Greetings,Landmark was released as announced on 6/for early access players and will be released 6/for the general public.The purchase in question was for early access to the game, which has been available since purchase over years agoThe account in question does not appear to have logged in
since May of 2014, so it is understandable that the player is not familiar with the myriad content that has been put into the game since then. We do not offer refunds for software purchases, let alone items purchased over years ago

This account was definitely found to have had a cheat program running at the same time as H1Z1.We even did a secondary investigation of the account based on the ban appeal and we found that to be the case.We take cheating very seriously at Daybreak Games and have a zero tolerance policy.Regards,Daybreak Games Support

verified the secret question and my email but said I changed my email which I did notHe kept asking me for the email I changed it to and a recent credit card.......WHICH I did not have because the account was hacked intoIt is a known fact that they were hacked into and almost ALL accounts where breached years agoI have countless emails from them in the last few months asking for their help and *** *** refuses to help me

I went to the website and it is not user friendly I have tried to find out how to submit s ticket and wasted minutes with no luck prior contacting the Revdex.com Typical Daybreak - avoiding customer communication and contact I'll be taking this to court for sure

I cannot see where any reply was made or that a ticket even exists, however, I just submitted a new ticket (ref# ***-***) for this matter in an attempt to bring resolutionIf a chargeback does exist, it was not done intentionally and likely during a period my credit card was compromisedI've made a good deal of purchases with the company and if it was my intention to deprive you of money, I would not have just charged back an item or twoI will repay the amount needed after I have a chance to further review the detailsI would like to keep this Revdex.com complaint open until a resolution is made

Hello,The account in question was banned for cheating in one of our games nearly a year agoThe owner created a new account within a month and began to play again. We have a process in place that allows our players to appeal a ban (regardless of reason) and state their caseThe owner of the
account in question exhibited unacceptable behavior during the ban appeal process and the appeal was denied as well.We have already gone through different ban appeals for this single account and have not found any evidence to reverse the ban, so it will stay banned.This player is welcome to continue on their other account, the status of this account does not affect them

Are these guys reading comprehension really that bad? I said that the pins from the US are not accepted and it is not posted (misleading/advertising).Daybreak DCUO does not have it posted that they do not accept *** from the US Neither does *** state that they do not provide their services to daybreak with Pins bought in the USLook at their sites and you can see for yourselfIf you want proofI also have screenshots of both daybreaks and ***s pay optionsThe only way to find out that you cannot use the pins is to buy a card and enter your informationThen and only then do you find out that US *** pins are not honoredI attached the pictures for further reference and understanding

I was guilded with the person that removed the krono, that does not make him my associateI played the game with him, but never did I share my account information with him, or any other person that I had been guilded withI've played Everquest for over a decade and frankly, I know better than to share that informationI did not know what happened to the krono originally, but had guildmates come forward with information when I was actively asking and sharing that I was missing over KronoI was being refused any assistance from Daybreak, and so I even went through channels to contact the person who was accused or identified as potentially being responsible for removing the itemsI shared all of this information with Daybreak in hopes that it would aid in their investigationThe person admitted that he removed the items, ended up getting banned, and also offered to restore the krono but claimed that he was unable to after his ban, something I also shared with DaybreakNot once did Daybreak attempt to handle this through customer service or through any type of respectful way, especially to a paying customer for over a decadeYou have complete control of the Kronos, and can restore any itemI did not even ask for the total amount of Kronos back because it wasn't fair for me to speculate to how many I hadI know I had more than 120, but I'm only requesting Or the daybreak cash equivalent of so that I can purchase the items back.

[ I would say though it's safe to assume my character has been moved in game and all items stripped of it which would be the same as the character being deleted renamed moved As far as I'm concerned your company is denying any responsibility and denying my account returned to me which is theft I currently do not have access to my account as said before and not have authorized any changes made when I took a break from playing , only to come back not being able to log in.A simple solution would be to revert my account/characters/items back to the point my info was changed from *** as I have not changed anything since I last logged in from here in Canada As well maybe trace the ip on the account and see where it changed and check out what activity there ip is up to.All and all restore my account to me please or refund my money up to the point all my info has changed]

https://www.daybreakgames.com/allaccess this is the page that comes up when you click all accessIt does have the "to claim" but I dont concider that enough to say I should know that it goes away if I dont log in and claim itWhen you click buy it brings up a pricing pageI have no idea where they came up with that faq I encourage them to send a link with where that is on there website and where I can find the link to that in the purchase processIt seem that there opinion is a customer need to be a detective when buying there productsIn addition they say in there legal pages that the currency has no cash valueSo basicly they are hardballing me and lossing a customer of close to years over something of no cash value

The account listed last logged into Landmark in November of 2014, that is recorded on the account.The forums and our website were taken down after the game was sunset, those pages should redirect to our homepage at this time
