Ms. [redacted] requested her refund 49 days after listing her Corvette with Once Driven.  Technically, this was an invalid refund request.  However, as a good faith gesture, Once Driven did allow Ms. [redacted] to submit her refund request late, and offered a refund if the title transfer information for her sale could be provided.  Below, I have placed a link to Ms. [redacted] title history for her Corvette.  [redacted]The last title transfer activity for her Corvette was on 5/28/2002.  To be clear, emission inspections do not constitute a transferred title.  If Ms. [redacted] has any additional title transfer information that can be provided, please have her attach any documents in a reply to our response.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

I was told they would actively find buyers and that was the difference between the cost of an auto trader ad of $25 and their cost of $189. I had not ONE response either from them or from a buyer since I paid the fee. The business they are offering is a scam and there are many complaints of which I wish I would have been aware of prior to accepting their offer to sell the car. I did not look for them, they aggressively sought my business with the statement that for $189 they would find numerous possible buyers. But I was not contacted by the person assigned to my car nor buy any buyer from their so called wonderful way of selling my car as opposed to my $25 ad on cars.com which took no action from any staff. I would like a refund.

Apologies are lame when this business has a long standing history of calling Craig's List numbers that specifically state DO NOT Solicit. I will forward my information to Federal offices that may be able to fine this company for egregious solicitation.  The fines are stiff so maybe that would solve this case.

Regards,when I signed up for this service I was told that if my vehicle sold in less than 45 days by another provider I wold get my full $189 refunded to me.  i sold the vehicle via [redacted] list not from their website.  I tried to give them the buyers name and phone number to verify that he purchased it and they declined to contact him.  I have since today confirmed that he has not yet re titled the vehicle but will be doing so this week.  i expect once Driven to refund my full $189.00  as I did comply with ALL  of their provisions of the listing.

They stated they placed me on the do-not-call list and apologized for the inconvience. The apology is accepted (even though I doubt it is sincere), but I already had them place my number on the do-not-call list the day they contacted me, so really they didn't do anything at all except offer an empty PR-apology. However I suppose it is too much to ask them to discontinue the practice of contacting [redacted] users who explicitly state not to contact them with unsolicited services. I am sure they will continue to mine [redacted] for potential customers. I guess I should be clicking "Accept Resolution" because there really isn't anything further that the Revdex.com can do, but I wanted OnceDriven to know that what they are doing is inappropriate.

[Per Once Driven's claim that they market vehicles to "thousands of buyers a week" , 4 visits a day to their website (129 visits/31 days hardly qualifies as marketing.   The following is what they advertise they provide with the 189.00 fee that I paid.  "Our team actively markets your vehicle to prospective buyers. It's essentially your own personal sales team.  Talk is cheap. We certainly don't think so. We talk to thousands of buyers and sellers every week.   Seriously, I have had more visits per day on Craig's List and it is free.   Additionally, I searched on facebook and do not see the listing.   The item is not being advertised as they agreed to.  They also claim to have to charge other outlets for advertising the vehicle in them.  What other outlets?  Show me the listings and the charges you incurred for them.   Posting a few photos and text on a site is not marketing and a complete rip-off for 189.00.      I continue to pursue legal action and am filing the case in the district court this afternoon.  I will also continue to request a refund up until it is processed or we go to trial.  Additionally, many other individuals who have entered the same complaints as myself are joining me in my pursuits.

I just received a call from this organization who obtained my contact information from a craigslist advertisement that I posted. As with other reviewers, I had set the flag on my posting to indicate that I do not wish to be solicited for other offers.
I do not know what their service is like. I will not consider using them given that they have already disregarded my wishes in contacting me in the first place. I would not trust them to care about my concerns in any future dealings.

I have attached a copy of the NMVTIS report for Mr. [redacted] vehicle.  This information clearly shows that Mr. [redacted] vehicle has had no title tranfer since 12/21/2015, making him ineligible for a refund from Once Driven based on the 45-Day Guarantee guidelines (also attached).Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

On 5/6/2016 Mr. [redacted] alerted Once Driven that he had sold his vehicle to a buyer not delivered by Once Driven.  In a good faith effort, Once Driven will honor Mr. [redacted]'s request for a refund if he can provde proof of sale for his vehicle that was listed with Once Driven.  Since Once...

Driven's refund guarantee is based on the sale of our customer's refund eligibility, this seems to be a fair compromise to Mr. [redacted]'s otherwise invalid refund request. Once proof of the sale has been validated, Once Driven will happily honor a full refund of $189. Sincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager
