Had Mr*** sold his motorcycle within the 45-Days required to obtain a refund from Once Driven, Mr*** would be eligible for a refund of $minus the $processing fee explained to Mr*** before he purchased his listing with Once Driven on 8/24/2015. Since Mr*** has not

Mr. [redacted] refund has not been processed due to no information supporting that a Title Transfer for his vehicle has occurred.  As of today (6/7/2016), there still is no Title Transfer reported via the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System database (NMVTIS).  As of today...

(6/7/2016), Mr. [redacted] last Title activity was reported on 12/21/2015 when a lien was reported for the vehicle in question.If Mr. [redacted] can provide sufficient proof that his car has been sold, and his title has transferred ownership, Once Driven will be more than happy to accept his refund request.  If it is discovered that Mr. [redacted] vehicle was sold within the first 45 days of listing his vehicle with Once Driven, Mr. [redacted] would be entitled to a refund of $160 ($189 minus the $29 processing fee).Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The OnceDriven business has an extremely predatory business model, that if researched, can be seen as unethical. My vehicle was listed on Craigslist. Explicitly the bottom of the listing instructed that I was not to be contacted by solicitors. OnceDriven violated those terms and the terms of Craigslist to not contact me for solicitation. OnceDriven contacted me consistently until I agreed to list my motorcycle with them. The motorcycle was sold to a private buyer by myself, and still OnceDriven has not given me a refund. I filed a complaint with [redacted] and I have not received my funds back yet. OnceDriven has terrible reviews all over [redacted], as they are a proven scam business as they violate operating terms on Craigslist and solicit people despite explicit direct that they are not to be solicited to include myself. I have yet to read one positive thing about this company, and I am not sure how they are even still in business.

The representative did not make me aware over the phone about the 45 day period involved with the contract at any time. This company claims that I was sent an email about the 45 day period. What I did receive is attached.  I did not receive that email regardless of being claimed that it was sent. Simply, if  I was made aware of the 45 day period I would of declined this offer. Please refund the full amount.
