The issue isn't simply of monetary valueYour business used predatory, outright dishonest business practicesYour employees flat out lied to me about this companyYou are not Revdex.com accredited, and you cannot illegally solicit others on CraigslistI received zero phone calls about my vehicle, but was promised people had already taken an interest in my vehicleI saw no evidence of advertising online aside from a single ad on your site, which I constructed myselfI would never have done business with such a dishonest companyYou employed lies and manipulation to take money from myself and others, while providing no service whatsoeverYou can defend your terrible business as much as you likeIt makes no difference to me anymoreYou have over complaints directed towards your businessYou have an F rating on this websiteThat should speak volumes about the type of business you do I am typing this for posterity so there will be tangible evidence for others to view online about your lying, cheating, and disservice to others like myselfI can only hope proper legal retribution in the future will teach you a lesson to try harder to impress people as a businessYou have failed at this

On 8/29/Mr*** agreed to the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee terms of service, and purchased his listing. On 8/30/at 5:P.MEST, Mr*** agreed to the Once Driven terms of service online. I have included the recording of Mr*** agreeing to authorize Once Driven to
process his payment, and list his vehicle on its website(s) and other marketing resources. On 10/24/2016, Mr*** stated that since his car had not sold, and that he wanted to keep his car, and get a refund. The refund terms were explained again, and Mr*** disconnected the phone call. Per the Once Driven agreement, Once Driven will continue to list Mr***'s vehicle until it is sold. If Mr*** would like for Once Driven to continue marketing his vehicle, we will be glad to do so.Sincerely,*** ***Quality Assurance Manager

Dear Revdex.com, I know of no such views nor did they, (Once-Driven) send not even one interested lead as so stated they wouldFailed to return my phone call when I first wanted a refundThen maybe the second or third refund call was returned and she was rude. My understanding was that I was to be contacted with "interested buyers" from those of the some odd number of supposed viewers? Regretfully, I was not contacted one, (1) time with someone interested in purchasing the Nissan. I would not recommend -Once-Driven.com to anyone needing to sell an automobileOnce-driven was nice until my fee was paid then it was like too busy for the same quality customer serviceI thank you B.B.Bfor you help in getting lost money I paid to Once-Driven.com returned to my credit card

They stated they placed me on the do-not-call list and apologized for the inconvienceThe apology is accepted (even though I doubt it is sincere), but I already had them place my number on the do-not-call list the day they contacted me, so really they didn't do anything at all except offer an empty PR-apologyHowever I suppose it is too much to ask them to discontinue the practice of contacting *** users who explicitly state not to contact them with unsolicited servicesI am sure they will continue to mine *** for potential customers. I guess I should be clicking "Accept Resolution" because there really isn't anything further that the Revdex.com can do, but I wanted OnceDriven to know that what they are doing is inappropriate.

On 5/4/2016, Mr*** was alerted that no title transfer paperwork or pictures were received to verify his title transfer or proof of sale If Mr*** can provide the approved information required to validate his refund, Once Driven will gladly process his refund

On behalf of Once Driven, I would like to thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mr***' reply. Although we appreciate Mr*** frustration, the fact remains that his refund eligibility is not valid. Per the 45-Day Refund Guarantee, Mr*** would be entitled to a refund if he had sold his vehicle through any other source that Once Driven. This did not occur.In response to Mr***' points in his latest response:1. Once Driven's hours of operation are A.M- P.MEST Monday thru Friday. A representative is available to assist all customers during these hours. 2. Once Driven has never had a Business Day cancellation policy.Since Mr***' vehicle is no longer being offered for sale, Once Driven will remove his listing. If Mr*** does decide to sell his vehicle again, Once Driven will be happy to re-list his vehicle at no additional fee (per its refund guarantee)Sincerely,*** ***Customer Service Manager
