They may not be able to fix the issue from the tech side of things; however, there is a simple workaround by providing me with 2 power respec tokens that would allow me to change powers to get the feat and then change back to my current power. This is something that can be done because they have mailed characters "gifts" in the past. So even though it cannot be resolved technically, there is a simple resolution. It would cost me $20 to buy 2 power tokens for a glitch on their end, or 5 minutes of someone's time to send me 2 tokens.

Greetings,We're not going to post the specifics of our cheat detection software in a public forum.There is a small list of programs that we have 100% detection for and one of those programs was installed and running on your system.It is possible that another person in your household installed it without your knowledge, but that would not affect the outcome of your ban appeal (you are responsible for your account and computer security.)Many of these programs have 'features' that can be turned on/off. I had play a few times since 2014 and when it was forcibly released I also ask for a refund a few time they just did a copy and paste responds an delete the ticket. They also no long have access to their forum give the title on the any forums. They also do not have access to any viewing of the credits for those who paid for it. They also deleted their domain for the site to redirect people to the main page their old site domain was landmarkthegame.com. I do not appreciate them making fraudulent suggestion saying that I didn't play their game after 2014. Why would I invest in something never play. If I didn't care why would I be making a complaint in the first place.

[This is complete nonsense, I provided my name , my address and my secret question and they told me that all that info was correct but wanted my CC from 15 years ago and I told them I don't have the AMEX anymore. The account was hacked and someone moved it and is paying for the account. BUT they refuses to look at the info on who started the account. HOW would  be able to give them my name ,  my address and the user names AND get the secret question right on the account if it was not mine?  ALL I want is my recovered and returned to me.  I have provided all the info they asked for but are not  talking the time to understand that the person that stole my account is not the original  owner and that can be proven by looking up the original  account info. Greetings,In this case, the player was using a very well known and easy to detect cheat program.They also appear to have been using a hardware spoofer (which may or may not have been part of the cheat program they were running) to hide from the cheat detection software.Both of these would warrant a ban, a combination of the two would invalidate any ban appeal submitted.Regards,Daybreak Games Management

Revdex.com: I did not go against any if there rules, I was accused of selling an about which I never did. Nor did they give any proof to me that I did this. Regardless of me playing my other games or not, I purchased these games so I should have access to these games. They refused to work with me and come to a conclusion on the Everquest 2 game. I tried and tried to get a reason I was banned and they refused. Regardless though I wouldn't lose access to my other games that I did not get accused of doing anything wrong.

Greetings,Users can be banned in our games for a variety of reasons including: Cheating, harassment, fraud, etc.We don't ban a user unless we have reliable information that the user in question violated one of our rules.However, we do allow users to submit a ban appeal to give their side of the story. Greetings,Any players that bought the content before it was altered will have the content they purchased (they actually purchased a different SKU--so changes to new SKUs won't affect them.) All purchases made through the PSN are reported to us by them, although we often can't see or verify...

individual purchased. In this case, our records show that this player has access to the purchased content. The issue seems to be that this player didn't have enough in game marks to purchase the in game item, but it wasn't restricted.I only see a single instance of a submitted ticket and a forum post that was restricted for spamming. Based on the content of the ticket and the complaint, it appears that the forum restrictions were valid. Again, this player appears to have access to all purchased content (and this was covered in the ticket placed with us as well.)

If the player in question only had 1 Steam account, then the ban on the account might be an issue.Having multiple Steam accounts would allow a user to ignore any bans and is very common among cheating players.It is also very common for cheating players to claim false positives, which is why we offer a ban appeal process.If you were denied after a ban appeal, then you violated the rules for playing our games.

Again, as no ticket or account was given we are unable to investigate this specific issue.However, all Krono are consumed by the players (and we have a log of the exact time and IP of the transaction.)We were unable to find any threads online or in our ticket history of multiple players stating that this had happened to them, this is the only claim of the issue that we have seen.The value of the Krono was not lost in any way, the game time would have been added to the account with all of the All Access benefits that come along with it.Regards,Daybreak Games Supoort
