Terrible company. I sold my car on my own within the 45 day deadline and sent in all the proof they asked for. Agent said should get me my refund. Refunder never came and now the agent won't call me back or answer my calls. Everytime I call the company to get my refund they just keep transferring my call to a voicemail. I never get a call back. I just want my money back that the site promises. This comany is a bunch of thieves.

From "Once Driven" : "According to our records, thephone number provided has never been contacted by Once Driven". They have contacted me no less than 8 times at the phone number I provided. They are lying through their teeth.

In order for Once Driven to be able to accept Ms. [redacted] proof of sale, we will need to see the receipt from the [redacted] DMV.  This form is simply something that is detached from the title and mailed in.  Once Ms. [redacted] online receipt from the [redacted] DMV is attached, Once Driven can then proceed with her refund request.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

I have copied the receipt that was provided by OnceDriven. As you can see it clearly states that a refund will come to me if it is sold by other means than OnceDriven. Nowhere in this receipt does it state that the funds are not refundable if NOT sold in 45 days. Also the number if inquiries that is provided by OnceDriven is now over 4 times higher than what was told to me last week by the account rep. This is clearly an arbitrary number that is created on the fly as discussions proceed. My vehicle was listed on Craigslist. Explicitly the bottom of the listing instructed that I was not to be contacted by solicitors. OnceDriven violated those terms and the terms of Craigslist to not contact me for solicitation. OnceDriven contacted me consistently until I agreed to list my motorcycle with them. The motorcycle was sold to a private buyer by myself, and still OnceDriven has not given me a refund. I filed a complaint with [redacted] and I have not received my funds back yet. OnceDriven has terrible reviews all over [redacted], as they are a proven scam business as they violate operating terms on Craigslist and solicit people despite explicit direct that they are not to be solicited to include myself. I have yet to read one positive thing about this company, and I am not sure how they are even still in business.

Once Driven apologizes for the delay of Mr. [redacted] refund.  The refund of $160 was processed today.  Mr. [redacted] will need to allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear back to his credit card account ending with[redacted].

These people called me when they got my number from my [redacted] ad. I had never heard of them prior to their call. They lied & told me they had several buyers. They do not have any & never did. It is a scam. They provided no service of any kind. I asked them to return my money or send me a list of buyers. They refuse to do either. I have also turned them in to my credit card company. I will never pay their bill as it is bogus.

I just got off of the phone with my bank and CC company and they have no record of these payments due being received.  I will accept only after they have been received in my account.  I believe this is simply another form of obfuscation and/or delay from Longwood Industries (aka- OnceDriven.com).

On behalf of Once Driven, I would like to apologize for Mr. [redacted]'s unsatisfactory customer experience.  The refunds in question for Mr. [redacted] were both refunded on 1/30/2014.  The $189 refund for the confirmed duplicate charge was processed at 12:54 pm EST back to the credit card ending...

with [redacted] and an expiration date of [redacted].  The second refund for $160 was successfully processed on 1/30/2014 at 1:37 pm EST back to the same credit card account.  
 
If Mr. [redacted] is still not seeing these credits on his credit card account ending with [redacted], please have him (along with his credit card company) call me at the number listed below.

To finally get satisfaction of my return and double billing from OnceDriven I had to have my credit card company charge back OnceDriven.  Despite their claims that OnceDriven in fact submitted the refund to my account in late January, early February, nothing was ever received by me or my bank which forced me to have them charge back the amounts.  Thank goodness I used a charge card that insured my purchases and would do this for me.  The resolution came from me not from OnceDriven providing my refund and double billing.  This has been a terrible experience.  I hope they are prevented from perpetrating similar fraudulant and deceitful activities with other customers in the future.

Unfortunately, if the [redacted]'s do not provide the sale information required to receive a refund from Once Driven (which they agreed to provide to Once Driven in the event their vehicle sold within 45 days via a source not provided by Once Driven), they will not be entitled to a refund.  I'm not sure what personal information we would be receiving from the [redacted]'s in this case.  The VIN for the vehicle is registered with the DMV and the new owner.  We need to verify that the vehicle the [redacted]'s listed with Once Driven has in fact been sold.  The information that is required for  refund eligibility is solely used for this purpose only.  Just as the [redacted]'s address and phone number (provided by the [redacted]'s to Once Driven) has not been used for any reason other than establishing and recognizing their account with Once Driven, the information received for verification will not be utilized for anything other than the purpose of sale verification.  In response to the [redacted]'s not receiving a mailed receipt.  All receipts are deliviered to Once Driven customers via email unless otherwise requested.  The [redacted]'sreceipt was delivered to the email address provided by the [redacted]'s at the time of their purchase on 11/20/2014.  The receipt,, confirmation email and photo instructions  were sent to the following email address:  [redacted]In closing, if the [redacted]'s will provide the VIN, their buyer's last name and the sale date for their 2009 Corvette, Once Driven will process a full refund of $189 immediately.  I believe that this is more than fair to resolve this complaint.Sincerely,[redacted]
