Per the refund guarantee that Ms. [redacted] agreed to before placing her listing with Once Driven on 9/15/2016, Once Driven will continue to market Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle until it is sold.  Ms. [redacted] is still eligible for a refund within the first 45-Days after placing her listing with Once Driven if she sells her vehicle to a buyer not provided by Once Driven.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

When Mr. [redacted] signed up with Once Driven on 8/15/2016, he was sent a conformation email which would have had a direct link to his vehicle listing with Once Driven.  On 8/16/2016 at 9:12 P.M. EST, Mr. [redacted] agreed to the Once Driven refund terms online.  On 8/20/2016, Mr. [redacted]...

alerted Once Driven that his Mercedes was sold on his own on by requesting a refund online.  As of 10/25/2016, Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle title still has yet to be transferred to its new owner ([redacted]).  The last stated title transfer for this vehicle is from 8/19/2016, which is before Mr. [redacted]'s attested sale date of 8/20/2016.  As requested before, Once Driven has asked for alternate proof  from Mr. [redacted] to show that his vehicle did sell.  If (in fact) Mr. [redacted] can provide the previously requested information, showing that his Mercedes was sold within the first 45 days of listing his vehicle with Once Driven, we will gladly process a refund for him.Otherwise, Mr. [redacted] would not be eligible for a refund from Once Driven.I have provided a link to the Once Driven refund guarantee below for Mr. [redacted]'s convenience.[redacted]Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

The company, OnceDriven should make it very clear that the services they offer differ in no way from any of the other online services in which you can list your car for sale. They offer no additional advantage besides costing $189 for no reason

When Mr. [redacted] listed his motorcycle with Once Driven on 10/6/2016, he agreed to allow Once Driven to list his motorcycle with Once Driven until it was sold.  He also was read and agreed to the Once Driven 45-Day Money Back Guarantee policy which does allow for a refund (minus the $29...

processing fee) if his vehicle is sold to a buyer not delivered by Once Driven at any time within the first 45 days of listing his motorcycle with Once Driven.Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] is not eligible for a refund from Once Driven at this time.  If he does sell his motorcycle to a buyer not delivered from Once Driven within the first 45 days of his listing, Once Driven will gladly process his refund request.  Until that time, Once Driven will continue to market Mr. [redacted]'s motorcycle until it is sold.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

I personally called and spoke with Mrs. [redacted] personally on 10/9/2014.  Mrs. [redacted] was refunded her $189 fee and was instructed that the fee would appear back to her card account within 3-5 days.  Mrs. [redacted] stated that she would remove her complaint once the refund appeared...

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The last paragraph of my previous response clearly stated the issues I have with this company and being refunded if my car was repossessed was only one of the problems.  The issue is not only the false information given to me by two employees regarding a refund if my vehicle was repossessed but my car wasn't even posted for sale until I complained.  I haven't had even one person referred by Once Driven contact me but again I was assured during the first call that my car would likely sell in a few days.  As I mentioned in my previous message, Once Driven has failed to provide even the most minimal service.  I had to call and email several times to get a response at all from my contact there and when she did finally contact me it was because I told her I'd filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and sent her the complaint number.  I was then told that my account was being turned over to the "Refund Department" which would lead any reasonable person to believe that they will likely receive a refund.  When I sent an email requesting contact information for the Refund Department I received no response.  Instead Once Driven immediately responded to my complaint. Given the reputation of the company and the numerous complaints against them it's not at all unlikely that they would fail to provide the services paid for.  Given the number of complaints filed with the Revdex.com it seems that I am a far more reliable source of information or services they provide than they are.  As I said before, I would like a refund.  Feel free to keep the $29 but I am entitled to receive the rest of my money back since the company gained my business under false pretenses and has failed to live up to expectations of service they offered.

It's curious why Ms.
[redacted] has resorted to casting aspersions and making defamatory statements
about our company when she has never tried the service in question.  It's
not clear how we're supposed to respond when no reasonable resolution has been
proposed.

When Mr. [redacted] signed up for Once Driven's service on 7/21/2014, the refund terms of Once Driven's service (See attached link [redacted] ) were read to (and agreed upon by Mr. [redacted]) before his payment of $189 (Not $3,000) was processed at 2:31 P.M. EST.  Mr....

[redacted] affirmed that he would be eligible for a refund of $160 if he sold his vehicle by any other means (not delivered by Once Driven) within the first 45 days of his service activation date of 7/21/2014.  If Mr. [redacted] had in fact sold his vehicle within the first 45 days of listing his Dodge with Once Driven, he would have been eligible for a refund of $160 (per the Once Driven 45-Day Money Back Guarantee attached) and would have received his $160 refund.  Mr. [redacted] has not sold his vehicle to our knowledge as of this date.  Since 7/21/2014, Once Driven has actively pursued a buyer for Mr. [redacted]' van.  Mr. [redacted] has had 1,586 potential buyers wiew his listing with Once Driven alone.  Per the service agreement, Once Driven will continue to actively market Mr. [redacted]' Dodge van until it has sold.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Service Manager

refund request (due to the vehicle not being sold) would not be accepted and processed.  On 10/7/2016 Mr. [redacted] was alerted that his request for a refund was invalid due to him not selling his vehicle to a buyer not provided by Once Driven within the first 45 days of listing with Once Driven.  Mr. [redacted]'s call was reviewed and Once Driven's terms of service were clearly read and agreed upon before his payment was processed.Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] is not eligible for a refund.  If his vehicle is still available, Once Driven will continue to list his Mercedes until it is sold.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

When Mr. [redacted] purchased his listing with Once Driven on 7/14/2015, he agreed to Once Driven's 45-Day Money Back Guarantee policy before his payment of $189 was processed.  Mr. [redacted] was also forwarded a direct link to his listing which also has direct access to Once Driven's 45-Day Money Back...

Guarantee.  I have attached a link to Once Driven's refund policy for Mr. [redacted]'s convenience.  [redacted]Had Mr. [redacted] sold his Cadillac on his own within the first 45 days of listing his vehicle with Once Driven, he certainly would have been eligible for a refund of $160 ($189 minus the $29 processing fee).  As agreed to on July 14th , Once Driven will continue to list Mr. [redacted]'s Cadillac for him at no additional fee.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Service Manager
