I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Had the same experience as others here... I was cold-called by this company in response to a [redacted] ad. I'm submitting my review here, though, to encourage people to also report Once Driven to the National Do Not Call Registry (https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx). While the Revdex.com is a great service, they can only report complaints. The Do Not Call list is run by the FTC and enforced by law.

Mr. [redacted] number ([redacted]) has been added to the do not contact list.
Representatives are fully aware of Longwood's status with the Revdex.com and do
not state that it is a member in good standing.
Sincerely,

I am very frustrated. Once Driven scammed me by making unsolicited call after I put my car in Craigs List for sale, took the money and never got in touch. Not a single call. I asked for a refund, now no one is responding. Stay away.

The phone number provided by Mr. [redacted] has been added to Once Drivens Do-Not-Call database and will not be contacted again.  We apologize for any inconvenience.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Service Manager

Based on the response from Ms. [redacted], she will not eligible for a refund at this time.  Per the Once Driven agreement, we will continue to market her vehicle until it is sold.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

This is the third identical response from the company; they have yet to address any of my concerns/complaints.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I requested a refund form on sep 9th it took 20 more days and a Revdex.com complaint for me to finally get a "refund issued". Not only is the regular refund of $160 (after $29 processing fee!?) a slap in the face but it also states in the resolve message that it was processed the 29th and will take 3-5 buisiness days...well it's oct 6 and still no money in my account! I believe they are just saying things to resolve a complaint but not actually doing anything. I still have received not one call or email for [redacted] regarding a refund after my nearly 25 day attempt now. I got yelled at, hung up on, transferred to nothing for weeks (not to mention the service itself was pointless and didn't do as advertised) and the best that the refund manager can do is respond solely to a Revdex.com complaint and give he bare minimum refund without proper call back or email or even apology for how much time they have wasted. The fact that it took his drastic of a measure to get the money I was guaranteed is unacceptable. I am sticking to my initial request of the full amount I paid for $189. The ridiculously high $29 "processing fee" should be refunded for 25 days of wasting my time a rude customer service. (update while typing) received a call for first time from a new customer service rep (still not [redacted] the manager) and she called to say my refund still hasn't been processed but "will be soon". I asked her when I will get confirmation email. She did not know. Still getting run around. Regards,

The issue isn't simply of monetary value. Your business used predatory, outright dishonest business practices. Your employees flat out lied to me about this company. You are not Revdex.com accredited, and you cannot illegally solicit others on Craigslist. I received zero phone calls about my vehicle, but was promised people had already taken an interest in my vehicle. I saw no evidence of advertising online aside from a single ad on your site, which I constructed myself. I would never have done business with such a dishonest company. You employed lies and manipulation to take money from myself and others, while providing no service whatsoever. You can defend your terrible business as much as you like. It makes no difference to me anymore. You have over 250 complaints directed towards your business. You have an F rating on this website. That should speak volumes about the type of business you do.  I am typing this for posterity so there will be tangible evidence for others to view online about your lying, cheating, and disservice to others like myself. I can only hope proper legal retribution in the future will teach you a lesson to try harder to impress people as a business. You have failed at this.

The phone number listed on Ms. [redacted] complaint has been added to the Once Driven Do-Not-Call database and will not be contacted again.  On behalf of Once Driven we apologize for any inconvenience.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

The proof of sale provided by Ms. [redacted] has been accepted, and Once Driven will be processing her refund as soon as we are able to obtain her card information.  Since Ms. [redacted] listing was active over 90 days ago, her card information has been purged.  The only information I have regarding her account are the last 4 digits of her card account and the expiration date.  If Ms. [redacted] will please provide Once Driven with the first 12 digits of her card account ending with [redacted] and an expiration date of [redacted], we will process her refund for $160 immediately.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

No, I will not provide my phone number. We both know that it was gathered from [redacted], the same as all other complaints on here. Exactly what do you hope to gain by feigning ignorance on this matter?
I'm glad to see that you admit that you don't care about the Do Not Call list. Please be advised that I have forwarded this complaint to the Commonwealth of Virginia State Corporation Commission and the Internal Revenue Service for investigation of tax exemption fraud.

After conducting research - I have found your company's strategy of browsing personal adverts and contacting them when they specifically stated they do not wish to be contacted for solicitation.  Your strategy/practice is illegal.  Simply adding me to your company's do not call list is unsatisfactory as I should have never been contacted in the first place.  I have found countless complaints across the internet on various websites of similar situations as mine.  Restructure your corporate strategy to meet legal compliance of the law.  I am researching legal action in the form of a class action lawsuit.  Not for monetary gain - but because the company itself is an annoyance and deserves to be shut down due to incompetence.  My advice to you:  Seek a career with a reputable company.

Unfortunately, Ms. [redacted] is not eligible for a refund with Once Driven.  Her vehicle was not sold by other means within the first 45 days of listing with Once Driven.  I have provided a copy of the recording where Ms. [redacted] was read (and agreed to) the Once Driven 45-Day refund...

guarantee.  On 10/14/2016, Ms. [redacted] was alerted that the recording of her agreeing to the refund terms was verified, and that she was not eligible for a refund.  She then threatened to call her bank and reverse the charges.  At that point, communication with Ms. [redacted] ceased.    Per the Once Driven refund guarantee, Once Driven will continue to market Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle until it is sold at no additional fee.  At the time of this email reply, Ms. [redacted]'s Volkswagen has been viewed by 595 potential buyers.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager
