Daybreak Games have a history of responding directly to complaints to the Revdex.com, as recently as MarchI completely reject the notion that they will not communicate with me via a third party, as they are not compliant in delivering the item purchased due to their change in product offerings.If Daybreak Games determine that they can not reasonably continue dialog with you regarding the matter, I ask that their rating is immediately downgraded to an F based on them choosing not to cooperate in finding a solution together and dismissing my claim. The resolution offered by Daybreak Games via their customer portal refuses any refundHowever they have offered services and product in compensation for the full purchase price of the software.While this information will be more widely shared as a result of this complaint, this is not a resolution will not work for meI would argue that Daybreak Games' change in business practices and cancellation of the game I purchased based on their advertising, should result in a full monetary refund to all customers effectedI feel that Daybreak's response is not fair or appreciative of the facts, and already support tickets have been closed without contact, and I have received auto-response canned EmailsI've had to repeatedly state my case with the most recent ticket coming from their 'fraud' teamI take an extremely dim view of this. I would also ask that the Revdex.com of San Diego will be available to provide further profile and complaint information, if needed, to both myself and a designated representative third party if I do not receive full satisfactionDaybreak Games has in the very recent past been responsive to inquiries from the Revdex.com of San Diego, and that resolutions have been offered to customers wanting to work with your organization

Greetings,Although we use a "Report last death" feature to help identify potential cheaters, we do not and have not ever used that as sole evidence of a banAlso, it was not the case in the ban on the account discussed here--nor was it the issue in the player's second account that was also
banned.Both of these accounts were banned for using an obvious cheat program that is very easy to detect.We also found other accounts logged in from the same location that had been banned for cheating that appear to be under a different first name, so it's likely that the brother mentioned here was cheating on this player's accounts after getting banned on his own.The first account used by the reporting player that was banned for cheating had *** on the account as well, but had not logged into it in over a yearAll purchases went towards game play and membership while the account was active, so all services have already been rendered.Regards,Daybreak Games Support

Greetings,This account was indeed banned for a chargeback, which the player will need to repay in order to regain access.There was a ticket submitted by the player which received a response asking for more information, but that ticket was never updated by the player so the incident was eventually
closed.We have a process in place for players with chargebacks to regain access to their accounts, but it will require a customer service ticket (and the appropriate information provided by the player) to proceed.Regards,Daybreak Games

Regardless of my personal history this issue was a separate incident that affected many peopleNearly all of them had their bans lifted and they were even allowed to keep the itemsWhy should I be singled out and treated differently? It should be the same for me as it is for everyone else
My history should have no bearing on anything and is just an excuse to cover poor customer service and unnecessary discrimination against meThis is the first time that was mentioned to me so they must be trying to justify their decision but I refuse to accept it

There was no "Cheat Program " running on my PC or even installed on the systemAnd I have not applied for a Ban apeal , because the ban is and so are the claims of "Detecting" a cheat program on my system

Their inability to provide timely service has made me leave the game, I believe I should be entitled a refund instead since weeks is absurd for a company offering support in a so called 24/environment Station cash refund is more like a store credit, and why would I purchase more from a store with horrible support?

Here are the facts of my complaint.Fact 1: I was banned through no fault of my own and effectively had $stolen from me by Daybreak Games and their money hungry patent company Columbus Nova.Fact 2: Daybreak Games is the only gaming company that permanently bans players when the players account is hacked through no fault of their own.Fact 3: As some YouTube videos I've recently watched accurately points outDaybreak Games is ran by an investing firm called Columbus Nova who does not specialize in customer service and is only interested in taken money from customers and providing no customer service in return.Fact 4: You haven't just lost subscriber todayYou've lost subscriptions and you've lost a long time gamer and guild leaderI will be sure to pass my story along to anyone who will listen

This account was indeed running a cheat.While it may or may not have been running at the time we banned the account, we definitely detected it running during at least one session of game play.We have a zero tolerance policy for cheating in H1Z1.The Steam ban does not appear to be an issue as this player has at least Steam accounts (they made another one just to play H1Zas we blocked the previous account.)Regards,Daybreak Games
