Considering there have been numerous similar complaints in the past and yet you continue to ignore 'do not solicit' instructions

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Although the response does resolve the issue of the money that was owed to me, I feel that they only resolved this issue because the Revdex.com got involved.  I have attached a file that was sent to them in a earlier email that is dated.  In addition, I had filled out the forms they requested online over 2 months ago and still received no refund, nowhere on their online form was the above document requested and it is only by luck that I retained it for my records.  I discussed this with one of their customer service reps and her response was essentially, "yes, I know that we did not ask for it in our forms online but we actually are asking for it now and if you don't have it then you will not be refunded."  At that time I faxed the form to her immediately, two days later she said she never received it.  They I sent an email with it, which is attached and dated, still no response.  It is obvious that this company is just looking to get people to fight for their refunds and those that give up add the the companies bottom line.  They are crooked and I have proven that they are lying.  [redacted]

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I called Once Driven on 3/16 and 3/18 regarding no refund received by my bank. I checked with my bank several times and no refund from Once Driven.When I called Once Driven if they know which bank they processed transfer, they answered that they did not know.The only thing they insisted that they refunded money on 3/9. They said that if I did not receive the payment, I need to provide my bank statement to them.As my bank asked me not to provide any other personal info to fraud company, I asked Once Driven if the email from bank can prove that I did not receive the refund.Once Driven said NO, they need my bank statement.Once Driven has no legal right to ask for my bank statement. Until now 4/19, I still do not receive any refund from Once Driven.If Once Driven still insists they refund the payment, please show the evidence to Revdex.com.

Ms. [redacted]'s refund request of $189 was validated today.  I apologize
for the delayed response to Ms. [redacted]'s second reply.  I overlooked the
rejection response sent to us on 5/12/2015.I am unable to refund the card
originally used by Ms. [redacted] to sign up for her service with Once
Driven.  Ms. [redacted] can either provide the same card account number by replying
to the Revdex.com complaint, or request a refund check by mail.  If
Ms. [redacted] chooses a refund check, please have her provide the address

Mr. [redacted] did send in a handwritten Bill Of Sale for the sale of his
motorcycle.  After further review, Once Driven has accepted this paperwork as a validated form for his
proof of sale, and has refunded his service fee minus the $29 processing
fee.  The refund of $160 was processed...

Not good enough. A Written apology or I make the time and effort to sue the living bejesus out of them. That is not a threat. that's a [redacted] statement of fact and with all these complaints? A class action is in order. communicate that to them. I do not make threats. I make facts. Regards*. [redacted]

I would like Longwood to explain why they don't abide by the [redacted].org terms of use, or why they don't think the [redacted].org terms of use applies to them. I would like them to stop soliciting posts which clearly state that they do not want unsolicited offers.

If Mr. [redacted] was contacted by OnceDriven, he was contacted by a non-profit organization.  Non-profit organizations are exempt from being required to subscribe to the National DNC list.  That being said, as previously mentioned, his request not to be contacted is being respected.  Thank you for giving us an opportunity to respond.  Sincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager

Received no less than 6 phone calls from Once driven, 3 of them were after I told once driven to stop contacting me.
Very unprofessional. If customer does not call back first time, stop harassing them.

Good Afternoon,On 9/23/2016 I responded to Ms. [redacted]s complaint with the following:In order to process Ms. [redacted]s refund, I will need to obtain the first 12 digits of her credit card number used to purchase her service with Once Driven.  The card account on file with Once Driven ends with [redacted].  Once we are able to obtain the card information, we will immediately process her refund. If Ms. [redacted] has provided the card information, I have not seen it, thus, the refund has not been successfully processed.Once the required information is obtained, her refund will be processed immediately, [redacted]Quality Assurance Manager
