Greetings,As no ticket number or account name was given, we will only be able to reply to the information given in the complaint.Daybreak Games does not currently offer phone support, so the statement that our phone support is "non-existent" is technically true but may be construed as "poor" or "hard to locate/access." We offer a full range of support through our support portal at help/daybreakgames.com.Also, while you are not able to contact us from a banned account, our support page lists full instructions for cases such as this with directions to create a new account.As for your banned account, the date of purchase was listed as 7/1/and we were unable to find an account on your email matching that dateWe were able to locate an account that was banned in January of this year as being shared/compromised, howeverThat account has several different owners that do not match the information given by this player and as such the account is indeed in breach of our Terms of Service.We can investigate further accounts, but will need at least the ticket number in order to proceed.Regards,Daybreak Games Support
