dealership showing where the sale took place to expedite his refund request.  As of this morning, Mr. [redacted] still has not provided Once Driven with any information showing where his vehicle has in-fact been sold to a dealership.Once Mr. [redacted] provides the required paperwork showing where his vehicle has been sold within the first 45 days of listing with Once Driven to a buyer not provided by us, we will happily refund his purchase price minus the $29 processing fee.Sincerely, [redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

Company promised to market my vehicle for sale and only added an entry to their website that does not come up in any search engines so therefore useless. Company misrepresented how they were going to market my car and told me they had buyers lined up. If they had told me what they were going to do, I would not have purchased their useless services.  I purchased the services of a company to sell my vehicle and they have not made any effort to do so.  I PAID for service and got NOTHING.  I would still like my money back from this fraudulent company.

If this assures I'll no longer hear from them in the future, then I'll be satisfied with the result. If they don't intend to stop calling me then it's not resolved.  Thank you.

After speaking with Ms. [redacted] personally this afternoon, Once Driven has refunded her account for the $160 per the Once Driven refund guarantee.  I agreed to waive the photo requirement due to Ms. [redacted]'s issues with getting photos to Once Driven, and the lapse in communication.  Ms....

[redacted]'s vehicle was confirmed as sold on 12/23/2015 by a source outside of Once Driven's network of buyers.  We asked Ms. [redacted] to allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear back to her original method of payment.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Service Manager

When Mr. [redacted] purchased his listing with Once Driven on 7/14/2015, he agreed to Once Driven's 45-Day Money Back Guarantee policy before his payment of $189 was processed.  Mr. [redacted] was also forwarded a direct link to his listing which also has direct access to Once Driven's 45-Day Money Back...

Guarantee.  I have attached a link to Once Driven's refund policy for Mr. [redacted]'s convenience.  [redacted]Had Mr. [redacted] sold his Cadillac on his own within the first 45 days of listing his vehicle with Once Driven, he certainly would have been eligible for a refund of $160 ($189 minus the $29 processing fee).  As agreed to on July 14th , Once Driven will continue to list Mr. [redacted]'s Cadillac for him at no additional fee.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Service Manager

Once Driven contacted me by telephone after seeing an advertisement I placed on [redacted] Classifieds.  The service was presented to me that for a fee of $189.00 Once Driven would market the vehicle with a money back guarantee less a $29.00 fee, if they did not find a buyer within the 45 days or if I sold the vehicle within 45 days to someone not referred by Once Driven.  Seemed like a fair deal, however the representative conveniently left out the part of the guarantee that if neither party sold the vehicle within 45 days that Once Driven kept your $189.00. This was all done over the telephone and Once Driven wanted payment at that time.  In no way would I have agreed to pay Once Driven $189.00 to sell the car if I had been told the entire money back guarantee policy.  I received nothing from Once Driven until after payment was made.After checking out the Revdex.com I am not the first person that Once Driven has scammed.  They should be put out of business.  I will post my experience all over the Internet with the hope of keeping anyone else from being scammed.  The response from the company is untrue just like their sales pitch.

is a Revdex.com Accredited business" properly, I will need the name of the representative that spoke with him please.  The phone number look-up for the phone number associated with this complaint shows no record of an inbound call being received.  Once Driven does not instruct its representatives to claim Accreditation with the Revdex.com in any way.  However, if Mr.; [redacted] can provide a different phone number where he may have called in from on 6/28/2016, I will be more than happy to research the phone records again.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager
