I have reviewed the response
offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Just adding my number to their Do Not Call list does not solve the problemThis business makes their living phishing people's phone numbers on various websitesFederal law is very clearThey must check the Do Not Call database first before making a sales callI will still pursue this thru the FTC and federal channels

When Mr*** signed up with Once Driven on 8/15/2016, he was sent a conformation email which would have had a direct link to his vehicle listing with Once Driven. On 8/16/at 9:P.MEST, Mr*** agreed to the Once Driven refund terms online. On 8/20/2016, Mr***
alerted Once Driven that his Mercedes was sold on his own on by requesting a refund online. As of 10/25/2016, Mr***'s vehicle title still has yet to be transferred to its new owner (*** ***). The last stated title transfer for this vehicle is from 8/19/2016, which is before Mr***'s attested sale date of 8/20/2016. As requested before, Once Driven has asked for alternate proof from Mr*** to show that his vehicle did sell. If (in fact) Mr*** can provide the previously requested information, showing that his Mercedes was sold within the first days of listing his vehicle with Once Driven, we will gladly process a refund for him.Otherwise, Mr*** would not be eligible for a refund from Once Driven.I have provided a link to the Once Driven refund guarantee below for Mr***'s convenience.***Sincerely,*** ***Quality Assurance Manager

You are not addressing the problemI should not have been contacted even a single time let alone placed on a call listIn my *** posting I had the do not contact me with unsolicited marketing stated on the postingYou are not supposed to contact me at all unless you are a buyerIf you explicitly are told not to contact someone, then DON'T contact them. It's businesses like yours that piss everyone off and cause the need for legal regulations to stop your unwanted marketingDon't ever call me and don't ever call anyone that has explicitly stated that they do not want to be contactedAlso, don't post my personal contact information on a public postings.

Ms*** listed her Kia Soul with Once Driven on 9/10/2015. Before Ms*** agreed to pay and place her listing with Once Driven, she was read (and agreed to) the 45-Day Money Back Guarantee offered by Once Driven. Since Ms*** has yet to sell her vehicle to a seller outside of
Once Driven within the first days after her listing date started, she is not eligible for a refund. Per the Once Driven 45-Day Money Back Guarantee, Once Driven will continue to market Ms***s vehicle until it is sold at no additional feeI have placed a link to the Once Driven 45-Day Money Back Guarantee below for Ms***s convenience*** If Ms*** has sold her vehicle, we will be hapy to remove her listing, and review her refund eligibility at this time.Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond.Sincerely,*** ***Customer Service Manager

I was unable to see the business' response to my complaint, therefore, whatever it was is rejected. There are too many complaints against them and they leave a lot to be desired.

Once Driven will continue to market Mr***'s vehicle until it is sold The refund agreement that Mr*** agreed upon before signing up with Once Driven has been available to him at any time by simply logging in to his account on www.oncedriven.com.Unfortunately, Mr*** is not eligible for a refund.Sincerely,*** ***Quality Assurance Manager

On 9/1/2016, Mr. *** signed up with Once Driven. On 9/12/2016, Mr*** called Once Driven to state that if his vehicle was not sold in one week, that he would cancel his listing, and request a refund from Once Driven. At that time, Mr*** was alerted that a
refund request (due to the vehicle not being sold) would not be accepted and processed. On 10/7/Mr*** was alerted that his request for a refund was invalid due to him not selling his vehicle to a buyer not provided by Once Driven within the first days of listing with Once Driven. Mr***'s call was reviewed and Once Driven's terms of service were clearly read and agreed upon before his payment was processed.Unfortunately, Mr*** is not eligible for a refund. If his vehicle is still available, Once Driven will continue to list his Mercedes until it is sold.Sincerely,*** ***Quality Assurance Manager

Good morning,I am emailing to request that my case be reopened due to not being resolved as originally agreed uponSince the dispute was closed, I have received emails from the business, on the 23rd and 24th of SeptemberSince then I have not heard anythingThey claimed that the card they tried to refund didn't process, yet I have never had issues with the cardIt is my bank card which I use every dayThey are now ignoring my emails once again and refusing to settle this disputeI would like to know how to proceed from here. Thank you,*** *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Refunding half of my payment was a very respectable customer service move on OnceDriven's part. I think this shows that they are a reliable and sensible company that may only have a few glitches. There is no perfect company on earth. My situation was for a boat and not for a car, which has a much different market and timing to market. Maybe one day, the rules of engagement for boat sales could be different from car sales. Selling boats in the winter takes much longer. Cars don't have this seasonal effect as much.

Mr*** listing with Once Driven has been seen by over people (to date). Once Driven has provided the service Mr*** paid for on 11/20/2015, which was to market his Trans Am to perspective buyers. If Mr*** had sold his Trans Am through any source not provided by Once
Driven, he would have qualified for a refund of his listing fee minus a $processing fee. Since Mr*** Trans Am has not sold, Once Driven is continuing to provide the service paid for (and agreed upon) on 11/20/2015. Once Driven will continue to market Mr*** Trans Am to its perspective buyers until a buyer for his car is found. We encourage Mr*** to continue to reach out to us for assistance in helping him sell his vehicle.Sincerely,*** ***Customer Service Manager

The name, or date of transaction, listed with this complaint does not produce a Once Driven customer. Is it possible that Mr*** account may be listed under a different name?Sincerely,*** ***Quality Assurance Manager

Mr*** purchased his service from Once Driven on 7/10/2015. On 7/14/2015, we responded to an email sent by Mr***, responding to his concerns over a lack of buyers contacted. In the return email to Mr***, we gave him information about his listing, along with information
that Once Driven had already reached potential buyersIt appears that Mr*** expected more potential buyers in a specific time frame. As he is not satisfied with its initial results, Once Driven will honor Mr***'s request of a full refund of $189.Mr*** will need to allow 3-business days for the refund to appear back to his credit card statement ending with ***.Sincerely,*** ***Customer Service Manager
