*** *** The reason being for not excepting this resolution is once again I have asked for a refund and being denied for a service that they did not provide as It was sold The sales pitch that I got for the service was prospective buyers are waiting for specific vehicles such as mine and I just need to pay the fee and they would put me in contact with themno one has contacted me in the purchase of my vehicle or even to inquire about it After well over a month of no activity or questioning on my vehicle I have been asking for a refund and again they continue to tell me how many people have looked at the website I strongly feel that this company has lied to me and lesson learned do not trust anyone! If they want to make things right they need to refund my money and remove the adI was getting more activity on craigslist and it was free The phone call markets the company as them being brokers and put people in contact with you that want to buy these vehicles it does not happen Again I want a complete refund for a service that was not rendered to me as it was described to me they said the phone call was recorded play the recording!!

After reviewing Mr***'s complaint, it appears that he may have misunderstood Once Drivens guarantee. Since it is clear that Mr*** is not satisfied with the results of potential buyers from Once Driven this early in to his purchase, Once Driven has refunded his purchase price of

To address Mr*** assertion that our representative stated "Once Driven is a Revdex.com Accredited business" properly, I will need the name of the representative that spoke with him please The phone number lofor the phone number associated with this complaint shows no record of an inbound call being received Once Driven does not instruct its representatives to claim Accreditation with the Revdex.com in any way However, if Mr.; *** can provide a different phone number where he may have called in from on 6/28/2016, I will be more than happy to research the phone records again.Sincerely,*** ***Quality Assurance Manager

Unfortunately, Mr*** is not eligible for a refund. Had Mr*** sold his vehicle within the Day Guarantee date by means other than Once Driven, he would have been entitled to a refund minus the $processing fee.Per the Once Driven refund agreement, Once Driven will continue to market Mr

Ms*** was not sold the service for Once Driven under pretenses as she states Once Driven reads and records all terms of service, and receives authorization from its customers before a payment can ever be processed for its service Ms***'s car was listed immediately after she purchased her service with Once Driven on 6/1/2016, and remains active as of today On 6/2/we called Ms*** to remind her that we needed photos of her car to effectively promote her vehicle on her behalf Within hours Ms*** added photos to her listing On 6/8/at 3:P.MEST, Ms***'s Account Manager returned her call and fielded a question about a refund The Account Manager then asked Ms*** if she had sold her car Within hours 6/8/6:P.MEST, Ms***'s Account Manager forwarded an email from Ms*** demanding a refundOn 6/9/at 9:A.MEST, Ms***'s Account Manager then forwarded an additional email from Ms*** threatening a Revdex.com complaint At that time management determined that it would handle any further communication with Ms*** via the Revdex.com.As a good faith gesture, Once Driven will offer Ms*** a partial refund of 50% of her purchase price This $refund will be processed immediately if Ms*** agrees to the proposed good faith gesture If she does not agree to this offer, Once Driven will continue to market her vehicle until it has sold As a courtesy, I have attached a direct link to the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee.*** Sincerely,*** ***Quality Assurance Manager

The seller's reply is completely untrue They did not read me anything concerning the need for a photo They did not send me an email of confirmation A review of my phone records indicate they did not send me a telephone message.They are a totally unscrupulous bunch

While we can appreciate Mr***'s position, the fact of the matter remains that Once Driven is following the 45-Day Money Back Guarantee that Mr*** agreed to on 12/31/2014. Had Mr*** sold his vehicle within the 45-Day Guarantee timeline, Once Driven would have happily refunded his account. Unfortunately, he did not. Thus, Once Driven is honoring their promise of marketing his vehicle (until sold) at no additional fee.Sincerely,*** ***Customer Service Manager
