First, we'd like to sincerely apologize to Mr. [redacted] for
inconveniencing him and assure him that his number ###-###-#### will not be
contacted. 
 
Mr. [redacted] asserts that Longwood ignored the default language that
Craigslist places on every online ad which seeks to prohibit...

contacting sellers
with “other commercial services or interests”. Longwood simply believes
Craigslist meant that language to apply only to random
marketers (like a credit card or home security company) scouring the
web to pitch something completely unrelated to why Mr. [redacted]
placed his contact information online in the first place. If someone's
goal is to sell a vehicle and Longwood has a viable alternative to help them achieve
that goal, we find that people are receptive. If not, we respect their wishes.

 You have in fact called me on the listed nimber bout a year ago when I was selling my supercharged xterra, you called me two weeks ago at [redacted], and you had previously called me at [redacted].  They constantly violate solicitation agreements through craigslist. The most recent xterra was only advertised on there. Not only do I check the "do not contact me with solicitation" box. I also include in my ads that I do not need help selling the vehicle, nor do I accept Pay Pal. This company contacted me and left me a voicemail which I still have and I could easily provide to you guys. Fake call Via a blocked number, and anything they say contradictory to that is obviously a lie as I have the voicemail and call log showing it.

In a good faith effort, Once Driven has processed Mr. [redacted] request for a refund of his purchase price of $189.  The refund will appear back to his originla method of payment within 3-5 business days.  To be clear, Once Drivens refund policy does not state that a customer is eligible...

Ms. [redacted] is not eligible for a refund due to not selling her vehicle to a buyer not provided by Once Driven within the first 45 days of listing her vehicle with Once Driven on 5/9/2016.  Per the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee Once Driven will continue to market Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle until it has sold.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

The phone number provided by Mr. [redacted] is ###-###-####.  My record
search did not generate data to support Mr. [redacted]'s claims on
10/17/2014.  Today, I can see where Once Driven did attempt to contact
him.  I have added this phone number to the Do-Not-Call list, and it
will not be contacted again.  Once Driven apologizes for any
inconvenience.

It obviously would have been nice if the business would have followed it's advertised written guarantee and refunded the money IAW such and I had not been told numerous times by there customer service rep that they were running behind on refunds and the director of the refund department did not have a telephone number. It's amazing what a threat of a complaint to the Revdex.com by a Retired Military Veteran and any other Legal Action can do since this complaint resolved my issue in just one day !! Regards,[redacted]

At this point, it
appears the parties must simply agree to disagree.  We respectfully
suggest that that doesn't warrant a complaint to be categorized as
"unresolved" as we have justified our position and cannot be forced
to amend business practices simply because someone else has an opposing
viewpoint.

It his is a sales call for a service that I was not interested in. I am on the do not call list.
They offered to list my car with their service and guarantee someone was going to buy my car. They require you to pay them $189 BEFORE your car is sold, which I am wary of.

I have been contacted several times by someone named "Aaron" from OnceDriven. My Craigslist ad CLEARLY says not to contact me with unsolicited offers, and yet they are doing so anyways. I have not responded to any of the calls of course, but do not appreciate their attempts to contact me. Stay away from this company.

My area code is [redacted] This has no bearing on the business practice of contacting people who have indicated that they do not wish to receive unsolicited marketing as [redacted] is not based on an area code. When I called to ask for a manager to voice my concerns to, I was sent in loops and told I am not able to talk to a manager and a manager will not call me back.
