From the initial phone call to pickup and then across the miles to delivery, I received outstanding service from Lifetime Moving & Storage. They were timely, efficient and courteous. I could not have been more pleased with my choice.

Review: I hired this company to move my things from Arizona to Rhode Island. Per my contract, they were paid to move my things from my home in Arizona into my home in Rhode Island. Trying to schedule a set delivery date was a nightmare. Finally they decided to tell us our things would arrive betwee January 16 and the 18th. The next day the driver called to say he would be there the next day with no time. Just that it would be at night. We specifically called numerous times before hand to set a date as we couldn't take a delivery at night. It wasn't even in the date range given to us so we called the company only to be told if we didn't accept the delivery when they wanted, we would be charged $750 a day. So my husband missed work to wait hours for the delivery to get there since they didn't give a time. Upon delivery, he movers asked my husband to move out things. They moved some stuff in but refused to move my sectional sofa into my home and left it outside. My husband had to put it in our landlords garage. I've attempted to contact them numerous times about not completing our contract only to be brushed off. I have filed a formal complaint with the company and nothing has happened. I do have an open insurance claim with them for other reasons (damaged property)Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund as my contract was not fulfilled. I would like the payment I made at delivery as all my things did not make it inside and the movers had my husband do most of the work.

We had attached a letter of explanation, copy of contract agreement, your excellent feedback for our delivery services and additional proof to show the conflicts between your complaint and your written service and communication with Lifetime Moving & Storage.Finally, as seen in the attached records, Lifetime offered the complainer a good faith settlement of $50, for the inconvenience of her sofa not fitting in her stair case, despite the fact it is obviously not the movers fault, but the property design and the size of the sofa.. The lift of the sofa to the complainer requested upstairs location, requires hoisting services. Lifetime Moving does not offer hoisting services and is not licensed to offer this type of service, or agreed to complete such service upfront.Lifetime Moving will refund the complainer for hiring a local licensed moving company to deliver her sofa to the subject second floor location, using the subject stair case. A logo moving company receipt and video proof, that the subject sofa was in fact lifted and delivered to complainer upstairs location, using the given stair case, including a formal statement from the moving company, that no damage was caused to the subject property or subject sofa, will be required, in order for Lifetime to issue the refund for the fee charged by the servicing moving company. This formal received, video and statement can be emailed to: [redacted] or via mail.Please note that we had attempted to settle complainer complaints before and will not tolerate defamation and false statements. we made no false allegations of this company. It has been a nightmare since requesting delivery. The movers made no attemot at gettin the couch inside of my apartment, yet told my husband they wouldn't do it. I refuse to take more time out of my day to record movers moving my sofa, just to please lifetime. This is something they should have done. Are the movers experienced or did they respond to a craigslist ad as a former customer has stated in a review? The contract, as I am sure you know, does not state exactly how things will be moved into my home either. I am quite through with the bickering of this company and would rather have my refund and be done with them.

You stated that per your opinion the sofa does fit upstairs and you need to hire movers to complete this service. Your contract and our licensed services do not include hoisting services.You are asking for a refund but refuse to show an invoice or proof to your demands and additional services you claim you hired. I had used Lifetime for a cross-country move from Phoenix to Chicago. Their communication was incredible! Amanda and her associates kept me in the loop from beginning to end -- I knew what was going on with my move the entire time. As far as the actual men that loaded the truck in Phoenix, Miguel and his team were amazing! They wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped (sofa, tables). They were very efficient, but did a wonderful job. They were neat (put a cover over the carpet), and did a great job of explaining the rest of the process, now that they were in possession of my stuff. Shay and Tomas were the guys that delivered and unloaded the truck. They were great! Unloaded fast, unwrapped everything, and took the garbage/recyclables with them. To top it off, they were the most affordable option out of all of the movers that I spoke to. I recommend Lifetime Movers to anyone looking to move! Thank you to everyone at Lifetime, who made my cross country move painless!

I needed to move a few large household items (dining room set, 6 paintings, two large chairs, 2 large rugs, and a box of pictures) from AZ to DC and I had two days to do this. I called Lifetime Moving on a Saturday. Amanda called me back within a couple of hours, gave me a quote, we finalized everything by Monday, and scheduled a Wednesday pick-up. I received my items intact in fewer than 10 days. The guys who delivered my items were in and out of my building within 2 hours, they assembled the dining room table, and even took the trash out.

I am pleased with my experience with Lifetime. They were professional, responsive, and the cost was reasonable.

We were very pleased with the service. I don't easily give a company a 5 star review, but this company deserves it. They made our relocation process as easy as I can ask for. Very affordable and very professional. Moving with three young kids is no fun, but the tips we got from Lifetime and the way the movers handled our stuff made it all a little easier and less stressful. I will highly recommend Lifetime Moving.

I would recommend Lifetime to anyone looking for a reliable mover. We relocated to UK and working with Lifetime was as easy as moving can get. I hired Lifetime Moving and Storage from the net. I live in CA, and I needed a Phoenix based company. I was moving furniture to CA - one piece being a baby grand piano. I was very pleased from the start with Lifetime as the customer service dept. was very cooperative. I was given direction about insurance, the prices involved, and the dates to be followed. The day of the move, 4 experienced movers appeared on time. The furniture was packed beautifully, with special attention paid the piano. The men were knowledgeable, efficient, and cooperative. When the merchandise was unpacked, not one piece had any kind of damage. The operations dept. checked in regularly at the time of the move and following delivery. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional moving company.

All of our moving team did a great job. They really took the stress out of moving. The movers were amazing. They were fast experienced and very careful with our things. Jerry was very helpful through the whole process. Amanda was excellent at coordinating our move. She did a great job estimating our quote. She wasn't far off.

I recently made a long distance move from AZ to MI and if I had to rate this company it would be 100% Could not find better company for this move and I search a lot of companies. Jay, Mike and Joe were the best handled my furniture with the care and respect that I would of handled it they totally protected and packed my big items unbelievably. I would highly recommend this company for anyone that needs to move long distance or local. They did not hide any cost they were honest and made sure I understood every charge on the contract. Very reliable and very professional. I also want to mention Spring who coordinated everything she was such a great help and was very patient with me giving her all my items for the move. Great Company!

I found Lifetime after speaking with a bunch of other moving companies and reading horror stories on [redacted]. They didn't have any negative reviews, so I took that as a good sign. I also liked that they are based in Phoenix, Arizona where we were moving from. So I knew worst case scenario I could drive to their office and speak to someone in person. The sales person I worked with leading up to the move was very friendly and responsive. She was able to apply a number of different discounts to reduce my overall cost.

We scheduled the move for a Saturday, but they called a few days before saying they had a truck going East (we were moving to NJ) and could we load up on Friday instead - so we said yes. My girlfriend directed the packing of the truck as I was already in NJ. She said the movers were professional and efficient. They were careful in wrapping our TV and a large mirror and organized in labeling every box. They arrived in NJ on Monday, less than 72hrs after having loaded the truck! The guys on my end were also good workers and were able to make the huge truck fit on my block so I didn't have to pay extra. One glass lamp broke, but it probably could have been packed better. Overall a great experience as far as moving goes and at a price that was equal to or less than what competitors quoted. Highly recommended.

My experience with lifetime moving and storage was excellent, they were on time, respectful and made sure everything was alright went over everything with me. They made my moving incredibly easy I would recommend them to anyone thank you lifetime.

After calling a couple of other companies a family member suggested I try Lifetime Moving & storage. The initial call was detailed but not too long and I got a very reasonable quote so we dedcided to use Lifetime. We couldn’t give a specific date at that time as we were waiting on closing dates for our new home. As soon as we got these lifetime moved quickly and efficiently and set up a weekend move with just over a weeks’ notice- which was great as I didn't have to take a day off work!

Preparation was great, I was asked about packaging for valuables as well as getting a full inventory together. The Friday just before the move I got a call to confirm everything - which I missed - but the team text me and we confirmed a time window.

On the morning of the work I got a call as the crew left the depot and they arrived on time and got to work- and work they did. The team of three was quick, efficient, polite and just got it done!

Off load was more of the same - it could have been terrible as we had rain (I moved to AZ to get away from the rain!) but the guys ensured our carpets where covered and every piece of furniture and box that came in was covered and kept dry.

The follow up with the foreman of the crew was great, he did a walkthrough at both properties and ensured Iw as happy at all points. The paperwork was even easy and understandable- I love dthe fact that I only paid for the time they used- and they got done extra quick so I saved even more against the quote.

The team at Lifetime Moving and Storage exceeded all of my expectations. from 1) Amanda who help get make sure we were organized and had a complete list, she went beyond and helped coordinate times for the pick up, to 2) the pick up moving crew of Miguel, Ivan and Michael all of who were true professionals (they made us very confident with shipping our furniture and some family treasures with the care they took wrapping and loading our items) and 3) Gen in operations who kept us informed all along the way. WORST moving experience ever. Phoenix to Eugene 8/15. So many household items and furniture broken and damaged. Driver was so upset seeing damage he complained to dispatcher. Be sure to insure with your home owner insurance plan.
