accountThe account was not compromised, nor was any of the recovery information changed on the account.This is one of the primary reasons that account sharing is prohibited in our Terms of Service.This other player eventually traded the krono to their account, and then to other accountsIf the account that we banned still had the krono, then we could reverse the transaction--Since they were traded away, it is too late to do so.Since this is a claim of theft and the alleged culprit is known to the submitter of this complaint, this issue would be more appropriate for your local authorities

There is no evidence of any account compromises linked to that event.Every account had it's password force changed at that time, and no access was allowed until the account owner re-secured it.We see no evidence of these 'multiple other hacks' the user has claimed on accounts.In addition to the security methods mentioned, we also offer 2-factor which this account didn't use until we forced it to do so after it was compromised a second time.None of the other accounts on the same email address have set up any additional security.This account was not compromised through our services, so it was most likely shared or compromised through the user's side.We do not restore items on compromised accounts

Well I suppose it's a combination of both of themDaybreak is the reason I can't play, but the game was purchased through *** told me to go through Daybreak's customer service which is what I've been trying to do and they haven't responded since April 22nd after they tried to have me fill
out a form that doesn't even seem to be for the right gameThe game works on ***s end, it launches through them, but I can't play because Daybreak disabled the account and they won't answer me

This player has sta*** that we did not give a reason they were banned, but quo*** that "I was accused of selling an account"--so they were provided a reason and have acknowledged the reason. Player also states that we refused to work with them, but as sta*** previously they offered the resolution of refunding the recent purchases and we accep***. I have already complied with Daybreak's request and have been ignored Incident# ***-*** was submitted via Daybreak's system on 07/21/ Because no response or action was taken by Daybreak to resolve (or even explain) the issue, I lost seven days of game time due to the erroneous suspension

Greetings,We should first point out that the support staff now in place now were all here previous to the name change from *** to Daybreak GamesThis player has a long history with *** (now Daybreak Games) support.The issue here involves this individual's participation in an exploit inside one of
