Once Driven will continue to market Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle until it is sold.  The refund agreement that Mr. [redacted] agreed upon before signing up with Once Driven has been available to him at any time by simply logging in to his account on www.oncedriven.com.Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] is not eligible for a refund.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

This business makes their living phishing people's phone numbers on various websites. Federal law is very clear. They must check the Do Not Call database first before making a sales call. I will still pursue this thru the FTC and federal channels.

Ms. [redacted] states that she purchased OnceDriven's online vehicle advertising service and didn't receive anything in return.  Contrary to Ms. [redacted] assertions, her account notes reveal that her ad was viewed 679 times, her ad was boosted on social media (a paid service), and 13...

"once driven" and the Revdex.com:
 
The car is registered to [redacted] and was given to me to sell.  I opened the account with "once driven".  I am the holder of this account and paid for its use.  I eventually moved from my residence that I occupied when the account was opened.  At that point the car was given to [redacted] for the purpose of selling.  I changed the contact information on my "once driven" account to connect potential buyers with [redacted].  When "once driven" failed to produce any of their guaranteed results I requested the refund within the 45 day period and was flat denied.  
 
This has all been explained to "once driven" and they shouldn't have any questions.  It really just confirms that their responsibilities cease upon initial payment.  
 
I hope this clarifies any confusion.  Please reach out to me with any other issues.

the name of the buyer is on the receipt I sent to them , this is the receipt I wrote to and for the buyer, he needed my signature I did not need his , therefore I don't have his signature to send them , and none of this is in their refund policy.

Good morning,I am emailing to request that my case be reopened due to not being resolved as originally agreed upon. Since the dispute was closed, I have received 2 emails from the business, on the 23rd and 24th of September. Since then I have not heard anything. They claimed that the card they tried to refund didn't process, yet I have never had issues with the card. It is my bank card which I use every day. I placed an ad on Craigslist to sell my car. Since then Once Driven has called my phone numerous times offering their services. They are harassing me. When I try to return a call there is no answer or just a recording. I don't know how else to make this company leave me alone and quit calling me phone !!! Very upset.
