Greetings,If you did not receive a copy of the cancellation email, then that would indicate that the account was not cancelled. The response that was made stated cheating as the reason.  I am unclear as to what specific action occurred that was considered cheating. At no point did I do anything intentially to defraud or otherwise manipulate the program.  I am more than happy to provide screenshots of the activity that occurred right before the ban occurred. I am asking that a specific explanation is provided.

Greetings,The FAQ was available on the page at the time of purchase. Also, as this player has been around for quite some time, they had accounts when we made the changes to All Access. At that time, we emailed all players the changes and other relevant information.Inside the game is a button with a claim button and a date which tells members when their current claim expires (or when the next one is due.) Greetings,Researching this issue we found a few tickets submitted over the last 2 months, but the tickets were waiting for more information from the customer. The first ticket was also put in using the wrong category, which placed the ticket in the wrong place as well (it still had no updates...

Landmark was not a backing project for EverQuest Next, it was a separate game that you could purchase to help us design EverQuest Next (by playing the game and submitting your work in contests, etc.) There was never anything implying that giving us money for Landmark would fund EverQuest Next, nor was purchase of EverQuest Next to be included in the Landmark game.As the post included stated, Landmark was inspired by EverQuest Next.

payment sources and not in game items (like a sword, or hat.)Krono can only be consumed from inside the game, Daybreak Games has no way to consume them for a player.Any consumed Krono will add the appropriate amount of time onto the end of the current billing--so if a player both pays for membership and consumes a Krono in a single month, no time is lost.Once consumed, a Krono can't be refunded. We do not have the ability to reverse the process and restore the funded Krono to the wallet.Without more specific information about the actual contact, we would not be able to investigate further.Regards,Daybreak Games Support.
