Contrary to Mr. [redacted] claim that Once Driven does not return messages, Mr. [redacted] and I spoke about his refund eligibility on 1/20/2015 at 1:36 P.M. EST. over the telephone.  This return call I made to Mr. [redacted] was made within 1 business day after his initial message was received at 4:31...

P.M. EST. on 1/19/2015.  Upon calling Mr. [redacted], I apologized for the delayed response since I was not in the office to take his call at the time of his message the day before.  Mr. [redacted] voicemail message received on 1/19/2015 confirmed that he had charged back the refund amount with his credit card company.  When I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on 1/20/2015, he confirmed that he had in fact charged back his refund amount with his bank card company.  I then explained to Mr. [redacted] that Once Driven would not be issuing a refund based on this information, since his refund dollars would be retrieved by performing the charge back with his bank card company.  In order for Mr. [redacted] new request for a refund to be considered from Once Driven, I will need an email or fax from Mr. [redacted] bank card company stating that no charge back has been performed or is pending at this time.  If
Mr. [redacted] has not performed a charge back (contrary to his original statement on 1/19/2015) and
has sold his vehicle by other means than a buyer provided by Once Driven
within the first 45 days of his listing, Once Driven will be happy to
honor its refund policy guarantee.  Once the requested information is provided, Once Driven will perform a refund of Mr. [redacted] purchase price of $189 minus the $29 processing fee immediately.  I have added my email address and fax number for Mr. [redacted] convenience to provide to his bank.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Service Manager [redacted]Fax: ###-###-####

I am glad that they claim that they will not call me again, however that does not address the fact they should not have called me to begin with. I never asked them to call me. I never asked for their "pretend" service. This company has tried to pull the same scam on many people. They are a dishonest and disreputable company, and they need to be forced to stop trying to scam people. I am requesting that they are forced to stop doing business.

People should not be forced to contact OnceDriven to have their number removed from OnceDriven's robocall spam (unsolicited communications) [redacted]. My number is already registered on the national Do Not Call [redacted], therefor OneDrive is in violation of Federal FCC laws. I will be filing a complain with the FCC to look into OnceDriven's illegal and unethical business model and practices.

I was going to get at least 10 responses a day, and he anticipated that my car will get sold in a few weeks. I didn't get even 1 in a year. Do you call this service 'marketing' and expect customers to pay for it?2. The CS rep stated that I could come back to prove the sale of my car, anytime, not in 45 days. Why would I, as the consumer read the policy, which your CS rep clearly stated to me already over the phone? Furthermore, oncedriven just last week in their response wrote: The same guarantee that Once Driven has on its website and all receipts that are sent to each customer (upon purchase) state the 45-Day money back guarantee, and give instructions on how to obtain a refund (if eligible) within the 45-Day guarantee dates. This is another lie. I have my receipt, and nowhere on there is there anything about a 45-day money back guarantee or instructions. I will forward my receipt, which I still have right now.  [redacted]

Once Driven has called me repeatedly soliciting their services regarding a boat I had listed on Craigslist. I did not check the box stating that it was acceptable for third party sellers to solicit. I tried calling to be put on their no call list and was contacted again today. When I spoke with a representative regarding this issue he hung up on me.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Refunding half of my payment was a very respectable customer service move on OnceDriven's part.   I think this shows that they are a reliable and sensible company that may only have a few glitches.   There is no perfect company on earth.My situation was for a boat and not for a car, which has a much different market and timing to market.  Maybe one day, the rules of engagement for boat sales could be different from car sales.  Selling boats in the winter takes much longer.  Cars don't have this seasonal effect as much.
