Review: I entered the business on 3/6/14 to have my taxes done. they charged me $279.00 to complete my taxes and file. I am a first time customer. Upon leaving the business I noticed sign in two locations on the property advertising tax prep for first time clients $99.00. I called the office and they told me they don t offer that deal. I questioned the employee and told her I will take a picture of the sign if needed. She told me she was busy and with a client. I asked to talk to a supervisor and within a minute she advised me that that deal is only for EZ forms. This is not what the sign stated that is in display at their office. It simply says FIRST TIME users. She told me since I filed a joint return with multiple W2 forms I was charged $279.00. For what its worth when I returned to the office a day later with additional information the new person working on my return tried to charge me 300.00 for the service and I asked what happened to the $279.00 quote I was given the day prior? she quickly changed the bill to $279. and I gave her a check. I feel they profile each client based on their gross income and make up the charges as they go. I feel this is a very poor excuse for a business in America. I am seeking a refund of $180.00. Review: Had my taxes filled out in 2013 and 2014.Having to pay IRS $4500 from 2013 and $300 plus penelties.Taxes wasn't filled with all of our w-2's.

Had my taxes done in 2013 and got a refund but come to find out in 2014 got a letter from Irs stating that I owed them $4500 for my taxes not being filed with all of my w-2's.Had my 2014 taxes done before I got the letter in the mail from my 2013 taxes.After my 2014 taxes were filed I had to go back into the office 3 weeks later and have an amendment done because they forgot my wife's unemployment 1099 g.Have called the avalon drive office in salisbury nc where I filed and keep getting the same response that I will get the money back after tax season is over with.They have a 100% guarantee or your money back and I want my money backDesired Settlement: seeking both tax years fee's for having my taxes done plus the penelties that has occured because of ALL of their mishaps
