The car does not pass inspection for more than a month and he don't want to give me my money back

Haven't had the car a full month engine light came on then the car wouldn't start they said it was the battery and told me they wouldn't pay for a tow long story short I ended up getting a jump from the tow company then they still insisted that it needed a new battery they replaced it had the car back for days and the engine light came back on with codes they say there fixing it but they had the car longer then me out of weeks of purchasing it I had it for a week with contiusly promblens

gave deposit on purchase and did not get loan wont return my deposit

The "tax liability " that I am "responsible" for is only there because of Liberty taxes negligence and incompetenceIf I were notified of an error, (which is why I paid good money to have my taxes done) I would have followed whatever steps necessary to correct itBut since "trained professionals" failed to do their job I am now liable for $Minus the $check I believe I am still owed $343Regards,

Stealth solar is correct in the fact that there is no issue involving the production of the solar panels
The issue is that I save substantially less then I pay for the lease
An outside audit is a great start to a solutionAs long as it addresses the following issues
The amount of solar panels I should of had installed on my house for its size and number of occupants
The amount of electricity/money I have saved each monthSo that can be compared to the lease amount
Outside organization can have no ties to stealth solar or its employees

I am sorry that Mrand Mrs*** are dissatisfied with their solar system. I have attached the contract where the *** bought a solar system along with a couple energy saving devices. I have attached the signed agreement by the *** that there system would save 17%. I have
attached the compilation of their actual kilowatt energy savings which shows they have saved 22.83%. It would appear that the *** have saved 5% more than we guaranteed and they agreed to at the time of the sale
We received absolutely no rebates or tax credits from the *** contract. The leasing company received the rebates from the utility company as called for in the contract between *** and the ***. The *** also signed a form with their utility company authorizing these rebates
All calls to Stealth Solar should go to ###-###-####. there is someone to take your calls concerning any warranty issues you have. There have been no calls to us at the phone number listed for our company As for your saving question we have exceeded the agreed amount of savings you signed for on the day of purchase

Hi,Su biect:Complaint submitted to Revdex.com, regarding our Servicewith ID #***Explanation:1) We did the Tax Filing on 04/07/for (*** *** Business + her personal),our filing is Electronic Filing with the IRS and we received Acknowledgment from the IRS
thatthey received her file.2) The customer start calling us asking about her Refund, each time we checked for her with theIRS it Says under processing(We did this for her about eight Times).3) Finally we got an answer from the IRS that there miss posting on her 1099K from her Employer,so we have to do amend (1040X), we did for the Amend and submitted to the IRS for free.4) The customer start calling us and yelling asking about her refund, I tried to explain to her thatwe have NO CONTROL ABOUT THE IRS REFUND and she has to call (IRS) to follow up with themregarding her refund.5) She received a letter from the (IRS) on 08/04/asking her for more Information to processher Refund(we did the form for her and we gather everything and submit every it to (IRS) forfree.6) She call us after that about five times asking about her refund and I told her that we did all whatwe have to do and the refund is controlled by the (IRS) and she has to follow up with the, shesaid she try to call (IRS) but they put her on hold for long time, and she said the (IRS) caller toldher that there is no filling on her name!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( She brought to our office a letter fromthe (IRS) requesting more information as I mentioned before.7) We got a phone call from another branch of LlBERT and asking us for the Acknowledge receivedfrom the (IRS) that they received her filing and we did faxed the IRS Acknowledgment.8) We submit a request and the whole File to ( IRS - OPERATION MANAGER) trying to help her.9) NO ONE HAVE CONTROL ON THE IRS REFUND except them.10) We do not know why IRS not refund her, we do not have answer, but if there is something wecan help we will do it for free and during the whole process after the filing we never asked forany money even when she offer some money regarding the Amend requested by the IRS, wethanks her and we said this is part from our service.11) We have all docurnentation that the IRS received her file, but we do not know why the IRSstopped her refund!!!!!!!!!!!!12) If there anything requested by the IRS that can help her to get her refund we will do itimmediately for free.I wish everything is clear and sorry for delay because I was out of the State.Thanks for your teem*** ***

The two fellows who picked up the items from my house were great, but I was disappointed in the delivery I was told by the two that picked up the items that they would also be the ones delivering to my new place Unfortunately that was not the case Instead they sent three guys who complained the entire time that they had to deliver to a 3rd floor apartment Also, one of my TVs that was working fine when it was picked up is now all lines and squiggles when I turn on the set and is unusableSomehow the screen got broken and the movers won't take responsibility I can't prove it, but suspect that they knew because when it came time to reattach the TV stand, none of the movers had a flat head screwdriver What moving company doesn't bring a tool as basic as a flat head screwdriver?? I had to have a friend help me attach the stand, and that's when I found out the picture was a colorful mix of shapes, lines and squiggles It's broken!
I called the business office and was flatly told no, that there was nothing they would do, and to add insult to injury the rep said "well, the TV was probably getting ready to go out anyway." Oh really? Yeah right!!
Oh well, there go the referrals I planned to give to others that are moving - not now
Cannonburgh charges a lot of money and they're happy to take it, but turns their backs on you when you discover a broken item

When our office was advised of this complaint I spoke with the wife of complainantI tried to get hold of tax preparer to ask her questions to no availI do not know why the file wasn't e-filed the evening that they were in except that we were
waiting for moving expensesWhen copy of moving expenses was received the file was completed and e-filed with Canada Revenue AgencyThe complainant believed he had direct deposit with CRA so was expecting his refund to go directly into his bankI reviewed the file and spoke again to wife as complainant wasn't willing to speak to meShe never advised that she wasn't happy with my explanation as to what happened with their fileI also advised her that if he had direct deposit with CRA it would have been deposited into their accountWhen we received the letter from the Revdex.com I contacted her again and in spite of complainant being at home he again refused to talk to meComplainant should have advised CRA of their change of address as their refund was mailed to their old address instead of their new oneWe are refunding them their full amount that they paid

We are not disputing the solar systems production Mr***The damn thing is built to small for our home and cost me more than I can ever get back in service The Green team from APS ANALYSED our usage and production and we might get between 28% and 40% Depending on the time of yearThat Sir puts me in the hole about a $an monthNow You know what I need and what needs to happenI will get an attorney if I need toThis system needs to be bigger and soon.

His savings is dropped off His first four months were at 55% His most recent months were down to about 15% We sent a certified BPI rep out there in September-October period ***'s report said that the downstairs 5T heat pump needed service
or replacement*** wasn't sure if the unit could be fixed. He went on to state that the problem with the downstairs unit was causing the main A/c unit to overwork and ice up He also recommended that the client insulate his garage and install a jump duct and other return ducts to try to balance out the system and try to create some efficiency *** also cited several other electrical devices in the home that should be repaired or replaced. Everything that we have on file shows that the system is operating properly The inverter was checked and it is fine Their electrical costs are high because of he degradation of he air conditioner, the last of insulation and other problems taht were brought to his attention by *** Our stuuff is doing its job He has other problems that are outside the scope of our contractThe labor warranty was for two years and all items we installed are operating correctly. We cannot be responsible for the deterioration of his heatinc/cooling system from age or the wering out of other electrical items

Our accounting department will be sending the refund of the preparation fees to Ms*** in the amount of $I am not provided with a copy of the check, but she should receive it within 10-business daysIt will be mailed to the address she has supplied the Revdex.com and on file with our offices as

Stealth Solar did promise us a whole bunch of lies Our Solar Panels are in It took months of trying to organize these people We took our daughter to college We planned for the start of the project on the day we were to return home We didn't want anyone on our property while we were not home I set up our return for the earliest flight that morning But what happened stunned us I was sitting in the restaurant in Nevada I received a phone call The man on the line asks me to have the two cars in the garage moved He mentioned they will be removing our roof and putting the new roof on that same day I said what! My husband took the phone from me I called my mother who lived close by to face time me when she got to my home Half my roof was off already and the waste trailer which we told them not to put it on the grass due to piping could me smashed or ripped out Was reversed all the way to the roofs edge and in my garden ruining plants and the edging of the garden was smashed , ripped out or buried my rain gutter was smashed and knocked down We couldn't believe it We called the office and everyone passed the buck blaming the sorry incident on the next person We had to let them finish the roof that day When the panels were installed not for another weeks later The electrician who did the panels seemed good, but when inspected by HECO it was all wrong Finally panels where in but didn't work for months later We never got our remote indicator that shows us if our panels are all working I tried to call for someone to explain how it works and if we can tell if all panels are putting out etcno one answered, I kept trying the following days and weeks and I sort of gave up for a whileI had no idea who to call about this Who do we call for help on our solar panels why haven't we gotten our sensor box? who do I call? We paid a whopping $42,for this and it is not even completed and does't work like we were told it would

Thank you for sending this complaint so promptly. I am sorry that the Raymond *** ** feels this way. I have a signed document (that he signed on 2/12/16) where he was told his refund amounts for Federal and State and all the fees broken out by tax preparation fees, bank fees
associated with his tax return. This also shows that he agreed to getting the $cash instead of a discount for his return. His return cost is higher than an individual return due to his filing his *** *** ***. Filing a business return and your individual return is more expensive than an individual mainly because it is like filing returns instead of return. This tax preparation fee is also deductible against his business. The cost of the tax preparation is based on the tax forms required to file his return not on what his refund or amount due would be. Each form has a cost associated with it and the total price is rolled up once our tax preparer has completed the return. And yes, we do give out $cash during that promotion time, with restrictions. I will have someone call him to see if we can make him happier with the choices that he agreed to, we want all of our customers to be happy doing business with us

Customer’s first complaint was that the *** preparer went by “***” even though her name is “***”*** is a nickname that she uses and everyone calls her by that name. Customer’s next complaint was that the office was not in contact with him or communicating clearly about his
eligibility for the Send-a-Friend promotionMr*** return was not electronically filed because his credit card did not go through to process payment for *** preparationThe office called him several times to obtain corrected credit card information or a different form of payment in order to e-file his returnThe office is also open 9am to 9pm, so unless Mr*** called outside of those hours, the phone call was answered. Following Mr*** discussion with the office manager regarding payment of the *** prep fees, the office e-filed the customer’s return free of charge as a courtesy to the customerBecause it was a free return, he was not eligible for the Send-a-Friend promotion. The customer’s other complaints about the preparer “trying to get around the system” are unfoundedWe follow a due diligence standard and all *** preparers understand the penalties and consequences that occur if any returns are not filed according to IRS law. The office filed Mr*** return free of charge as a courtesy to the customer to get his *** return completedThe office contacted client several times to let him know the credit card payment for the *** preparation did not go through, before speaking with him about e-filing the return for freeCustomer is aware of this and has spoken with the office manager who agreed to file his return without paymentWe feel that this has resolved the customer issueThank you, *** *** The Franchise Corp Kentucky| Indiana | California ###-###-####

Mr***As stated your system is producing above industry standards for its size. You purchased a specific sized system and that is what you received. If you want a larger system you need to purchase a larger system buying additional panels. The goal of buying a solar system is to reduce the energy usage and your system has reduced your energy usage over 27% from the previous year. There is nothing more I can help you with unless the system is not performing to industry standards
