Once Driven added Mr. [redacted]'s phone number listed in his complaint to its Do-Not-Call database on 7/22/2015 at 5:43 P.M. EST. and will not be contacted again.  Once Driven apologizes for any inconvenience.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Service Manager

I have checked the title history for Mr. [redacted]'s motorcycle, and there has been no change to the title transfer history.  Unless Mr. [redacted] can provide alternate proof that his motorcycle was sold on 6/14/2016 (as he states), Once Driven will not be able to process a refund.  Once Mr. [redacted] can provide proof of his sale within the first 45 days of listing his motorocycle with Once Driven, we will gladly process his refund.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

After conducting research - I have found your company's strategy of browsing personal adverts and contacting them when they specifically stated they do not wish to be contacted for solicitation.  Your strategy/practice is illegal.  Simply adding me to your company's do not call list is unsatisfactory as I should have never been contacted in the first place.  I have found countless complaints across the internet on various websites of similar situations as mine.  Restructure your corporate strategy to meet legal compliance of the law.  I am researching legal action in the form of a class action lawsuit.  Not for monetary gain - but because the company itself is an annoyance and deserves to be shut down due to incompetence.  My advice to you:  Seek a career with a reputable company.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Although the response does resolve the issue of the money that was owed to me, I feel that they only resolved this issue because the Revdex.com got involved.  I have attached a file that was sent to them in a earlier email that is dated.  In addition, I had filled out the forms they requested online over 2 months ago and still received no refund, nowhere on their online form was the above document requested and it is only by luck that I retained it for my records.  I discussed this with one of their customer service reps and her response was essentially, "yes, I know that we did not ask for it in our forms online but we actually are asking for it now and if you don't have it then you will not be refunded."  At that time I faxed the form to her immediately, two days later she said she never received it.  They I sent an email with it, which is attached and dated, still no response.  It is obvious that this company is just looking to get people to fight for their refunds and those that give up add the the companies bottom line.  They are crooked and I have proven that they are lying.  [redacted]

My number is [redacted]. It is sad that they can be that unethical doing illegal calling of phone numbers that are on a do not call list and on craigslist stating do not solicit. **

Mr. [redacted] refund request was verified and processed on 11/15/2016.  The refund of $160 ($189 minus the $29 processing fee) was processed today.  I'm not quite sure where Mr. [redacted] got the amount of $250 from for his purchase price.  Once Driven has always had a $189 fee fro its...

service.Mr. [redacted] will need to allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear back to his original method of payment.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

The proof of sale provided by Ms. [redacted] has been accepted, and Once Driven will be processing her refund as soon as we are able to obtain her card information.  Since Ms. [redacted] listing was active over 90 days ago, her card information has been purged.  The only information I have regarding her account are the last 4 digits of her card account and the expiration date.  If Ms. [redacted] will please provide Once Driven with the first 12 digits of her card account ending with [redacted] and an expiration date of [redacted], we will process her refund for $160 immediately.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

When Mr. [redacted] purchased his listing with Once Driven on 4/23/2015, he was read (and agreed to) Once Driven's refund policy statement before being charged for the $189 service fee.  Mr. [redacted] was also sent a confirmation email, along with the photo instructions email on 4/23/2015 to the same...

email address listed in his complaint.  The email account provided by Mr. [redacted] did receive these emails on 4/23/2015.Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] is not eligible for a refund since he has not sold his vehicle by other means within the 45-Day Guarantee Date.  If Mr. [redacted] had sold his vehicle through another source within the first 45 days of listing with Once Driven, he would have been eligible for a refund of $160 ($189 minus the $29 processing fee).  For everyone's convenience, I have put a direct link to Once Driven's 45-Day Guarantee for review.[redacted]Per the 45-Day Money Back Guarantee agreement, Once Driven will continue to list Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle at no additional expense to him until his vehicle has sold.Sincerely,

Unless Mr. [redacted] has a different phone number that was not included in his original complaint message that was contacted, the phone number listed in his original complaint message has not been contacted since the phone number was added to the Once Driven Do-Not-Call database on 5/25/2016.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

If Mr. [redacted] was contacted by OnceDriven, he was contacted by a non-profit organization.  Non-profit organizations are exempt from being required to subscribe to the National DNC list.  That being said, as previously mentioned, his request not to be contacted is being respected.  Thank you for giving us an opportunity to respond.  Sincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager

[redacted]   the card # they requested is [redacted]------if that is not it they need to e-mail me----thank you

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This is in reference to complaint ID # [redacted], to send back to the business (oncedriven):Although I understand their reply: that their 45 day money back guarantee is stated on the website and on all receipts, I am a bit confused. An agent who called me told me 2 lies:1. I was going to get at least 10 responses a day, and he anticipated that my car will get sold in a few weeks. I didn't get even 1 in a year. Do you call this service 'marketing' and expect customers to pay for it?2. The CS rep stated that I could come back to prove the sale of my car, anytime, not in 45 days. Why would I, as the consumer read the policy, which your CS rep clearly stated to me already over the phone? Furthermore, oncedriven just last week in their response wrote: The same guarantee that Once Driven has on its website and all receipts that are sent to each customer (upon purchase) state the 45-Day money back guarantee, and give instructions on how to obtain a refund (if eligible) within the 45-Day guarantee dates. This is another lie. I have my receipt, and nowhere on there is there anything about a 45-day money back guarantee or instructions. I will forward my receipt, which I still have right now.  [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
