I am rejecting this response because:
Not all forms were shown to me especially not the amount I was being charged for filing taxes with them. The files on the computer were not shown to me before being signed/printed thus were signed under false pretenses. The manager told me there would be no cost for my advance loan and that was the only time any fees were shown/mentioned.

Administratively Resolved]
 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I have called the corporate office 3 times and the third time, the Liberty tax corporate office stated that a member of upper management would be contacting me by my cell number. To this date, 3/3/16, I have received no call or any other contact by a member of the Liberty tax corporation. Also since my work schedule is so crazy, my wife called the owner of the Liberty tax office in Palmyra, PA and left a message. She never received a call back to this date: 3/3/16. The times my wife had talked to the owner in Palmyra, he stated to her that the only reason he called us because his corporate office made him. My wife also stated that he sounded like he really didn't care about resolving our situation.

[redacted]

The office was closed due to a business trip so we were not able to handle the situation until we arrived in town. The customer came into the office today on June 12th to receive her refund check. The pricing of her return was explained to the customer with a detailed invoice. The...

customer was refunded for the misunderstanding and the customer stated she will be back to fix her previous year tax situations from another tax office with our location.

When I didn't receive the items on a Monday I reached out to Customer Servce through their email system. With no response I reached out again on Tuesday. On Wednesday I received an email stating the website was wrong when I ordered the 15 humidors and they're actually out if stock. I had already purchased $300 worth of cigars to go in these humidors as gifts to my customers that week. I paid the extra shipping to get the items by that Monday as I flew out of town that Tuesday morning. Both of my emails on Monday and Tuesday Requested they ship to my hotels in two separate cities that week so I could give to my customers. Furthermore I begged them to let me know ASAP if they could NOT do this so I could find an alternative solution. I got an email on Wednesday simply telling me the items had shipped. At that point I figured I would ship the Christmas presents to those customers and have the remaining humidors to hand out to additional customers this week. When the shipment arrived the humidors were not included. What I received was the free gifts. I quickly checked my email to see they had refunded the money to my account. Not having enough time to have anyone ship a similar product to me, I flew out the following Monday, December 15th unable to provide the Christmas presents to those customers as well. I attempted to contact [redacted], President of Cheaphumidors.com to no avail. He has himself well insulated and apparently does not want to be bothered by the likes of a customer. I'll have the time over the holidays to post every where I can online about this horrible experience with cheap humidors.com. I depended on them like I have in years past to deliver. They did not. But here's the worst part; it's never about the fact you made a mistake of failed a customer. It's ALWAYS about how you recover from it. If someone had got back to me on that Monday and offered an alternative solution or at the very least let me know they couldn't deliver, I could have found an alternative solution. Instead I got strung out and had nothing to give my customers as I traveled 8 different cities over a two week period of time. And if anyone at cheap humidors.com bothers to read this, I'm certain they'll dismiss it and move on with their day. Including [redacted].

[The response by Stealth Solar does not address the issues I've brought to them regarding my system. Attached is a compressed file of correspondence between Stealth Solar, [redacted], and me. This correspondence demonstrates a two-year battle with Stealth Solar to get the service I've paid for.]
Please review this file and compare it to their response. Someone is not telling the whole truth.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
The bottom line is this: Liberty Tax Services failed to prepare my state of Kansas tax return when I filed my 2012 taxes using their services. Furthermore, they entered the wrong information when filing my federal income tax for education credits; thus leading to interest accruing for my federal taxes which is still accruing to this date at a rate of 3 percent  a month. The IRS has stated that if the information would have been filed correctly by Liberty Tax Services, I would not have received the return that I did in 2013, however I would still have received a return, but I would not have owed any back taxes due to their errors. Liberty Tax Services did not provide me any personal “favors” by refunding my preparations fees; they were obligated to do so. The same way that they are obligated to pay for any interest and penalties for both my state and federal income tax as stated in their written guarantee. If I had the money to pay my back taxes that I owe due to Liberty Tax Services errors, I would have paid it. Nonetheless, Liberty Tax Services is still obligated to pay any interest and fees for both my state and federal income tax filed in 2013 for the tax year 2012. Liberty tax representatives, as well as the owner Mitch B[redacted] stated that they were responsible for these fees both verbally as w**l as in their “written guarantee”.  The notion that a company which rendered paid services, and has created such distress by failing to perform said services, can decide that they are “done” and no longer want to provide services, due to the mistakes that they made, is just plain ludicrous in my opinion; and I also believe that when the public becomes aware of how Liberty Tax Services conduct business, it will undermine their bottom line which is to make money. Sincerely,[redacted]

This company told us when we bought the solar, that it would be a total of 20,000. We have been paying for 3 years, and still owe 70,000. not sure how this is possible. Plus our electric bill has not gone down at all. I have called and emailed them numerous times, with not answer. I have also recently filed a complaint with the arizona attorney generals office. we are pursuing this. Now their phone in phoenix is disconnected. terrible company and don't stand behind their product at all.

Here is a response to complaint id# [redacted] If you need anything else from us , let me know ThanksMike P[redacted]

First and most important I would like to have this report generated by [redacted] sent to my home address or my e-mail address if at all possible (will provide info if not on hand already).   [redacted] did verbally explain to me that my AC system needs to be inspected again for service because it was presenting a problem.  As I explained in my report I had DP Air corp. come out and inspect the unit and correct the issues and/or replace parts.  AC system issues have been corrected and unit has been turned off these past few months without significant difference of utility cost when compared to years prior to solar.  I am not disputing the high utility cost of June, July and Aug. because although I do have my AC unit inspected every 6 months failures happen.  I am however disputing the fact that since after Feb. 18, 2013 – present (other than months noted) my utility bill has basically been the same and I am still paying on top of that the solar lease payment of over $230.00 and continues to rise $30 every year after until end of lease 20 years.  I was promised by Stealth Solar that I would see a decrease in electrical (that is to say utility plus price of lease will be equal to or less than previous utility bills) They also mentioned in printed document “Go Green Now” marketing program will extend the useful life of my heating and cooling system (this has been proven untrue by your rep. [redacted]) but things happen right.  It is also written that solar will create a more comfortable and healthier indoor environment for my entire family, well this is also untrue because before prior to solar I had my AC system at 72*F – 75*F during summer months now I have it set to 80*F – 85*F to save on utility cost.  I would have the heat on during the winter now I have the system turned off and we use blankets and have sweaters on inside the home to keep warm during the winter to save on cost because of the increase cost we now have with solar.   Where is the comfort in that?  My dispute (if the system is working properly as you stated) has always been where is the savings I was sold I would have by your sales rep. [redacted] K. (w/Stealth Solar)?  Thanks for your time.

On August 1st 2015 I Universal Tires sold [redacted] two sets of Yokuhoma Tires for 1186.40 the price included installation of tires mounting balancing, tire disposal fees and I gave her two free wheel alignments. The Ford Explorer had worn parts at time of tire installation, [redacted] stated...

that she would return soon for the repairs. She even called to set up appointments on several occasions to repair the vehicle and never showed up. On the 2000 Toyota 4 runner I performed alignment or alignment check. I have hundreds of customers, so when [redacted] returned almost one and a half years later to ask me about tire warranty I had to think back on deal we made on Aug. of 2015. She stated to me that she went to a quik lube facility to get an oil change and that she was notified that her tires were wearing quickly due to alignment type wear, after a quick tire inspection I agreed with her.  I did not remember the 4 runner as much as the Explorer because it seemed to be in decent shape at time of alignment. I then jacked up the front of vehicle and started a dry park front end suspension check at witch time I diagnosed a worn tire rod end on right side of vehicle. I started to explain to her that alignment type wear was not covered under any tire warranty. She then became hostile or very arguementative because I performed alignment. I wouldn't remember of the top of my head if I had even done a wheel alignment. So I asked her if she could show me a copy of recipt so I could evaluate the situation. Before I did anything else she stated that she paid cash and I didn't give her a recipt, I told her I was sure I gave her a recipt. I also asked her if she could produce an install date so I could pull my records. Before I could go any further she demanded that I take the vehicle of jacks so she could leave. I told her okay. She didn't give fair oppertunity to properly evaluate the situation. Front end parts can wear out quickly and if not corrected a new tire can wear out in the matter of a couple of days. I didn't see vehicle for periodic tire rotations, I did ask her to return vehicle every 6,000 miles for rotations, and wrote installation milage on recipt of 134,299 mi. and 140,299 for first rotation as a reminder. She cursed at me for a few minutes. I told her if she continued there would be nothing I could do for her. If I was able to look closer I would of been able to determine if it was worn parts or technican error. I was not being unreasonable with [redacted]. I did show her loosness in front end parts. Doing a front end alignment doesn't guarentee that the parts on a 15 yr old vehicle with a 134,000 miles won't fail. I wish [redacted] would have kept her cool. I do take time to look at all customer complaints if I discover at any point that technican error would of caused problem I would of taken care of it immediatly, with or without recipt.Sincerely,Aron C[redacted] (Universal Tire)Vehicle maintenace is a team effort between vehicle owner and technican, it impossible to for see vehicle repairs routine inspections help.

I am rejecting this response because:  The manager is clearly lying.   When I showed up to the wash,  she was clearly agitated and began bullying me.   She didn't listen to my problem and actually never took the time to look at the broken taillight.   She already had her mind made up and clearly stated that there  would be no compensation for the part since she concluded that it was aftermarket.   At no time did this employee ever state that the company would cover 50% of the damage.   She never said it to me or to my wife.   The first time it was mentioned at all was by her boss [redacted]   The manager was using curse words under breath ("[redacted]") and I will admit I lost my temper.   This company was making it impossible for me to get my car fixed.   Being on a fixed income,  I was truly distraught. When I communicatef with the regional supervisor (who communicated only after I left my Revdex.com complaint and phoned a local reporter who deals with scams like this)  he did say the would cover  50% of thw cost of the light.   He made no mention of the cost of the installation.   When I mentioned I would need the cost of installation covered he offered to do it himself.   While I found this idea strange and unprofessional I agreed since I had no other option.   I subsequently decided not to agree to Mr.  [redacted]'s offer since I could not reach him to confirm he would compensate me for the light I was considering purchasing and he would not confirm in writing that hw would do the installation.   After I cancelled the agreement he reached out and said I was expecting too much that he would respond to my texts.   Mind you,  I only followed  up when I didn't get a response after 4 hours.   This still resulted in no communication, so I texted again 48 hours later and finally prompted him to respond.   He was angry about my attempted communication but isn't he in the customer service business?  I was only trying to get things in writing and keep things professional. I would like an agreement in writing to cover the 50% renumeration for parts and labor.   A professional should install this light,  not the regional manager of a small car wash who clearly has something against me.  I also want employees,  who should be trained to do so,  to advise customers about parts on their vehicles that could cause problems in the wash.   The manager mentions that their policy is "clearly visible"  on signs prior to entering the wash.   They may be there,  but they are not clearly not visible to all members of the public.  Some have vision issues,  like me,  and would have no way of knowing my car was in jeopardy.   They are only trying to cover their rear end by having the legaleze be such a small font.   I have pictures and text messages to back up my story.   I only wish I had my phone recording when the manager cursed at me and was acting in such a disrespectful manner.   I was naive to think the business would listen and help me get my car on the road.   Thank you for listening.   Have a nice day. Kind Regards, [redacted]

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2016/02/26) */
The sign on the window states the $750 advance is if you qualify. The qualifications come from the bank which is giving the loan. To qualify a consumer must not owe the federal government any money, have over $1000 in federal withholding tax...

and $10,000 in federal return. Mr. [redacted] did not qualify as he had $435 in withholding. His return was not that simple, he had a child, earned income and he E filed. He was given a $50 credit towards the cost of his taxes. All consumer's are given an opt out which meant he could have walked away and not filed his taxes with us.
