In a good faith effort, Once Driven has processed Mr*** request for a refund of his purchase price of $189. The refund will appear back to his originla method of payment within 3-business days. To be clear, Once Drivens refund policy does not state that a customer is eligible

Ms*** states that she is unable to get a refund from Once Driven. Ms*** placed her listing with Once Driven on 9/24/2015. If Ms*** can provide proof of sale for her Honda Accord, Once Driven will honor her refund request. To this date, Ms*** has not
officially requested a refund online with ***. Regardless of her Customer Service representative working with us anymore or not, Ms*** can always request a refund by logginfg in to her account online, and requesting the refund per the 45-Day Guarantee. Mr*** claims that his motorcycle title transferred months ago. According to the NMVTIS (National Motor Vehicle Title Information Systems) database, the last title transfer for Mr***'s motorcycle was on 11/1/2012, thus making Mr***'s refund request invalid. The
request for additional information from Mr*** was to help expedite his refund request. Unfortunately, Ms*** is not eligible for a refund with Once Driven. Her vehicle was not sold by other means within the first days of listing with Once Driven. I have provided a copy of the recording where Ms*** was read (and agreed to) the Once Driven 45-Day refund
guarantee. On 10/14/2016, Ms*** was alerted that the recording of her agreeing to the refund terms was verified, and that she was not eligible for a refund. She then threatened to call her bank and reverse the charges. At that point, communication with Ms*** ceased. Per the Once Driven refund guarantee, Once Driven will continue to market Ms***'s vehicle until it is sold at no additional fee. At the time of this email reply, Ms***'s Volkswagen has been viewed by potential buyers.Sincerely,*** ***Quality Assurance Manager

OnceDriven is NOT a non profit company - it's a sales and marketing company that calls people who list their cars for sale on other web sites and publications trying to SELL you on their services for $That's a telemarketing business and they ARE regulated by the National Do Not Call list

Per the refund guarantee that Ms*** agreed to before placing her listing with Once Driven on 9/15/2016, Once Driven will continue to market Ms***'s vehicle until it is sold. Ms*** Purchased her listing with Once Driven on 5/9/2016. Before her payment was processed, Ms*** agreed to the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee terms of service which state that if Ms*** had sold her vehicle within the first days of listing with Once Driven, she would be eligible
for a refund minus the $processing fee. I was contacted by Once Driven regarding the sell of my carI made it very clear to the agent that I was selling my car to avoid repossessionHe advised me that not only would I be refunded if the car was repossessed but that he anticipated my car to sell within a few days.I left a voice mail for my sales rep, *** and she returned my call and left a voice mail stating that if the car had been repossessed I would receive a refund.I've yet to see my car advertised for sale anywhere and haven't received even one call from anyone referred by Once Driven.After several emails and messages *** responded only after I told her I'd filed a complaintShe put me on hold and told me that her boss was turning my information over to the Refund DepartmentI requested contact information for the Refund Department via email and didn't receive a responseI called today and left message for a gentleman who I was told is her managerShortly after there was a response to my complaint.I was very plainly told by employees of their company that if my vehicle was repossessed I would receive a refund, I've yet to see my car advertised by Once Driven at all, I've received no calls from people referred by Once Driven, it took several messages and emails and finally filing this complaint before I received a response from her and I was then led to believe I would receive a refundIce Driven had failed to provide even minimal service and lied to get my business.I will not be satisfied with anything less than a refund.
