I request that my listing be pulled from this website as I do not want to be affiliated with anyone that does not follow through with a proposed agreement This company gave me facts and information about how they were going to promote my vehicle for sale!!! If they had clearly stated that it was going to be an ad or just a listing I would have not done it!! I can list things on eBay or craigslist with a better response I *** excepted the offer with the impression they had specific people looking for specific vehicles such as was stated to me in the recorded conversation we hadSince my experience I have looked online about this company there is no good reviews just people with the same experience as I Just to be noted as of today January still no one has contacted me on or about my vehicle!!!!! It's pretty sad when someone doesn't follow through with what they say and still refuse to give you your money back Is just morally wrong!! But who am I to say judt someone who tries to run an honest business every day so I can put my head on my pillow each night without worrying

Thank you for giving us an
opportunity to respond to Mr*** complaint. Based on the details
of his complaint, it sounds as if he has communicated with, and is being
contacted by, multiple companies unrelated to OnceDriven.
First, we have no record that he
has
reached out to us from the number in the complaint or that he has spoken to
one of our sales representatives. If he can please provide a different
number that he may have contacted us from, I will absolutely investigate the
matter to determine if he was indeed disrespected by one of our representatives
and discipline them accordingly
Second, Mr*** asserts that he was contacted or times within a couple
of hours and received calls from New York, Las Vegas, Reno, and Texas.
According to our records, these calls had to have been made by other companies
unrelated to OnceDriven
Lastly, Mr*** indicates that he has made multiple requests not to be
contacted. We have no records of such requests, but did immediately add
his number to a no contact list upon receipt of this complaint
Thank you again for the opportunity to respond
Sincerely,
*** ***Quality Assurance Manager

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. All of this makes senseI wish it were this simple throughout the entire processI felt like I was given the run around and lied toI still don't believe what is said by the response message from Once Driven but I will await the title transfer and see if it works out and I get my refundIn the meantime I will be contacting the buyer of the truck and the local county clerk office to check on the transfer of the title on my end

Once Driven apologizes for Mr*** dissatisfaction with its service. Contrary to Mr*** comments that Once Driven only promoted his Lexus on its own website, Once Driven did market Mr*** vehicle through sources other than its own website. Although Once Driven did
market Mr*** vehicle (as advertised), Once Driven will honor his request for a refund of his original purchase price for $189. Unfortunately, Once Driven no longer has access to Mr*** credit card information due to a systematic upgrade on 9/22/2015. If MrChristian will provide the card information again in a reply to this response, I will process his refund immediately following We will need his digit card number, along with the expiration date to process his refund.Thank you for allowing us an opportunity to respond.Sincerely,*** ***Customer Service Manager

Mr*** let Once Driven know that his F-was sold on 7/10/at 9:P.MEST. After reviewing his refund request, it was determined that the VIN that Mr*** provided Once Driven was not valid, therefore, making his refund request invalid. On 7/22/at 11:A.MEST Mr
*** spoke with his Account Manager (***) and his correct VIN was updated to the refund request. At that time no title transfer information had occurred. As of today (7/26/at 7:P.MEST) the last title transfer information provided by the DMV shows a title transfer date of 6/12/(See Below). Once Mr*** is able to provide proof that his truck has been sold, Once Driven will happily refund his account per the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee that he agreed to before purchasing his listing with Once Driven. For Mr***'s convenience, I have provided a link to the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee Below are the historical events for this vehicle listed in chronological orderAny discrepancies will be in bold text. Report Run Date:July 26, 18:15:EDTVehicle:1993 Ford FSpecial Edition / XL / XLT (***) Sincerely,*** ***Quality Assurance Manager

No one from Once Driven would ever claim that we are accredited with the Revdex.com. The terms of Once Driven's refund policy were clearly explained and agreed upon before Mr***' payment was processed. We apologize that no one had contacted Mr*** regarding his vehicle, but are happy to know that he had sold his vehicle on his own. Per the previous response to Mr*** complaint message, Once Driven will happily refund Mr***' fee (minus the $processing fee) once the title transfer for his vehicle appears within the first days of listing his vehicle with Once Driven. Unfortunately at this time Mr*** is not eligible for a refund from Once Driven.Sincerely,*** ***Quality Assurance Manager

If Ms*** can provide Once Driven with the proof of sale that she states the state of *** provided her, we will gladly refund her account minus the $processing fee per the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee.Sellers must provide verification of sale of the vehicle.Sincerely,*** ***Quality Assurance Manager

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
This business is fraudulent and deceitful and I will not relent until this business ceases to operate or the Revdex.com has a permanent record of their wrongdoings

I also respect the opinion of this company, but their position is morally wrong and inconsistent with business ethicsThey need to return my money in full immediatelyAnd all other potential customers reading this site, you should pay close attention to the unethical and immoral treatment this company is providing as a "service".

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to
complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The company offering to remove my phone number from their list, and placing it on the do not call list does not ensure that there will be no further contact by their company which is illegal and against the policies of Craig's list I clicked on the box requesting no solicitations and yet they contacted me trying to get me to use their service to sell my vehicle If I list another vehicle for sale they may still try to use my information to contact me, and this is rather disturbing in that there is no assurance they will not further harass me in the future with unwarranted soliciting and phone calls or emails It costs money from my minutes to check my voicemail and is also a great inconvenience to have to spend time out of my work day to deal with unwarranted illegal solicitations What further protection can be offered to a legitimate consumer, exercising the right to privately sell a car online? Please let the company of once driven.com that I am not resolved to accept their offerWhat other assurance and compensation can be given for them causing so much trouble as to me having to take the time to file a complaint so that I can be left in peace and stop being harassed by their company? as is, they have harassed other consumers, privately trying to sell their cars. What other assurance do I have that they have kept my contact information confidential and have not sold it to others?

Ms*** raises the
following concerns in her two Revdex.com complaints (*** and ***):
1) she deserves a refund because she was mislead; 2) contacting her violated
the National DNC list; 3) she never wants to be contacted again
In response, while the
refund terms
were explained to Ms***, it appears there was a
miscommunicationIn good faith, as Ms*** did not receive the services she
anticipated, we were certainly open to processing a refund (it was brought to
our attention yesterday that she received a $chargeback from her bank so
the processing of a refund is no longer necessary) As a non-profit
organization reached out to Ms***, there was no violation of the National
DNC list On June 15, 2015, Ms***'s number (###-###-####) was added
to the internal do not contact list so no one from OnceDriven will reach out to
her.
We hope this addresses
all of Ms***'s concerns and we apologize we weren't able to sell her
motorcycleThank you for giving us an opportunity to respond
Sincerely,*** ***Customer Service Manager

The attached information provided by Mr*** is exactly what was needed to expedite his refund. If Mr*** had provided this information before, I was unaware of the paperwork. If there was an oversight on Once Driven's behalf, I apologize. The refund of $was processed today. Mr*** will need to allow 3-business days for the refund to appear back to his original method of payment.Sincerely,*** ***Quality Assurance Manager

Ms*** was called by Once Driven on separate occasions to remind her to send photos in to help effectively market her vehicle on 5/18/& 5/19/2016. Ms*** was then called on 5/24/to let her know that we had still not received her photos, and to call us back for assistance. On 6/27/Ms*** called Once Driven stating that she no longer wanted to market her vehicle. At that time, it was explained, that Ms*** was not eligible for a refund due to never sending Once Driven any photos. As a good faith gesture, Once Driven will offer Ms*** a 50% refund ($95) due to her challenges in getting photos to Once Driven.Once Ms*** responds to this proposed resolution, Once Driven will respond accordingly.Sincerely,*** ***Quality Assurance Manger

The phone number listed in the complainants message has been added to the Do-Not-Call database, and will not be contacted again. Once Driven apologizes for any inconvenience.Sincerely,*** ***Customer Service Manager

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have emails sent to Once Drive well before the day refund window indicating that I had sold my motorcycleI was told that all I needed was for it to clear title transfer to prove the saleI was told that the CaDMV could take some time and it didI was patient and waitedIt cleared and I again asked for my refund and was then told that I needed a Bill of Sale which was never mentioned during the time I was waiting nor is it mentioned anywhere on their money back guaranteeIt is obvious that I sold the bike when I did and was held up by the DVM which they are using as an excuse not to honor their money back guaranteeI don't know how to get ahold of the guys that bought the bike and he live in *** which is about miles from where I liveTheir business must not be as nationally acclaimed as they advertised if they have to work this hard to get $out of an old man about to retireIf anyone can tell me how to get ahold of the guy that bought my bike I will try and get a Bill of Sale
