July 3, 2017Dear *** ***:I am writing in response to complaint ID ***The client has been misleading in their statement about the situationhave included a copy of a fax dated September 7, that the client requested a copy of their return be faxed to the taxing authorityThey did not
state there was a problem at that timeI did not hear from the client again until June 20, by way of our corporate officeI contacted the client on June 21, by telephoneI requested documentation from the client in reference to the situation on that dateThe client complied with the request and had the taxing authority fax the documentation to my attentionThat documentation is enclosed which clearly shows the taxing authority calculated interest and penalties on more than one occasionPer our written guarantee I used the figures supplied to me by the taxing authority of the initial assessment in addition to $penalty not assessed by the taxing authority at that initial assessmentI spoke to the representative that faxed the information to verify that the client had been notified in writing of monies due to the taxing authorityTheir representative told me verbally that had sent written notices as well as spoke with the client to try to resolve the outstanding issue with their office.The client is taking an unreasonable position in thinking that we should pay tax liability, interest and penalties beyond the Initial assessmentI explained to the client verbally and by letter that I was sending him a check and what that check constitutedThe corporate office was sent documentation of the resolution of the matter and closed the file after receiving that documentation.Sincerely,Bonnie H*** Co-owner

IRS and State on 01/30/2018.*** ***'s refund from federal was expected to be $from federal and $from stateOur tax preparation fees for filing taxes were $*** *** was not able to pay the fees upfront and requested us to deduct the fees from his refundThe invoice, disclosures, authorizations, the Federal and State returns were printed/signed and explained to the client in detail again, before completing the return for *** ***.On 02/06/we explained to *** *** that the IRS did not send the expected amount of $to "*** ***As per the attached document from IRS website, his refund was reduced by $The federal check for *** *** was received by our corporate office for a total of $633.69, out of which $was taken out and a check for $was disbursed to the clientWe provided the attached document and website information to *** ***.We urged *** *** to contact the IRS and talk directly with IRS representative and get more information about his reduced refund amountWe also offered to call the IRS with him but he refused our service.We have followed up with *** *** to assist him any way we can but the communication has been one wayThe following are a list of call times:02/07/11:00am, 02/09/10:00am, 02/10/2:00pm,02/12/10:00am and 3:00pm

Taxes were completed in marchAfter over attempts calling corporate office no contact has been made from business owner or franchise owner to me or my husbandState taxes have been amended three separate times due to the negligence and now have to be completely redone to receive state taxes

For your reference, details of the offer The response that this business made to my complaint was absolutely and Adderly incorrectI can actually provide documents from my bank to prove that there was never an attempt to make a charge on my Debit card and in fact that there were always and I fees in there for it to be chargeIf they tried to charge it, it would have been accepted , because the money was in there I can also provide phone documentation from both mine and my wife’s phone proving that the company never tried to contact meAnd in fact I tried to contact them several times probably about times, leaving messages with employees and on the voicemail and never received a responseI am offended that this business would respond with such lies and in this mannerI do not except this response because it is absolutely not true and I can prove itPlease let me know if you would like any of this documentation for me to prove thisThey apparently recently decided to go ahead and file it without charge because I assume they realize they were in the wrongLike I said, if they were to have attempted to charge my debit card, it would have in fact gone through because the money was there all alongThis business is absolutely sketchy and should not be operating

On February 5, I went to get my taxes done at this locationIn my situation every yr I am to have an injured spouse form claim done along with the rest of the forms,so I could receive my part of the refundIt is to protect me from not getting garnished because of the back child support owed by my husband.It cost me $ to get the taxes doneI waited almost the weeks for the refund and only received very littleI called the IRS to inquire and I was told that the person who did my taxes marked the wrong cbox which brought my part of the refund low.Now we have to wait an additional weeks for the IRS to send the other portionLiberty Tax offered a voucher for free tax service next year I turned it down because I didn't pay them with a voucher ,I paid with my own moneyNo apology from the tax preparer,but only from the managerI will never go back there againHigh prices and no customer service

This review is based on attempting to purchase a *** ***, Stock #: *** V.I.N *** There was lots of water leaking into the vehicle from what appeared to be a slight area of rust where the windshield meets the roof and a cracked windshield The salesman *** *** promised that if I left a deposit, he'd pull the windshield, take photos of any hidden rust and send them to me for my inspection AND promised me a full refund if I didn't approve No photos were sent until the repair was 'complete' The photos of the repair and he clearly stated, they filled the entire area of rust with Bondo *** admitted it And the Bondo covered 60% of where the top edge of the windshield is supposed to seal against solid metal When I saw the Bondo in the photo, I pressed *** to show me photos of the condition before the repair He gave me a story how he lost them Then pressing him harder, he sent me photos of the ar

The attached contract (part 23) is the agreement between Stealth Solar and the client for a panel solar lease. This work was installed, commissioned and operational. all panels are on the roof. There is a second part of the contract for radiant barrier, ***, ***,
insulation and *** ***, this part of the contract was financed and installed per the terms of the contract. Separately the client wanted to purchase a pool heater and additional solar panels to create enough electricity to run the pool heater. This was a separate agreement to be funded through a loan between the client and ***. This was entered into after the attached contract. The client was instructed to contact *** direct and give them the information and codes. We proceeded to install the pool heater at an expense greater than $4,with the understanding she would comply. The client did not follow through with the *** loan. Therefore we have never been paid or notified funds available for the pool heater or the extra panels. We informed the client we would install the extra panels as soon as she completed the loan with ***, this is a direct loan between the client and ***. She has not so the net result is everything this client paid for is installed and working in excess of all manufacturer guarantees. The pool heater is installed and wired and operational and never paid for and the company is out over $4,500. The lease is completed and functioning. The additional products listed above are in stalled and functioning. The third agreement for a pool heater and solar panels is 75% installed and no payments have ever been paid for this product

We have reviewed your notification of a complaint against our companyIn reviewing our files for this client, we noticed that we have a letter dated July 6, and an email dated 7/15/Shortly after those dates, we reviewed all of the utility statements the client had submitted up to that
timeWe analyzed the limited amount of information received from the client and we transmitted the results of our analysis to the client on July In that letter, we pointed out that the client had received a Limited Energy Savings Guarantee of 17% compared to the months before his solar system was installed and commissioned The analysis that we performed, and which is attached to that letter, revealed that the actual savings realized by the client was 95.15% In that same letter, we requested that the client submit all pages of all of his future utility statements to our office to allow us to monitor his energy utilization and savingsThe client has not submitted any utility statements to our office since that time.We did receive a communication from the client in June 2014, stating that the client had lost the communication link to their leasing companyThere are aware of a number of communications between the client and the leasing company and we have not been advised on the status of that issue.Our last communication with the client was on September At that time, our customer service representative again requested that the client scan and send all pages of their utility statements to our officeThis would allow us to update their energy analysis spreadsheetThe client has not submitted any statements in response to that requestWithout the cooperation of the client, we are unable to update our spreadsheet to review the extent of the client’s savings and system effectiveness and efficiency.We stand behind our products and our personnel and if the client will abide by the requirements of the guarantee, we can determine the extent of the savings that the client is achieving A little cooperation from this client would allow us to determine whether there is any issue Until we receive the required information from the client, we are compelled to stand behind the limited information the client has provided Therefore, we have to rely on the findings contained in our July letter to the client As such, we request that the Bureau close this complaint as unfounded until such time as the client provides the required information

I asked him have his retirement administrator forward a copy to meTo date I have not received this informationWhen the requested information is received; if it proves he does not need to file I will make the appropriate corrections to Mr***’s filing

paid them to do my taxes,and do a efile they did not send it off for over days,they said they forgot to send it, the mgr wont call me back
I filed jan 21,, they did not transmit my taxes on jan 23rd like they promised, the said they forgot to do it they transmitted it days later on a Thursday after I had told them the irs did not have my taxes, I have left several messages for a manager to call me back and I have had no response ,
