I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
These people called me when they got my number from my [redacted] ad. I had never heard of them prior to their call. They lied & told me they had several buyers. They do not have any & never did. It is a scam. They provided no service of any kind. I asked them to return my money or send me a list of buyers. They refuse to do either. I have also turned them in to my credit card company. I will never pay their bill as it is bogus.

After jumping through every hurdle and after speaking to my assigned representative [redacted] and hearing her say that it took awhile for the title transfer to show up but she's putting in a request now to process my refund... and after she stopped communicating with me for the next month or so... AFTER I make several negative blog posts on Revdex.com.com and a few other reputable websites. THEN I finally get a return phone call from [redacted] and within 24 hours I might add.Now you decide to challenge rather or not the vehicle has been sold?? If I can prove its been sold? how would you like me to do that for you... send in my birth certificate or would a copy of my DMV transcripts suffice?

I was told they would actively find buyers and that was the difference between the cost of an auto trader ad of $25 and their cost of $189. I had not ONE response either from them or from a buyer since I paid the fee. The business they are offering is a scam and there are many complaints of which I wish I would have been aware of prior to accepting their offer to sell the car. I did not look for them, they aggressively sought my business with the statement that for $189 they would find numerous possible buyers. But I was not contacted by the person assigned to my car nor buy any buyer from their so called wonderful way of selling my car as opposed to my $25 ad on cars.com which took no action from any staff. I would like a refund.

The CA DMV confirmed the car is no longer registered to me as I provided the DMV as well as Once Driven with the Transfer and Release of Liability of the car.   It is not possible for the Seller to be in charge of when or if the Buyer chooses to register the car. Nowhere in your Terms & Conditions is that stated.  I met your criteria for the refund, as follows:To be eligible to request a refund: - Sellers must provide a photo within 14 calendar days of sign-up - Sellers must request the refund within the first 45 days of sign-up - Sellers must sell the vehicle to buyer not delivered by OnceDriven - Sellers must provide verification of sale of the vehicle

Mr. [redacted] refund was processed today.  The refund of $160 ($189 minus the $29 processing fee) will be back to his original method of payment within 3-5 business days.  On behalf of Once Driven we apologize for the delay.  When Mr. [redacted] refund inquiry was initially made, the...

title transfer for his vehicle had not yet posted, thus making his refund request invalid.  I checked today for the title transfer verification today, and the title transfer did match Mr. [redacted] initial sales date claim in September.We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

Your illicit response creates an avenue of unlimited time and zero accountability to provide any purported services. There has not been any services provided that are justifiable to the expense. I'm requesting a full refund and you will then be unhindered in your future pursuits of illegal financial manipulation of our nation.

In order for Once Driven to be able to accept Ms. [redacted] proof of sale, we will need to see the receipt from the [redacted] DMV.  This form is simply something that is detached from the title and mailed in.  Once Ms. [redacted] online receipt from the [redacted] DMV is attached, Once Driven can then proceed with her refund request.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

After reviewing Mr.[redacted] account with Once Driven, it appears that he has not sold his boat, nor asked for any additional assistance from Once Driven since listing with us in November.  Is Mr. [redacted] boat still available?Once a response to this inquiry is made, Once Driven will respond accordingly.OnceDriven was notified on 1/15 that the boat was sold.  The boat was actually transferred to the new owner and cash settled on 1/9/16.  I can provide bill of sale if needed.  OnceDriven did not respond to the notification until 1/18.  Understood at it crossed a weekend.None of this is the point.  Based on OnceDiven's response, I can tell that they will not try to satisfy my request by "doing better business".   Reminder:  I was told directly by the sales associate that "OnceDriven already has buyers/clients waiting to buy my boat otherwise it would have been a waste of time for them to contact me."   As such and since I never received one contact, buyer, client or anything from OnceDriven, that would clearly make their claim false.   Therefore, false advertisement.  I request that their sales associate be directed to not embellish in order to make sales.  Assuming these phone calls are recorded, you could go back and replay the statements.And since I was falsely 'driven' by OnceDriven, I requested a 50% reimbursement.   Half my fault agreed.   Sincerely,
