dealership showing where the sale took place to expedite his refund request.  As of this morning, Mr. [redacted] still has not provided Once Driven with any information showing where his vehicle has in-fact been sold to a dealership.Once Mr. [redacted] provides the required paperwork showing where his vehicle has been sold within the first 45 days of listing with Once Driven to a buyer not provided by us, we will happily refund his purchase price minus the $29 processing fee.Sincerely, [redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

Mr. [redacted] refund has not been processed due to no information supporting that a Title Transfer for his vehicle has occurred.  As of today (6/7/2016), there still is no Title Transfer reported via the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System database (NMVTIS).  As of today...

(6/7/2016), Mr. [redacted] last Title activity was reported on 12/21/2015 when a lien was reported for the vehicle in question.If Mr. [redacted] can provide sufficient proof that his car has been sold, and his title has transferred ownership, Once Driven will be more than happy to accept his refund request.  If it is discovered that Mr. [redacted] vehicle was sold within the first 45 days of listing his vehicle with Once Driven, Mr. [redacted] would be entitled to a refund of $160 ($189 minus the $29 processing fee).Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

Mr. [redacted] asserts that Longwood ignored the default
language that Craigslist places on every online ad which seeks to prohibit
contacting sellers with “other commercial services or
interests”. To the contrary, Longwood simply believes Craigslist
meant that language to apply only to random marketers (like a
credit card or home security company) scouring the web
to pitch something completely unrelated to why Mr. [redacted] placed
his contact information online in the first place. If someone's goal is to
sell a motorcycle and Longwood has a viable alternative to help them achieve that
goal, we find that people are receptive. If not, we respect their wishes.

Mr. [redacted] complains that
he was contacted despite the fact that his online ad stated not to and that no
potential buyers reached out to him.  Please let him know that his online
ad can be found on multiple sites and the language he references is not always
part of the ad when found on other...

sites.  As for servicing his account,
we are looking into why no potential buyers reached out to him in those first
couple of weeks.  
As we did not meet his
expectations, we processed his full $189 refund on May 27, 2015 (and notified
him).

Mr. [redacted] is correct that he was unable to access the OnceDriven.com website or receive the subsequent emails.  Unfortunately, a fiber optic cable from our internet carrier was compromised within the coverage area of our location, and Once Driven was without internet access...

for 6+ hours.  The outage occurred at approximately 12:10 P.M. EST and was restored sometime after 6:00 P.M. EST.  On behalf of Once Driven we apologize that Mr. [redacted] was unable to access its website, and certainly understand why he pursued a refund.  The refund of $189 was processed today, and will appear back to Mr. [redacted]'s original method of payment within 3-5 business days.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

After reviewing Mr.[redacted] account with Once Driven, it appears that he has not sold his boat, nor asked for any additional assistance from Once Driven since listing with us in November.  Is Mr. [redacted] boat still available?Once a response to this inquiry is made, Once Driven will respond accordingly.OnceDriven was notified on 1/15 that the boat was sold.  The boat was actually transferred to the new owner and cash settled on 1/9/16.  I can provide bill of sale if needed.  OnceDriven did not respond to the notification until 1/18.  Understood at it crossed a weekend.None of this is the point.  Based on OnceDiven's response, I can tell that they will not try to satisfy my request by "doing better business".   Reminder:  I was told directly by the sales associate that "OnceDriven already has buyers/clients waiting to buy my boat otherwise it would have been a waste of time for them to contact me."   As such and since I never received one contact, buyer, client or anything from OnceDriven, that would clearly make their claim false.   Therefore, false advertisement.  I request that their sales associate be directed to not embellish in order to make sales.  Assuming these phone calls are recorded, you could go back and replay the statements.And since I was falsely 'driven' by OnceDriven, I requested a 50% reimbursement.   Half my fault agreed.   Sincerely,
