The account was shared with other members, as verified by the other player in question.We can't restore the krono as they were traded to other players and consumed.Any change in krono at this time would be creating duplicate items (not just in game items, but trade-able items that can be consumed for game time or traded for items.) Greetings,We do have a long ticket history of troubleshooting regarding this issue, and in this case it is always caused by software or a setting on the player's computer.It looks like one of the knowledge base links referred to by Customer Service has a bad link, which seems to have led to some of the confusion--and I don't see the agent picking up on that (perhaps it is visible internally, but not externally?) All purchases made through the PSN are reported to us by them, although we often can't see or verify individual purchasedIn this case, our records show that this player has access to the purchased contentThe issue seems to be that this player didn't have enough in game marks to purchase the in game item, but it wasn't restricted.I only see a single instance of a submitted ticket and a forum post that was restricted for spammingBased on the content of the ticket and the complaint, it appears that the forum restrictions were validAgain, this player appears to have access to all purchased content (and this was covered in the ticket placed with us as well.)

Greetings, This account was banned for multiple infractions of the Terms of Service, which can be found herehttps://www.daybreakgames.com/terms-of-service?locale=en_US This player had a ticket in, where they were informed of the infractions several times by different managersThis player also already received a refund settlement from us.Player asked, "If you are going to ban me though please refund my month subscription I purchased on [REDAC [redacted] ACCOUNT NAME] also refund my character transfer that you did for me then banned me directly after thank you." Even though we were not obliga [redacted] to do so, we refunded the membership purchase, the character transfer cost, AND the recent expansion purchase--a deal which we feel was more than fairWhen an account is banned, the player loses access to all games purchasedThis account had not paid for any services on other games for at least a year and had not accessed any other games recently
