 I request that my listing be pulled from this website  as I do not want to be affiliated with anyone that does not follow through with a proposed agreement.  This company gave me false facts and information about how they were going to promote my vehicle for sale!!!  If they had clearly stated that it was going to be an ad or just a listing I would have not done it!!  I can list things on eBay or craigslist with a better response.  I [redacted] excepted the offer with the impression they had specific people looking for specific vehicles such as was stated to me  in the recorded conversation we had. Since my experience I have looked online about this company there is no good reviews just people with the same experience as I.  Just to be noted  as of today January 9 still no one has contacted me on or about my vehicle!!!!!  It's pretty sad when someone doesn't follow through with what they say and still refuse to give you your money back Is just morally wrong!!  But who am I to say judt someone who tries to run an honest business every day so I can put my head on my pillow each night without worrying.

Once Driven fails to distinguish between title transfer and registration. In the state of [redacted], those are two separate events. we transfered title [redacted] a long time ago. The fact that he didn't register the vehicle under his name for plates, etc. should have no bearing on my refund. In fact, your sales person clearly said it doesn't matter to whom or how I sell the car too ("even you ould donate it"). 
In any case, the title is attached. Still, either you need to change the refund requirements, or you need to train your sales people to explicitly explain that you make the determination based on registration, not the title transfer. Again in the state of [redacted] these are two independent events and one doesn't predicate the other!

I would like personal contact from the business owner.Not a copy and pasted form letter. They contacted me from a [redacted] ad which specified "do not contact me with unsolicited offers".In talking with their representatives its obvious this is a common practice.It was also obvious that the people answering the phone did not care, and would actively prohibit me from escalating this situation.I would like to know what measures they have put in place to stop this practice of harassment from continuing.Anything short of this and I will continue to pursue legal options via representation.

When Mr. [redacted] purchased his listing with Once Driven on 4/23/2015, he was read (and agreed to) Once Driven's refund policy statement before being charged for the $189 service fee.  Mr. [redacted] was also sent a confirmation email, along with the photo instructions email on 4/23/2015 to the same...

email address listed in his complaint.  The email account provided by Mr. [redacted] did receive these emails on 4/23/2015.Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] is not eligible for a refund since he has not sold his vehicle by other means within the 45-Day Guarantee Date.  If Mr. [redacted] had sold his vehicle through another source within the first 45 days of listing with Once Driven, he would have been eligible for a refund of $160 ($189 minus the $29 processing fee).  For everyone's convenience, I have put a direct link to Once Driven's 45-Day Guarantee for review.[redacted]Per the 45-Day Money Back Guarantee agreement, Once Driven will continue to list Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle at no additional expense to him until his vehicle has sold.Sincerely,

A validation of Ms. [redacted] refund request was approved on 8/26/2016.  An attempt to process her refund of $160 ($189 minus the $29 processing fee) on 9/7/2016 was unsuccessful.  Unfortunately, I have been away for a family matter, and had not forwarded the request for information to Ms....

[redacted] Account manager prior to my departure on 9/7/2016.  For that, I apologize.  In order to process Ms. [redacted] refund, I will need to obtain the first 12 digits of her credit card number used to purchase her service with Once Driven.  The card account on file with Once Driven ends with [redacted].  Once we are able to obtain the card information, we will immediately process her refund.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

[redacted]    I understand most people know how to upload pictures, but I didn't know how to start this process and that is why I did call back within a 2 week period. The first  time I gave a message with someone  to give to [redacted]...then I called back within 3 days and left a message with [redacted]. I asked if someone could call me back. I  feel this amount of money would be a good investment for my purposes, because of needing help with uploading photos. I am discouraged with these types of services, as  I do feel taken advantage of...thank you for your response, [redacted]

After jumping through every hurdle and after speaking to my assigned representative [redacted] and hearing her say that it took awhile for the title transfer to show up but she's putting in a request now to process my refund... and after she stopped communicating with me for the next month or so... AFTER I make several negative blog posts on Revdex.com.com and a few other reputable websites. THEN I finally get a return phone call from [redacted] and within 24 hours I might add.Now you decide to challenge rather or not the vehicle has been sold?? If I can prove its been sold? how would you like me to do that for you... send in my birth certificate or would a copy of my DMV transcripts suffice?

Once Driven has reviewed Mr. [redacted]'s attachments, and has processed his refund.  The provided documents do show transfer of ownership.  Had this information been asked for when Mr. [redacted] called Once Driven on 9/10/2016, his refund would have been processed on that date.  Unfortunately that did not happen.  On behalf of Once Driven, I apologize for that miscommunication.  The refund of $160 was processed today.  Mr. [redacted] will need to allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear back to his original method of payment.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

The representative did not make me aware over the phone about the 45 day period involved with the contract at any time. This company claims that I was sent an email about the 45 day period. What I did receive is attached.  I did not receive that email regardless of being claimed that it was sent. Simply, if  I was made aware of the 45 day period I would of declined this offer. Please refund the full amount.
