I file my tax this year with the help of Liberty tax preparationMy tax refund was delayed bec of the negligence of Liberty made an error in filling according to the IRSI talked to the IRS twice checking why my tax refund delayedAccording to the IRS there was an error of the information during filling that did not match to their system but IRS was able to fix it but caused the delay of my refundThe waiting and the promises to receive my tax refund is stressful and lot of frustrationsLiberty tax was on denial blaming it to my identity thief from last year when I was a victim but IRS stated it has nothing to do with my identity thief but the caused is the error of filling by Liberty tax preparer My contract with the Liberty is that they will refund the fee if not 100% satisfactionI am not satisfied of their service, making me wait longer for my refund due to their mistakes on fillingI demand my state refund that they kept and all the feesFinally today I received my tax refund direct deposit in my bank but Liberty took out the deductions

*** *** *** started camping in April and his sign Camp Contract
is attached*** *** wanted more fill at his campsite since there was
so much rain this season. I
explained; it would be at his cost and we
can only give an estimate of what it would take such as $to $

agreed, then *** *** seemed to believe, he did not have to abide by
our Rules/Policies or the Contract he signed claiming; it should be at

explained; We do not rent out our Seasonal Site as Partial SitesWe
have Weekend Camp Sites at the front of our campground. *** ***

Camp months during the Fishing Season since we are located along

was back filled, we should have no problems renting it out. I
explained to *** ***, There are No Refunds on Early Departures. *** *** was screaming and swearing at me and my staff as I then said; We
will not tolerate his Rude Behaviors and I then Terminated his Camping
Privileges*** *** stated: I can't Terminate his Camping since he paid

e have not been notified of any cancellation by ***The call was received by *** Jan 19, with a scheduled date of 01/27/and our rates were explained to the customer when we confirmed the appointment She also requested on Jan 19, that we move the appointment to Saturday
January 31, in the afternoon Our system robo called the customer 1/to confirm appointment and we then called the customer at 1:pm on Jan 31, to let he Ms*** know we would be there in minutesShe did not ever tell us the appointment was cancelledWe have also checked with *** and there is no record that Ms*** called into cancel her appointment.Ms*** refused to pay the tech stating the unit was only years oldWe made several attempts to reach her by phoneWe finally were able to reach her March 27, and she hung up on usOn October 8, we sent her a day demand letter along with a copy of her warranty. I have attached a copy of her service history, the warranty from her users manual, and a copy of the demand letter that was mailed October 8, 2015.Please note if this debt is not paid, we will proceed with further action We will also retain an attorney to file a lawsuit should we be slandered on he internet

The day of your original appointment which was scheduled for January 27, 2015, there was a blizzardWe will not place our employees lives in danger and othersYou agreed to schedule a new appointment on the 31st We called minutes prior to the tech arriving and you said OKIf you did not need service, why did you not tell the office that you did not need service?

not $as she stated, it was $The fees were not $450, they were $She then opted to have her return done with a financial productThe bank charges a fee to process the refund and to release her refund into her checking accountThe $cash that we gave her is a promotion we do every year for those who come in before February 15th to have their taxes completedThe preparer went over the fees with her and she was satisfied and even told her preparer that she would see us next yearThere will not be a refund of funds offered to her but I can offer her 10% off of her next year’s tax return and it will be noted on the file and in the system

In response to *** *** ***, it is exactly as I explained whereas; *** *** was very rude to be screaming and swearing at my Staff and then with me. I only Terminated his Camping Privileges as I explained; after *** *** became rude when screaming and swearing. As for our paperwork, we call our sign in form a Camp Contract " Not a Lease" as our Camp Contracts is a Legally Binding Contract and it can be Terminated without Refund when a Camper Client is Non Complaint and or acting in a manner that is not acceptable*** *** did just that to become hostile as he made his threats and demands. We have another Camper Client that can testify that *** *** knew about all the Costs as he talked with them about it and told them that he didn't think it was right that he and they all had to pay on our Sunsational Family Campground property investment. To further note by the Camper Client: *** *** on a few occasions Drank at the campsite of which the Camper Client informed us of to say; *** *** seemed to have a few to many drinks to be acting in a manner of being Out of Control and rude even towards them at there campsite. At this point in time *** *** seems to believe the Camp Rules / Contract Does Not Apply to himWhereas; *** ***'s Camping Privileges were Terminated without Refund according to our Camp Rules, Policies in our Camp Contract that I provided to you as *** *** signed and Our Campground Attorney ( *** *** ) was notified of this situation too.
