI have read and reread Liberty Tax Services written guarantee, and at no point does it state if they make a mistake on your taxes, and there is an ongoing issue due to the mistakes that they made, that they have the option to elect not to “deal” with that consumer anymore because they’re tired of dealing with said personActually it states the opposite, stating “year round support”, satisfaction guarantee”, “accuracy guarantee”, “free consultation”, “audit assistance”, and correspondence assistance” As long as there is an ongoing issue due to my tax return, due to mistakes made by Liberty Tax Services; Liberty Tax Services is “OBLIGATED” due to their written contract which my wife and I signed with them at the time of filing our taxesLiberty Tax Services is currently in “breach of contract”, and if a suitable solution cannot be met, we will be force to take whatever means necessary in order to have this issue resolved.Sincerely, [redacted]

I am glad you agree that an outside audit is an excellent start to identify the issues and possible solutions to your issues I will arrange for the audit to transpire as soon as possible and forward the results upon receipt for further discussion to solutions I will also post these results in this forum as well

First and most important I would like to have this report generated by [redacted] sent to my home address or my e-mail address if at all possible (will provide info if not on hand already) [redacted] did verbally explain to me that my AC system needs to be inspected again for service because it was presenting a problem As I explained in my report I had DP Air corpcome out and inspect the unit and correct the issues and/or replace parts AC system issues have been corrected and unit has been turned off these past few months without significant difference of utility cost when compared to years prior to solar I am not disputing the high utility cost of June, July and Augbecause although I do have my AC unit inspected every months failures happen I am however disputing the fact that since after Feb18, – present (other than months noted) my utility bill has basically been the same and I am still paying on top of that the solar lease payment of over $and continues to rise $every year after until end of lease years I was promised by Stealth Solar that I would see a decrease in electrical (that is to say utility plus price of lease will be equal to or less than previous utility bills) They also mentioned in printed document “Go Green Now” marketing program will extend the useful life of my heating and cooling system (this has been proven untrue by your rep [redacted] ) but things happen right It is also written that solar will create a more comfortable and healthier indoor environment for my entire family, well this is also untrue because before prior to solar I had my AC system at 72*F – 75*F during summer months now I have it set to 80*F – 85*F to save on utility cost I would have the heat on during the winter now I have the system turned off and we use blankets and have sweaters on inside the home to keep warm during the winter to save on cost because of the increase cost we now have with solar Where is the comfort in that? My dispute (if the system is working properly as you stated) has always been where is the savings I was sold I would have by your sales rep [redacted] K(w/Stealth Solar)? Thanks for your time

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Liberty Tax Service regarding complaint ID [redacted] .Sincerely, [redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Irene is making up things that never happened, she is blatantly fabricating lies I was never rude or out of control towards anyone at their campground....maybe she can find someone to go along with her lies, but I was never out of line at the campground, and I never yelled at her employees. This is unbelievable, I can't wait to hear what she makes up next I never said anything about having the right to come back to their campground once they terminated my camping privileges As in her 1st response, this latest response is a bunch of lies Irene should just give me a refund and we can go along our merry way and forget about this whole thing Otherwise, I am NOT A HAPPY CAMPER, and will follow whatever legal recourse is necessary to be compensated for how poorly I was treated Regards, [redacted] ***
