It appears as if there may have been miscommunication of the refund terms with Ms. [redacted] upon her signing up with Once Driven on 5/31/2016.  After extensively researching Ms. [redacted]'s account, I see no communication with Once Driven regarding refund eligibility after the initial purchase in...

May.  However, due to this miscommunication, and Ms. [redacted]'s understanding of the refund terms, Once Driven (in a good faith gesture) will refund Ms. [redacted]'s account per her request.  The $160 refund will appear back to Ms. [redacted]'s original method of payment within 3-5 business days of processing the refund.  Unfortunately since Ms. [redacted]'s payment was processed over 90 days ago, her card information has been deleted.  If Ms. [redacted] will provide Once Driven with the card information to process her refund in a reply to this message, Once Driven will do so immediately.On behalf of Once Driven we appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I did not seek the business out, they phoned me and told me that they were a high powered business and that their service, because they had staff calling and looking for potential buyers, was different than just listing it online, so they would "find" a buyer for the car and direct buyers to me. VERY MISLEADING! and I neglected to look them up on the internet as I see they have a "D" rating with the Revdex.com and after the fact, I see a lot of complaints that they are a scam and don't do what they say they are doing. I feel they are fraudulent and use fraudulent advertising to pull you in and I did not receive one potential buyer from them, not even someone to ask about the car,  since Sept 2015, nor did they contact me about my car and how to make it sell. I want a full refund of my money as they did not do what they said they would do.

Ms. [redacted] is partially correct in her message to the Revdex.com.  Once Driven does offer a refund to its customers who sell their vehicles within 45 days of listing with Once Driven.  Contrary to Ms. [redacted]'s statement, the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee has never included a stipulation for its...

customer's who have not sold their vehicle within the first 45 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.  Per our records Ms. [redacted] has not sold her vehicle.  Per the Once Driven refund agreement, we will continue to market her vehicle until it is sold.  These are the same terms in  which Ms. [redacted] agreed upon before being charged the $189 activation fee on 2/17/2016.  Ms. [redacted] also acknowledged and agreed to these terms online on 3/6/2016.If Ms. [redacted] has sold her vehicle within the first 45 days of listing with Once Driven, we will be happy to review her request for refund.In addition, for Ms. [redacted]'s convenience, I have attached a direct link to the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee.http://www.oncedriven.com/guarantee/Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

They did IN FACT STATE they were in good standing,, what else could be expected from a sub par business.

If this assures I'll no longer hear from them in the future, then I'll be satisfied with the result. If they don't intend to stop calling me then it's not resolved.  Thank you.

Ms. [redacted] was called by Once Driven on 2 separate occasions to remind her to send photos in to help effectively market her vehicle on 5/18/2016 & 5/19/2016.  Ms. [redacted] was then called on 5/24/2016 to let her know that we had still not received her photos, and to call us back for assistance.  On 6/27/2016 Ms. [redacted] called Once Driven stating that she no longer wanted to market her vehicle.  At that time, it was explained, that Ms. [redacted] was not eligible for a refund due to never sending Once Driven any photos.  As a good faith gesture, Once Driven will offer Ms. [redacted] a 50% refund ($95) due to her challenges in getting photos to Once Driven.Once Ms. [redacted] responds to this proposed resolution, Once Driven will respond accordingly.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manger
