I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
They have called [redacted] on three separate occasions. I can not tell you dates and times because it is an automated call that some how triggers my Voice mail, then they leave a message on my Voice mail.

Based on the response from Ms. [redacted], she will not eligible for a refund at this time.  Per the Once Driven agreement, we will continue to market her vehicle until it is sold.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

Ms. [redacted] claims that the representative "conveniently" never stated that there would be no refund eligibility if her vehicle hadn't sold.  This is clearly not true.  Once Driven representatives are required to read a mandatory refund statement (and the customer must agree to the refund terms) before processing payment for its service.  In addition, Once Driven does not "Scam" anyone.  The terms of service for Once Driven's refund policy are clearly stated on each call before payment can be processed.  These terms are also emailed to our customers as soon as the payment has been processed.  And, our customers have unlimited access to these terms of service at any time by visiting our website. Is it possible that Ms. [redacted]  misunderstood the terms of service?  If so, Once Driven  is willing to entertain options for a possible partial refund.possible Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

Ms. [redacted] is partially correct in her message to the Revdex.com.  Once Driven does offer a refund to its customers who sell their vehicles within 45 days of listing with Once Driven.  Contrary to Ms. [redacted]'s statement, the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee has never included a stipulation for its...

customer's who have not sold their vehicle within the first 45 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.  Per our records Ms. [redacted] has not sold her vehicle.  Per the Once Driven refund agreement, we will continue to market her vehicle until it is sold.  These are the same terms in  which Ms. [redacted] agreed upon before being charged the $189 activation fee on 2/17/2016.  Ms. [redacted] also acknowledged and agreed to these terms online on 3/6/2016.If Ms. [redacted] has sold her vehicle within the first 45 days of listing with Once Driven, we will be happy to review her request for refund.In addition, for Ms. [redacted]'s convenience, I have attached a direct link to the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee.http://www.oncedriven.com/guarantee/Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

I have copied the receipt that was provided by OnceDriven. As you can see it clearly states that a refund will come to me if it is sold by other means than OnceDriven. Nowhere in this receipt does it state that the funds are not refundable if NOT sold in 45 days. Also the number if inquiries that is provided by OnceDriven is now over 4 times higher than what was told to me last week by the account rep. This is clearly an arbitrary number that is created on the fly as discussions proceed. When Mr. [redacted] listed his motorcycle with Once Driven on 10/6/2016, he agreed to allow Once Driven to list his motorcycle with Once Driven until it was sold.  He also was read and agreed to the Once Driven 45-Day Money Back Guarantee policy which does allow for a refund (minus the $29...

processing fee) if his vehicle is sold to a buyer not delivered by Once Driven at any time within the first 45 days of listing his motorcycle with Once Driven.Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] is not eligible for a refund from Once Driven at this time.  If he does sell his motorcycle to a buyer not delivered from Once Driven within the first 45 days of his listing, Once Driven will gladly process his refund request.  Until that time, Once Driven will continue to market Mr. [redacted]'s motorcycle until it is sold.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

Regards,when I signed up for this service I was told that if my vehicle sold in less than 45 days by another provider I wold get my full $189 refunded to me.  i sold the vehicle via [redacted] list not from their website.  I tried to give them the buyers name and phone number to verify that he purchased it and they declined to contact him.  I have since today confirmed that he has not yet re titled the vehicle but will be doing so this week.  i expect once Driven to refund my full $189.00  as I did comply with ALL  of their provisions of the listing.

EST a refund was issued from Once Driven in the amount of $160.  This refund was processed back to Mr. [redacted] credit card account ending with [redacted].  The card mentioned is the same card account used to purchase the service from Once Driven.  If Mr. [redacted] is not...

Apologies are lame when this business has a long standing history of calling Craig's List numbers that specifically state DO NOT Solicit. I will forward my information to Federal offices that may be able to fine this company for egregious solicitation.  The fines are stiff so maybe that would solve this case.
