Mr*** purchased his listing with Once Driven on 3/24/2015. Before his listing was processed, Mr*** was read (and agreed to) Once Driven's terms of service regarding the 45-Day Money Back Guarantee. Once Driven promoted Mr***'s vehicle on *** in addition to
OnceDriven.com to help promote the sale of his vehicle. On 3/30/3/30/Mr***'s vehicle had received views. On 6/17/2015, Mr*** alerted Once Driven that his vehicle had been sold. Mr*** never mentioned a repossession of his vehicle, nor requested a refund. I have provided a direct link to Once Driven's 45-Day Money Back Guarantee below for Mr***'s convenience. These are the terms that Mr*** agreed to before his listing was placed and payment was processed.***Unfortunately, Mr*** is not eligible for a refund with Once Driven.Sincerely,*** ***Customer Service Manager

Few days before I paid $to Once Driven I received a call from their employer and he said we have few inteersted buyer for your car by paying $they will grantee to sell my car within days if not I will get my money back and he said you have nothing to loose , so unfortunately I believed what he said and called them next day and gave them my credit card info .,but after one week I realized I have been lied to ,so I called Once Driven and asked for my money and the rest is history

You can only access listings up to days through the itemized invoice for the month when they were listedI tried to search the vehicle history on CarfaxI'm sure that would clearly show an updated owner but I have absolutely no way of getting the vin number to the vehicle. At this point I'm simply fed upWhat your requesting from me I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED. Now nearly six months later the requested documents are not availablepull your own archives and review whats already been submitted.

Although, according to the Once Driven phone records, the phone number
listed in Mr***' complaint *** *** has not been contacted
by Once Driven, I have added the phone number provided to the Once
Driven Do-Not-Call database. If there is another phone number
that Mr
*** may have been contacted at, Once Driven will be happy to
review its phone records, and add those additional phone numbers to its

Once Driven's terms of service are very clear and easily accessible for
every customer. Mr*** was provided with the terms of service
before his purchase was processed, and was sent a direct link to his
listing the day he placed his listing. A clear indicator of this is Mr
*** sending photos to Once Driven within hours of his listing
being placed. The only way for Mr*** to have had access to the
information would have been by receiving the confirmation emails, or
receiving verbal communication immediately following his agreement to
the refund terms.Unfortunately, Mr*** is no longer eligible for a refund.Sincerely,*** ***Customer Service Manager

While we appreciate Mr***s position, the fact remains that Mr*** is not eligible for a refund. As stated in its 45-Day Guarantee (see link below), Once Driven will continue to market and help Mr*** find a qualified buyer for his Harley-Davidson at no additional fee until his motorcycle has been sold***Sincerely,*** ***Customer Service Manager
