I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedHowever, they are still committing unethical business practices and violating the terms of service whenever they extract information from any *** hosted site (unless the individual specifically requests commercial services to contact)

What is being said it partially trueI allowed this company to use some of my photos from my *** site but did not download to their site, which coincidentally the *** site has a message at the bottom of the listing requesting that I not be solicited by any third party companyThe company representative even told me that is how they found me, they also did not speak of any day guarantee while on the phone or in any subsequent emailsI received this day notification via ***I asked the Once driven Representative to email me the original copy of the letter that was sent to me What I was asking for was the original copy that was sent to me that day, specificallyWhat I did receive was two emails one not reflecting the day notice and the second one showing the day noticeGiven that I was recently emailed two different messages one with and one without the day notice it would be no stretch of the imagination to understand that if I did receive the original email (which I did not) it is very likely that I received the one without the day notice.*** *** ***

This is the second time I have responded to the exact same offer, which basically offers me nothingThey did nothing to sell my car, as I never had a single call on it, and they will not refund my payment as I was promised over the phoneI did not agree to any terms over the phone other than the fact that if my car was not sold in days, they would refund my moneyAlso over then phone, before I agreed to pay for their service, they claimed there were people in my area already interested in my carThis was reiterated to me multiple times, and they called me day and night to pursue my businessThis is a very shady way to do business as I never received any of their "terms" orally or in writing prior to my payment nor afterwardI did not receive any benefit from their "service," and all I want is a refund of my money as they promised, as it has been over days.

Ms*** is not eligible for a refund due to not selling her vehicle to a buyer not provided by Once Driven within the first days of listing her vehicle with Once Driven on 5/9/2016. According to NMVTIS reports, the Infiniti has not been registered by its new owner The last title information was submitted on 12/21/ The information provided by Mr*** does not reference the vehicle that is for sale with Once Driven If there is any information that Mr*** can provide form the *** sale that references the VIN for his Infiniti that was listed with us, Once Driven will be happy to accept his refund request based on the matching information, and sale date.Sincerely,*** ***Quality Assurance Manager

Ms***-*** was eligible for a refund from Once Driven if her vehicle had been sold by any other means other than Once Driven within the first days of her original start date on 9/11/2014. Ms***-***'s vehicle has been marketed on Once Driven since the purchase date of 9/11/
until 9/1/when she stated that her Infiniti had been sold. The same guarantee that Once Driven has on its website and all receipts that are sent to each customer (upon purchase) state the 45-Day money back guarantee, and give instructions on how to obtain a refund (if eligible) within the 45-Day guarantee dates. Unfortunately, Ms***-*** did not sell her vehicle by other means, thus forfeiting her opportunity for a refund with Once Driven. It appears as if there may have been miscommunication of the refund terms with Ms*** upon her signing up with Once Driven on 5/31/2016. After extensively researching Ms***'s account, I see no communication with Once Driven regarding refund eligibility after the initial purchase in
May. However, due to this miscommunication, and Ms***'s understanding of the refund terms, Once Driven (in a good faith gesture) will refund Ms***'s account per her request. The $refund will appear back to Ms***'s original method of payment within 3-business days of processing the refund. Unfortunately since Ms***'s payment was processed over days ago, her card information has been deleted. If Ms*** will provide Once Driven with the card information to process her refund in a reply to this message, Once Driven will do so immediately.On behalf of Once Driven we appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint.Sincerely,*** ***Quality Assurance Manager

Per what I agreed to, Once Driven is supposed to advertise to multiple sources - not just post text and pictures on their fake website Prove that you did what you are advertising Until my refund is processed, I will continue my legal pursuits as well as blasting the Revdex.com's rating of an "F" all over social media as well as Craig's List, etc There are so many complaints already filed and all of these are in my legal documents
