Oh, so I'm the victim of having my account hacked that I've had since roughly 2003 and instead of you offering to help me retrieve and secure my account your customer service solution is to permanently ban me? It's no wonder your Revdex.com score is so low.I've reached out to you and offered for you to delete my plat that I openly admit that I purchased.Even though in my entire gaming career I've never had an account hacked before and I've never been banned from any game before. If you will unban my account I will take extra measures to secure my account to prevent hacking in the future.I live in Bakersfield, California. Greetings,This account purchased an All Access membership on April 2nd.The customer then submitted a ticket...

Please cancel."While all of our memberships are pre-paid and non-refundable, we have already made an exception for the same customer when the did the exact same thing in November of last year.The membership is cancelled at this time and will not bill again unless the customer purchases a membership again.Regards.

 I have read their response and all they mention is to contact their support. I even provided the support ticket I did. They did not help at all and simply rejected me straight from the start. Once again they are rejecting me by saying contact their support. All I end up is in a loop of rejection... This makes no sens and obviously my issue/problem is not resolved.

If indeed another person had access to the account, then the account holder would still be responsible for any actions taken on the account.Account security is the responsibility of the account holder.We don't see any evidence that account information was compromised or changed through our system, however.Regards,Daybreak Games Support

This is a violation of our Terms and Service and will result in the permanent closure of the account.As for contacting our support team, that can be done...

We're not sure why the player chose to purchase a membership on the account  created just to put in a ticket (it was answered within 6 hours of the update to the ban appeal.)That secondary account was banned at the account holder's request. Greetings, The sale did not end before the 6th, it was still active on that day.It was turned off on the 6th and was available at different times through our website and the game marketplace.

I bought plat on that account ONE TIME... I had just resubscribed to [redacted] after having not played in a long long time.I have no idea what they are talking about selling items or plat sellers logging into my account. No one has my password but me. I was on my account myself just 3 hours prior to the ban. I went to church and came back home and my account was banned.If that's the reason they banned me than they banned me for my account being hacked.It is not good customer service to ban someone over things outside of their control. I offered to let them even delete the plat that I had purchased. I had forgot about being able to buy Kronos and sell them for plat.At this time I would like my account to be reinstated or I would like my month on that account refunded and the money refunded for the progression server bundle and the daybreak cash.Revdex.com:

There was no Cheat Program or other program ran that would of would of ever messed with H1Z1, I will be happy to close this case and drop civil case filed in North Carolina if proof is providedBottom line I was wrongful ban and want my account back and their FAKE Ban message removed from my Stream.. I want proof and feel this was a glitch in their Anti cheat

[I attempted to resolve the issue with the company, they just closed my ticket offering no solution, they even made it so the ticket could no longer be updated. Feel free to close this case as I not accepting their reply and already have retained an attorney and have filed a civil case in North Carolina and California Reason for not accepting: They refuse to show proof "Which they dont have" and have done nothing but lie. They cant show proof because they have none

managers. This player also already received a refund settlement from us.Player asked, "If you are going to ban me though please refund my 6 month subscription I purchased on [REDAC[redacted] ACCOUNT NAME] also refund my character transfer that you did for me then banned me directly after thank you." Even though we were not obliga[redacted] to do so, we refunded the membership purchase, the character transfer cost, AND the recent expansion purchase--a deal which we feel was more than fair. When an account is banned, the player loses access to all games purchased. This account had not paid for any services on other games for at least a year and had not accessed any other games recently.

We offer a full range of support through our support portal at help/daybreakgames.com.Also, while you are not able to contact us from a banned account, our support page lists full instructions for cases such as this with directions to create a new account.As for your banned account, the date of purchase was listed as 7/1/2015 and we were unable to find an account on your email matching that date. We were able to locate an account that was banned in January of this year as being shared/compromised, however. That account has several different owners that do not match the information given by this player and as such the account is indeed in breach of our Terms of Service.We can investigate further accounts, but will need at least the ticket number in order to proceed.Regards,Daybreak Games Support
