Mr***'s refund of $was processed today. Due to the fact that Mr*** sold the motorcycle to his son, and there was no title transfer, Once Driven was unable to see a title transfer history on file with the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS), thus denying Mr
***'s initial refund request. Unfortunately, there was no follon Once Driven's part to obtain alternative proof of sale from Mr*** to expedite the refund process.On behalf of Once Driven, I apologize for the lack of communication.Sincerely,*** ***Quality Assurance Manager

You have not addressed the previous attempts at getting in touch with a representativeI was told there was specific interest in "the type of vehicle I have for sale" and also that I could request a full refund within business days of the transactionI received no contact from the business or any other interested party after the payment was processed and the pictures posted the next dayAt no point was I told that no one would be available to take my calls for three weeks after the"purchase". The vehicle is no longer for saleI am relocating it to *** instead of selling it before I move (on military orders) to ***You do not have my permission to solicit the vehicle for any purpose.

I have already filed a complaint with the Revdex.com (ID# ***2) for this business to STOP contacting me by phoneThe business claimed that I was placed on an internal do not call list, but that IS OBVIOUSLY A LIECEASE AND DESIST IMMEDIATELY

Mrs*** states that Once Driven stated that a refund was available if their vehicle was not sold within days. In a separate email (sent to the Revdex.com), Once Driven has attached the recording of Mr*** Being read (and agreeing to) the Once Driven refund guarantee before his
payment was processed. For Mrs***'s convenience, I have attached a direct link to the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee. ***Unfortunately, the ***'s are not eligible for a refund. Although their vehicle has not sold, Once Driven will continue to market their vehicle until it is sold as stated in the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee.Sincerely,*** ***Quality Assurance Manager

Mr*** refund has been processed in the amount of $160. Once Driven asks for its customers to allow 3-business days for the refund to appear back to their accounts, since it cannot determine the amount of time a refund may take to appear from one account to another. At this point, the refund is in the hands of the financial institutions (bank card company), and will be delivered to Mr*** account very soon.Again, on behalf of Once Driven, we apologize for the delay of the funds going back to Mr*** account. On 5/6/Mr*** alerted Once Driven that he had sold his vehicle to a buyer not delivered by Once Driven. In a good faith effort, Once Driven will honor Mr***'s request for a refund if he can provde proof of sale for his vehicle that was listed with Once Driven. Since Once
Driven's refund guarantee is based on the sale of our customer's refund eligibility, this seems to be a fair compromise to Mr***'s otherwise invalid refund request. Once proof of the sale has been validated, Once Driven will happily honor a full refund of $189. Sincerely, *** *** Quality Assurance Manager

On 4/11/when we spoke with Mr***, it was explained that his refund would be processed once the Title Transfer for his vehicle had been processed. As of 4/25/at 3:P.MEST, the last Title Transfer information for his vehicle was on 12/31/2014.Although Once Driven has
never offered a full refund of $189, we will honor Mr***'s request once his Title Transfer has processed. In addition, if Mr*** has any other means to prove that his vehicle has sold, please have him submit that information in a reply to this message. Sincerely, *** *** Quality Assurance Manager

On behalf of Once Driven, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience to Mr***. In my response on 10/9/2015, I stated that Mr*** phone number was added to the Do-Not-Call database. After further review, I neglected to submit that request on 10/9/2015. Subsequently, Mr*** was contacted on 10/16/by Once Driven. This afternoonI personally entered Mr***'s phone number ((937) 572-0826) in to the Once Driven Do-Not-Call database. Mr*** will not be contacted again.
